Not your typical condo! Exquisitely furnished by an ASID designer with custom fabrics and furnishings. Pristinely maintained. Recently renovated with new kitchen and baths. Marble floors throughout condo, including baths. Stainless steel appliances and Kohler fixtures. Quartz counters in kitchen and baths. Two baths have large walk-in showers with glass doors, Kohler fixtures and hand-held sprayers, third bath has tub/shower combination with Kohler fixtures .

Flat screen TV's in living room and all 3 bedrooms. New pillow top mattresses, all cotton linens. Stunning view of Gulf of Mexico from living/dining/kitchen area as well as Master Bedroom. Living area and Master Bedroom open onto large, private, covered balcony facing beach and Gulf.

If you are looking for a beautifully designed condo with impeccable furnishings, this is it. 5th floor, end unit.

We have been told that this is the nicest condo in SeaSpray. We do not rent to anyone under 30 years of age.

Peak Season: 7 night minimum May 15, 2015 - August 15, 2015.

Superbly stocked

This was a great place to stay for our girls trip! It was very well stocked with plenty of dishes, pans and even spices. We didn’t cook much but everything that we needed was there. I highly recommend this condo!! It was super clean too!

Beautiful interior and gracious amenities

Our stay was absolutely wonderful from beginning to end. The owners of this condo have everything you could ever want or need. In 35 years of vacationing on the Florida gulf coast this condo was the most well appointed, personal and tastefully decorated, the attention to detail was amazing. The seaspray itself is immaculate. We will stay here again.

Perfect Stay!

This property was exactly as listed. It was stocked with everything you need. The owners were quick to respond and we're fantastic to work with. We saw dolphins from the balcony and beautiful sunsets. The beach was not crowded and it was a wonderful family atmosphere. We have found our vacation spot and will definitely be back!

Lots of space. Has everything you need in the kitchen. Perdido Key Beach Service needs much improvement but this isn’t the fault of the owner. Enjoyed our stay!

This is by far the cutest and best rental we have ever stayed in! The kitchen is so well stocked! Everything is so well thought out and the owners are fabulous to work with. Great Condo on Gulf

Our stay was outstanding because the condo was fantastic. It was well-stocked with dishes, pots, pans, dishes, bowls, appliances, flatware, etc. The condo was beautifully decorated. Beds were comfortable. The condo was extremely clean. The patio had ample amount of chairs. In the 40 years of spending time at the Gulf, this condo was the best ever.

Wonderful condo!

This condo is a corner unit which is bigger than the others in the building. I loved the fact that my children’s bedroom windows weren’t accessible to people walking by like the other units. Made this momma less stressed and felt safer knowing that.

Best one yet!

We travel to PK at least once per year (this was our 4th trip in the past year) and have for the past 10 years. We have stayed in beachfront condos from the state line to Johnson Beach Road and all points in between, but SS 521E has absolutely been the most welcoming and the most accommodating condo we have been in, the "million dollar" places down the coast included! We will most definitely reserve again! Thanks for sharing your vacation home with us!

Great Perdido Key Condo

Second stay. Great condo, and complex. Comfortable bds, well stocked kitchen with many types of pots and cooking utensils. As mentioned previously the cupboard is vey well stocked and many essential items from garbage bags to spices to detergent are provided. Needed very few of my own basic items, except the usual meats vegetables dairy etc. The condo is well furnished and is comfortable. Lovely views of the gulf. One maintenance issue was resolved quickly. An enjoyable place to enjoy the beach. Will come again.

Wonderful Beach Experience

This was our best experience at the beach in 50 years. This is a true owners beach home and you truly feel like you are staying at one. As stated before, The condo is furnished with most of the items you would bring to the beach. So before going to the store, it is wise to check what the condo has. They have so many staples. For example, one night I found some available Uncle Ben’s rice for a meal. There was a spice drawer with almost every conceivable spice. The condo is beautifully furnished with many nice touches and high end items. Even the silverware feels elegant. The bedding was exceptionally comfortable. Bruce is the most responsive VRBO owner. Great Communication and very responsive. With a great location it adds up to a memorable beach experience.

Nice condo, beautiful beach

Condo - East Tower, overall it was nice. There were seven of us and we fit comfortably. Large living space, bar, and kitchen. Plenty of seating. It literally has all of the amenities of home. Every kitchen gadget you need, baths were stocked with hand soap and TP which is a plus when you first arrive. I needed a screwdriver when my cooler broke, no issues it was available. I brought my own laundry, dish and toiletry jazz but there was some there if you needed it. The master suite was large and again had all of the amenities of home. The master shower was awesome. The other two bedrooms were quite small in comparison, but they both had their own bath. The floors are tile, which makes for easy clean up, specifically the sand. Both elevators were working; I know it sounds silly but when there’s just one it stinks! We arrived early, we’re able to use the outdoor baths to change and enjoy the beach until check-in. Things that were different or could be improved: It could use a deep clean. There was a funny smell when the a/c kicked on and we noticed mold in the ceiling air vents that we bleached/cleaned and the smell kind mostly went away. There was mold on the edges of the kitchen sink and each shower head, we bleached/cleaned those. There are A LOT of decorative pieces everywhere, just use caution. The walls weren’t painted like the pics on VRBO, needs updated pics. Maybe get a digital door latch to avoid the need for the key/lock box. Perdido Key Beach - Beautiful, quiet, and clean. We arrived mid-July. We set up two 10x10 tents with all our chairs, and blue tooth speakers and we’re still 25+ feet from our closest neighbor. Just liked we had hoped! Local Jazz - Flora-Bama Bar is just two miles down the road and it was awesome! Large sidewalks to accommodate walkers. Smaller stores/gas stations within walking distance. Larger stores, restaurants and excursions just a short drive away. We’ll be back for sure!

August vacation 2021

This condo is well taken care of. The pictures are current of the condition of the condo. The owner texted during the stay to make sure everything was going well which was nice. The mattresses are comfortable and in very good condition. It is well furnished with extra supplies. I come to this area once to twice a year and I would stay again. Pros: Very well maintained, beach not crowded, and owner responds quickly and checks on you. Cons: The Sea Spray should change their signs to say no smoking on the balconies. This was an issue sitting out on our balcony. I came down to smell the salt water and not the cigarettes. This is not the fault of the owner. Evidently guest are not to smoke on their balconies, but the signs only say no smoking in public areas. Still a great stay!

Great Location

The condo looked like the pictures. There was ALOT of personal items in the condo with very little drawer space available for our things. The kitchen was well stocked but left no room for our own groceries as every cabinet was stuffed to capacity. The property looked clean when we arrived; however, the floors had sand on them and needed to be moped. (Not a big deal but might want to inform your housekeeping service.) The pools were great, large balcony, common areas in condo were very large, plenty of parking and great access to the beach. I do wish there were grills on the beach side. Would stay at this complex again!
