Excellent house, located in the Reserva de Sauípe Condominium, with impeccable infrastructure and private access to the beach!

It has a living room, full kitchen, 5 suites (1 on the ground floor) and all with split-type air conditioning. It has a wonderful outdoor area, with swimming pool, hammocks and barbecue.

We take care of the apartment with all the affection and care in order to provide you with the greatest comfort and the best possible stay.

*We provide bed and bath linen for your stay with us;

**Consumption of water and electricity is charged according to consumption at the end of the stay;

***A deposit of R$2500.00 must be paid. It must be made via bank transfer within 7 days after confirming the reservation and the refund will be within 7 working days after check-out (For New Year's Eve reservations the deposit will be doubled);

****It will be necessary to send the documents of all guests for registration and release at the concierge/property.

The composition of the rooms is as follows:

Suite 1 (Ground floor): 1 queen bed, split air conditioning, Smart TV, closets and blackout curtain.

Bedroom 1 (Superior): 2 bunk beds, split type air conditioning, Smart TV, cabinets and blackout curtain.

Bedroom 2 (Superior): 2 bunk beds, split type air conditioning, Smart TV, cabinets and blackout curtain.

Suite 2 (Superior): 1 Queen bed, split type air conditioning, closets and blackout curtain.

Suite 3 (Superior): 1 Queen bed, split type air conditioning, Smart TV, closets and blackout curtain.

OBS.: Bedroom 1 and 2 share a bathroom.

In addition to everything the condominium offers (total infrastructure, swimming pool, gourmet lounge, kids space, ballroom, games room, playground, gym and sports courts), it also has private access to the beach, at a distance of approximately 5min on foot.

*To use the party room, a fee is required.

It is worth noting that Sauípe has one of the most beautiful beaches on the North Coast of Bahia.
