In the center of Breck's Peak 9 area, you'll find this cozy one-bedroom. first floor condo, providing an ideal retreat among the mountains.

As you step inside, you'll be greeted by a cozy living room with a fireplace, perfect for unwinding after a day on the slopes. The fully stocked kitchen, complete with everything you might need to whip up delicious meals and enjoy at the dining table with seating for six. Refresh in the modern bathroom with a large walk-in shower, complete with towels and basic toiletries, or take a relaxing soak in the four outdoor hot tubs or swim in the heated swimming pool (open year-round).

Enjoy the convenience of an in-unit washing machine and dryer, as well as high-speed WiFi to stay connected. Recent Speedtest app results were 685 Mbps (download) and 22.8 Mbps (Upload).

Park your car in the underground assigned parking space. There also is unassigned surface parking available. The condo is located a short walk from the QuickSilver chairlift on Peak 9 as well as the shops, restaurants and bars in downtown Breckenridge.

Beautiful condo!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this Breckenridge condo! The condo is beautifully and thoughtfully renovated. Fully stocked with everything you could need. Very short and convenient walk to Peak 9 area. We enjoyed the cozy fireplace and the lovely snow-covered view. Communication and convenience of entry, parking, etc. was excellent. We would not hesitate to stay here again and will be back. The whole family enjoyed this stay! Thank you!

Spring Break Ski Vacation

The condo was very clean and perfect for our trip. We loved the fireplace. The proximity to the ski lifts and dining were wonderful! We would stay here again!

Amazing location and comfort

Gary, the host was clear and concise with the listing. The view from the couch to the outside was beautiful especially for a couple of the days when it snowed. The kitchen appliances were all in working order and in great condition. Everything was clean when we're arrived and easy checkout process. Overall great propert and we would stay here again if available. Thanks for an amazing place.

Our Go To Location for Breck!

Perfect for a couples stay who love to ski! Easy walk to the slopes. Feels like home! Plus, Gary is a fantastic host and so accommodating. We will be back next year!

Ski Week

Modern and clean condo in a quiet spot near the Quicksilver lift at Breckenridge. Well equipped with everything we needed for the week. Appreciated the underground parking spot nearly right below the unit. Thanks for a great stay.

Perfect condo in a great location

Condo was perfect for our family of 3 and had everything needed. The location was perfect for walking everywhere. The owner was super helpful with any questions I had pertaining to the area. Condo was super clean and the bed was super comfy—even the sofa sleeper was comfortable

Great and cozy stay

We had a great time. Very nice condo and short walk to town and ski lift. The hot tubs are amazing, we were expecting one but there were four! Also loved the fireplace and underground parking. Gary the host was extremely responsive and helpful. We will be coming back!

What a lovely place

I cant wait to come back! Cozy place. Clean. Had everything we needed. Easy walk to the center of town. Gary has a great guide book to places to eat. The neighbor next to us played his guitar later morning so we sat on the enjoyed that. Would live to stay here again..that.

Relaxing Short Vacay

My husband and I had a great stay at Gary's place. The location was close to everything and had a lovely view of the aspen trees out the back. We read and enjoyed shopping Breckingridge as well as Frisco and took in the art fair in Dillon. The house was well stocked, bed was comfortable and even had a fan in the closet for our use. Would recommend and would stay here again if available!

St. Patrick's Day Trip

Our trip could not have been more perfect. The walk to the village and lifts were so easy and close. The condo was so cute, clean, and had literally every single thing you could have needed for a trip. The remodeled touches were amazing! So cute and useful. The hot tubs were great, and parking was easy. The check-in and check-out instructions were so easy and so detailed with great information. Gary could not have been a better host with communicating! Could not recommend this stay enough! Thank you, Gary!

Spring Break ski trip

Perfect condo and great location. Short walk right out the door to the Quicksilver lift. Underground parking was a huge bonus. Hot tubs and changing rooms were great I just wish they were open a little longer in the evening. (Only til 8 PM). This condo is exactly as described. It has the most well stocked kitchen and small appliances of any short-term rental I’ve ever stayed in. The owner, Gary had a very informative Welcome Book in the condo with an extensive, organized list of restaurants and activities to do in the area. You can tell he takes pride in the ownership of this condo and his love for the mountains. We will definitely stay here again and would highly recommend.

Fabulous stay in Gary’s place

Absolutely fabulous! Gary’s place is perfect for a stay in Breckenridge … spotlessly clean, modern and really well equipped. A short walk from quicksilver SuperChair lift and very close to town too. No complaints at all… the skiing was great - but it was also a pleasure to get ‘home’ after we’d finished. Very comfortable. Gary was excellent attentive host who promptly responded to a couple of requests we had - and got a small repair done within a day and with no fuss at all. Thanks for super time - and for sharing your place. Mike & Nikki

Excellent Breckenridge accomodations

One of the best vrbo experiences we've had. Host communicated effectively and everything you could possibly need was either on property or within short walking distance. Kitchen well stocked, great new bathroom with laundry and comfortable furniture.

Convenient, Modern, comfortable

My family and I have no complaints at all about our stay in this vacation home. It is conveniently located by peak 9 Quicksilver lift as well as a very short walk into town. It has a villa in the little neighborhood. It is very modern inside with all the conveniences that you need. The bedding was very comfortable and I slept well. All of the decorations and furniture were very unique. The foyer right inside the front door, worked out so perfect to hang our skis and poles and to have a specific place to keep our wet boots. Although it is a condo style building, it felt nice and private. The owner communicated with us on multiple occasions prior to our stay to answer our questions. The garage under the building is a plus especially when it snows and it is private and secure. We really enjoyed the heated pool and hot tub access as well. If we return to Breckenridge, we will definitely look into staying here again!!!

I've been in love with Breckenridge and Summit County since my first visit in 2004. My Breckenridge "get away" became mine in 2010 and have enjoyed sharing it with guests ever since.

I enjoy being able to walk to the slopes or into town for dining in one of the great restaurants that Breck has to offer. The wooded view is so pleasant and you may be fortunate enough to see fox and moose.
