Our 1,400-square-foot home with three (3) bedrooms and two (2) bathrooms is a cozy and spacious getaway in the heart of the Rio Grande Valley. It is the perfect home for exploring the rugged Colorado terrain, making memories, and all of your Colorado adventures. Only 25 minutes to Wolf Creek Ski Area means easy access to world-class skiing and snowboarding during winter, ATV trails out the back door, and 40 minutes from bike trails at Penitente Canyon.

The luxurious private hot tub provides a perfect spot to relax and rejuvenate while enjoying the stunning surroundings. After a day of adventures, gather around the fire pit under the Colorado night sky.

Enjoy meals together on the back deck from the well-equipped kitchen and outdoor grill. Take in the fresh mountain air and beautiful views with family and friends. The bed configuration offers flexibility for families or groups traveling together, ensuring everyone has a comfortable place to rest and recharge.

Please note that, like most properties in the area, this home does not have AC, as it is uncommon for homes at this elevation. Temperatures inside the property are easily managed by using fans and opening the windows at night when temperatures drop into the 40s.

Book 7+ nights, and a 10% discount is automatically applied (it does not apply during the 4th of July or Christmas/New Year's holiday).

Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable payment of $300 is required at the time of booking. This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 72 hours of the time the booking is made. If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, you will need to pay in full at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes to stay dates, including changes that result in a shortened stay, are not permitted within 30 days of arrival, and any will result in a penalty. Cancellations or changes made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date forfeit the entire reservation amount. In contrast, cancellations made more than thirty (30) days before your arrival only lose the $300 payment made at the time of booking. For reservations that are at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy above increases to sixty (60) days before the arrival date. We do offer travel insurance.
