And with its prime location in the Tatum Highlands neighborhood, you'll have easy access to all the attractions and activities Phoenix and Scottsdale has to offer.

Close to Desert Ridge Shopping Center, Scottsdale Quarter, Many Great restaurants and perfect location for Barrett Jackson or The Waste Management Open.

Living Room: This large room offers contemporary furnishings including a sectional couch, accent chairs, 60” Smart TV, and a decorative fireplace (non-operational). This area offers plentiful natural light and high ceilings, as well as access to the backyard.

Game Room: This fun game room offers a Smart TV, plenty of arcade games and a high-top game table with seating.

Kitchen: The gourmet kitchen is a chef's delight with stainless appliances including double ovens, lots of counterspace, island with a prep sink and bar seating for two, and a walk-in pantry. There's also a convenient built-in desk.

Dining Area: The dining area has seating for six guests.

Formal Dining Room: Large table with seating for eight.

Bedrooms/Bathrooms:
Master Bedroom (upper level)— King size bed, 50” Smart TV, large walk-in closet, and gorgeous hardwood flooring; the private Ensuite bathroom has double vanities, and a large walk-in shower, and separate soaking tub.

The private backyard offers outdoor dining area, propane BBQ grill and a putting green. Enjoy a dip in the lovely saltwater pool with a lovely water feature.

Note: The pool can be heated upon request prior to arrival for a fee of $95 per day. No pool heating is offered June 1- September 30. During unpredictably cold weather, pool temperatures may not reach satisfactory levels.
