Find the perfect spot to soak up the Florida sunshine at this spacious home in Santa Rosa Beach, where you'll be an easy walk, bike ride, or drive from the sugar-white sands of 30A.

Set at the end of a cul-de-sac, this home lies in a quiet family-oriented neighborhood just a half mile north of the Ed Walline Beach Access on 30A. This will allow guests the ability to swim, collect seashells, or kayak in the Gulf of Mexico any time you'd like while still enjoying time away from the crowds when it's time to rest. Within the community, you'll have access to a beautiful, lagoon-style swimming pool with multiple waterfall features and a sundeck stocked with lounge chairs. Two adult-size bikes are provided as well, so you can easily ride to Gulf Place Town Center or coast up and down 30A on the 18.5-mile Timpoochee Trail.

The home's outdoor spaces are a joy to return to after a day spent at the beach. Sip a cold glass of sweet tea on one of the two covered porches out front, bring snacks and appetizers to the vine-draped garden patio, or light the gas grill on the back deck for a barbecue overlooking the coastal woods.

Inside, the two-story living space is polished, elegant, and centrally air-conditioned. Unwind in the large living room with plush sofas and a cable TV, move into the kitchen to prepare your favorite meals with stainless steel appliances, and find space to help chop vegetables at the breakfast bar or the adjacent dining table. Of the three bedrooms, all have TVs and one - the primary bedroom - enjoys direct access to the deck.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
