My family and I had the best time staying in this condo and we are already looking to go back! The view was stunning, check in and out was so easy, and communication with the property manager was great! The in-unit washer and dryer wasn't something I thought about when booking but something we really appreciated while there.

Nice place

Enjoyed the stay. Wished that Destin had more fun things for teenagers to do, but the room was great. Only complaint was the 2 queen beds were really firm. The king bed was awesome.

Beach Fun

The condo was lovely and convenient to lots of local restaurants. We enjoyed the beach everyday. They even have a bonfire on Monday and Friday Nights at sunset. The most relaxing vacation we have had in a while.

Lovely and comfortable

Everything was great about this place! It is as lovely as the photos portray! Communication with the host could not have been better - she was always available and super accommodating. Comfortable beds and seating, and 6 of us fit just fine. The kitchen was well stocked with equipment - better than most places - including plenty of glasses of different types. One thing to be aware of: there are absolutely no spices, oils, sugar, baggies, foil, etc. so bring all of those things. I would definitely recommend staying here!

Seaside Stay

We had a marvelous time! Loved the location, the beach, the restaurant and the room. The check in was a bit stressful. The washer and dryer were in the master bathroom so that made it a challenge for the other couple to get their laundry done. The extra room was a tight fit. Other than that, it was amazing!! Loved the fact that we had a key to the floor we stayed on!!

Hi, we just wanted to let you know that the condo has just undergone a complete renovation and the washer and dryer is no longer in the master bathroom. The owners reconfigured the washer/dryer access so it is in the common area near the entry. The condo is breathtaking! All new everything! We would love to have you return! Best, Julie Youmans

Surf side us an amazing resort, we love it,

The unit was wonderful. It is very tastefully decorated. The furniture and kitchen appliances all appeared to be brand new. The view from the balcony was awesome! You can see for miles. The condo has stocked with everything we needed during our stay. The pool are is the best we’ve seen at any of the properties that we have stayed at over the years. It has become our go to location when visiting the Destin area,, Cindy and Marsha are the BEST! If you need anything, just give them a call and they take very good care of you, I highly recommend them for your next vacation!

Surf side penthouse

Beautiful accommodations and view. The only down side to this unit is having to use a key to get to the 16th floor every time. That is just one more thing to keep track of without a whole lot of benefit. Otherwise beautiful unit.

Just some suggestions

Our stay was amazing! The property is very well kept. I would suggest if you have a larger vehicle not to park in the parking garage! Lesson learned, my husband has a larger truck and scraped the top of it in the garage!!!!!!!!!! The parking area outside of the property is very small, very tight parking spots, as well. Other than that, great experience. Julie even let us check in early!

Beautifull condo

This is an absolutely perfect unit. We loved the beachy clean blue and white esthetic throughout the whole unit. Plenty of space in the bathrooms and storage in bedrooms. The views of the bay and the ocean were beautiful! Caught two firework shows sitting on the balcony! Julie was a super helpful host even with a little hiccup we had she went out of her way to take care of us! We will return for sure! Only negative the beds were a little firm for our liking but to each their own! Pro tip the front row beach chairs get snagged up by 7am go down and throw a towel on your chairs they start setting up at 6:30 ☀️

Spectacular views

We really enjoyed our stay here. The property is a bit dated but the views were amazing and the location was convenient to food and shopping. We really enjoyed the beach bar and the included beach service. I do wish there had been a bathroom at the beach bar. It’s a bit of a hike.

Breathtaking View!

The condo was very well appointed. I went with my brother, and we each had our own bathroom, and could go to our own separate areas. The balcony is wonderful. The location couldn't get better. I am from Miramar Beach and wanted to act like I was on vacation! Spoiled! No complaints.

Great vacation

PRO's: The location and cleanliness of the property was excellent. The view from the balcony was fantastic! The condo smelled freshly cleaned as we entered and the space was nicely furnished. The included beach service was very much appreciated. We had an issue with the smart TV but, Julia, the property manager went over and above to troubleshoot and rectify the situation. The kitchen was adequately stocked with dishes, glasses, utensils and cookware. Towels were abundant. CON's: While the condo did seem a little tired and could use some freshening (new paint, update appliances as the stove and oven took some time to heat, both the bathrooms and kitchen could use some updating), everything was very serviceable. There were very few coat hangers in the closet. We had to purchase toilet paper, paper towels and trash bags to replenish condo prior to leaving. It also would've been nice to have basic items such as salt, pepper, olive oil, seasonings. All of our previously booked properties all were stocked with a supply of staples. For the daily rate, we did not expect an empty cupboard of staples or to have to restock paper goods. Having said that, I do understand larger families who would use much larger quantities and should be expected to purchase additional items. All of the CON's were pretty minor items that we were able to deal with easily and certainly did not prevent us from enjoying our vacation. Just wanted to provide some food for thought. Property still receives 5 stars. Thank you all so much for a wonderful vacation!

The place to stay

Very nice condo to stay in. Some people griped about the key in the elevator but once you get the hang of it it’s pretty easy actually a nice feature nobody can come up there with you except people with a key. The dryer was stuffed full of lint in the collection screen you might want to put a note on the dryer telling the next people to make sure they clean it out it is easy to miss. It’s different then most dryer’s. Great place to stay and the ocean has really clear water, great swimming.

A wonderful place

We loved the property and feel it was accurately described. On the second day the air conditioning went out and it got warm in the unit. Just one of those things. Julie worked tirelessly until it was fixed. She’s an excellent host. The location is great. We had three generations and everyone had fun.

Beautiful location and condo!

Recently stayed with my friends and family. We could not have asked for a better room and view. The resort also has a restaurant and Beachside bar which were a huge plus for us. The room also came with a beach set up of two chairs and an umbrella daily. The beds were comfortable, the condo was clean and the views were breathtaking. Will be staying here again!

Talk About Great!!

What a great week we had with our family. The location was great, the condo was super clean, and the view was amazing. The sky bridge over the road was great for our 2 kids, not having to worry about crossing the roads. The beach was super clean and the beach service was great. For beach service, it is first come, first served so go down after 8am but before 8:30 to get your front row seats. You can reserve your seat with your beach bag and towels. After the beach, we headed over to the pool which was always warm, thanks to it being heated. The pool was shut down for a few hours because the pump went out but the staff quickly got.it replaced and back up and going within a few hours. We used the time to take the kids to play glow in the dark mini-golf and by the time we grabbed lunch and got back, the pool was ready. Elevators weren't too terrible with crowding like other condos I have been a part of. They had plenty of luggage carts and shopping carts available for arrival/check-out and after grocery shopping. Julie did a great job with communicating. Will definitely work with her for our vacation next spring.

The views were stunning. The condo had everything we possibly needed and everyone at the resort was so nice and helpful. Our hosts were fantastic and gave us all sorts of good information.

Absolutely beautiful. Perfect room. Perfect location. Parking in the lot and also a parking garage. Only resort in immediate area that has a beachside bar. Restaurants within short beach walk. Walk up no shoes and eat! The staff is eager to help with anything and answer any questions big or small. Definitely saving this place for a visit again.
