Excellent location for family

We stayed a week at this lovely home. Its location next to Lookout mountain was great for a challenging hike each morning with our crew (ages 5-72). The pool was great to jump in afterwards. The check in and check out process was seamless. Would definitely recommend

Great home for group

We had a group of work colleagues from across the country in Phoenix for a work event and then a shooting competition at Ben Avery Shooting Facility. The location was perfect, and the house was well appointed. Two master suites and plenty of common area space to spread out and to gather.The house was clean and well organized. We really enjoyed our stay.

Great time in Phoenix

The house was located in a beautiful, quiet area and we enjoyed a lovely time in Phoenix. The house worked out well and is spacious and lovely. It had everything supplied to make our stay comfortable. The owner is attentive and checked in frequently. The weather was spectacular everyday. We were able to take in many tourist destinations and the wedding we came to attend.

Excellent Property

Our house was extremely clean and tidy. Very well stocked. A couple of small hiccups with the master bath downstairs, but, I understand the bath is being redone this coming week. Communication was excellent and very helpful. This has to be our best VRBO yet, the neighborhood was beautiful with wonderful walking and trails. Highly recommend.

We had a great time here

Nice location in a gated neighborhood. The host was great with good communication. The BBQ worked nice which I appreciated. Pool was warm. The only thing I would do is update the upstairs bathroom to no longer have carpet. Thank you!

Great Property and Host

We decided to do a family vacation as we live in the north part of the US with other family in Canada and Europe so this seemed like a good warm weather destination. Since we have 2 dogs that would be travelling with us our requirements were a large house, backyard area witha heated pool, grass area in the backyard, centrally located and big enough to accommodate up to 12 guests. This property fit what we were looking for and at a reasonable rate so we booked it. Communication with the host was excellent and he checked in to see how things were going as we were there. The living room, kitchen, great room and dining room were all large as were the bedrooms. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed as well. We actually had a surprise wedding in the backyard in the middle of our stay and it could not have been a better location/day for us. If we were to return to Phoenix area I would stay at this property again.

Very nice home in a wonderful neighborhood. A great area to easily take a hike or enjoy a quiet park. The home allowed us all to spread out and enjoy our space. The pool is perfect. Owner was great to work with!

Family Reunion

3 generations were very comfortable in this house. Layout was ideal. Really appreciated the large and well equipped kitchen. The pool and waterfall were a nice centerpiece.

Would give 6 stars if we could

We have used VRBO many times and this property was the best. We rented for February. It was clean and very well equipped, especially in the kitchen (and we are very particular). The house was VERY spacious and well laid out. We loved the backyard and pool, especially our grandchildren (twin 17 year old boys and 8/7 girls) who visited us. The photos don’t do justice to the kitchen or the incredible office available to renters (printer, huge screens etc). The big difference between this property and others we have rented is the owner- Chase. He was always available to answer questions and do anything to make our vacation a comfortable and enjoyable experience at his home. Highly recommended.

Really wonderful stay!

Great house, plenty of room for our two families (a total of 8). Clean, well stocked, nice that it has two master suites. Safe neighborhood that is quiet and gated. Easy access to anything we could want and quick trip to Scottsdale where we spent most of our time. The house is not fancy, but it is clean and really comfy! The two best things about this house - 1. The back yard - the covered patio, the pool and the outdoor space. We lived outside and loved it. 2. Chase. He really made sure we had everything we needed, was easy to get a hold of, answered questions, was super friendly and even let us check in early and out late. Super job! Would happily stay here again!

AZ golf trip

4 guys from FL on our annual golf trip ( first time to AZ). Great location and house. Private, secure and quiet neighborhood centrally located to all the courses we were playing on our week long trip. Chase, our host, was fantastic. Quick replies and set us up with anything we needed. Great pool and house configuration. Will stay here again on our next trip.

Exceptional Property

My daughters, who are in their 30s and I stayed at this property over Easter and had a wonderful time. The outside space was so inviting we played Cribbage, watched TV and had every meal out on the patio. The pool was heated so we could enjoy early morning and evening swims and the personal entrance, which was walking distance to Lookout Mountain let us enjoy an early morning hike. Having 2 Master bedrooms was also nice so that so that couples could have privacy. All adventures were within 40 minutes away, went paddle boarding at Lake Pleasant, horseback riding at Black Canyon Creek and visited the Southwest Wildlife Conservation Center. Plan on booking this property again and the owner texted to make sure we were happy, without being intrusive.

Great family time

Very nice property. Would stay there again and again. Worked well for a wide range of ages. We really enjoyed the pool/patio area. The artificial turf area was very nice and gave us lots of room. Loved the area.

Great location, property and host!

Chase was excellent to work with and attentive to our needs. It was quiet, close to hiking and golf and had a great pool! The home was comfortable and had everything we needed. Will definitely go back!

Excellent stay in Phoenix

This house was perfect for my 10 person extended family getaway. Nice gated neighborhood, and Lookout Mountain Park was a great morning hike. Owner Chase responded immediately to texts when I had a couple of questions about early check in and the TV. The pool was clean and warm and the kids had a blast swimming while the adults enjoyed the sunshine in the back. I highly recommend this property.

Fantastic time!

We were extremely pleased with this property; it fit our extended families perfectly. Grandparents in bedroom downstairs and 2 families shared 4 upstairs bedrooms. We were together in the common areas of the open concept design-some cooking, some eating, others watching TV and playing games. The outdoor pool was warm and enjoyable to adults and children. Plenty of yard space to run and play or lounge. Privacy fence and decorative plants added to our own seclusion. The owner was easy to work with and was available to any need, he checked to make sure everything was satisfactory.
