Complete renovation on this 4 bed, 3 bath Gulf View Home w/ Private Pool!!

COMPLETE RENOVATION - New addition with 2 extra bedrooms and shared bath. This home features 4 bedrooms/3 bath, sleeping 12 comfortably with new furnishings, upgrades, and updates. Included outside is an oversized 13x30 gunite swimming pool with new landscaping and fully fenced yard. Would you like the pool heated? Contact a Vacation Specialist to add this to your reservation when booking! Only $75 a day!

Starting from scratch, this home has received a complete renovation from top to bottom. All new furnishings, brand new designer kitchen, all new bathrooms, flooring, etc. Upstairs features two private queen bedrooms and two bathroom, one which is shared in the hallway. A spiral staircase will lead you downstairs to the additional two bedrooms. Bedroom one will be a private king, and bedroom two will have a set of queen over queen bunks. Both bedrooms will share a large bath featuring a double vanity and large tiled shower. This home will have additional seating and lounging space downstairs to accommodate large families including the washer and dryer.

Outside, guests can enjoy the large wrap around porches that lead you to the brand new oversized 13x30 gunite pool with new landscaping and fully fenced yard.

We loved this house. The bedrooms, bathrooms and kitchen were beautiful and clean. The pool was so relaxing and the walk to the beach was short and sweet. We would definitely stay again.

1 Minute from the Beach

Overall nice property, close to the beach, nice pool in the well maintained backyard. Kitchen was well equipped with the items our family needed and the second refrigerator downstairs was a plus. Property management was very responsive to a couple minor issues, they were great to deal with.

This home met or exceeded our needs. Clean, well stocked with essentials. Plenty of room for us to spread out. One minor glitch when the A/C went out for one night. Quickly repaired the next day. The pool is perfect. the yard was great for our fur baby. The area was quiet this time due to it NOT being Easter weekend. The beach is just a quick walk and beautiful as usual. We will be renting again next year. Thanks again to PBH. You run a great business.

Wonderful property

The property looked exactly like the photos. It is a pet friendly property, but there were zero signs of previous pets. It is a very easy short walk to the beach. The kids were all in heaven with the pool! The wrap around porch was lovely when the storms rolled in. We had many people taking showers every night and never ran out of hot water! We only had one small hiccup when the dryer quit working. We are an understanding bunch so it wasn’t a huge deal. We called to let the property manager know, but there was miss communication and a delay in getting someone out to look at it. We would stay here again, and recommend it to others.

Could have been better for the price

Good location. The spiral staircase was not conducive to having children or pets in the house. Had to call maintenance to fix the dryer and it took them a lot longer than expected. Most of the frying pans were old and worn out. For the price we paid I expected to see nicer furnishings and the mattresses were worn out. The pictures are misleading. There is no garage and the spiral staircase is not shown in any of the photos.

Winter break

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Newly remodeled property, stayed next door in March, and they were finishing this home. Visited with three teen boys. Excellent location: one block from beach and no need to cross busy highway, close to restaurants, parks, and beach is quiet here even in full season. Easy for biking everywhere on island. House was clean, well maintained and designed for all people to have their own space (TV each room, gorgeous baths). There is a downstairs mini den off the bedrooms with frig when coming in from pool. Ample parking. Lovely back yard with pool and pool deck with hose right by back door for sandy toes. No beach views or covered outside area but backyard stays partially shaded for summer months. Gas grill and kitchen were excellent! Love that there were no carpets to get cockleburs from beach walks! Bring your beach towels and beach chairs as not supplied. Not accessible if can't do stairs. Would definitely recommend and return.

Relaxing & recharge Spring Break

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Just spent another wonderful spring break in this wonderful home. Great updated home with all the convivences of home. Kitchen was well stocked with plenty of dishes, pots/pans and silverware. However it could use some glass baking type dishes(Pyrex) since we cooked all of our meals in. would suggest installing screens in the windows & sliding doors. We would have liked to open more than 2 and those had holes. The pool was wonderful with plenty of lounge chairs. The addition of stairs down to the pool, from previous pictures, off of the back deck was a great help for getting from the top level to bottom. (Our fur baby would not go up /down the spiral stairs) The back yard was great for him too. The beds were comfy and plenty of room for the 8 of us. One issue with the downstairs bedrooms is there is no closet or hanging space and very little dresser space. The area was very quiet until mid week when A LOT of high school spring breakers arrived in the area. There were several house parties, LOUD music & kids walking the streets drinking and throwing litter around. (Didn't see many adults around)Thankfully by Saturday, most were gone. This was the 3rd time renting from PBH and will definitely do it again next year. Great folks to work with...
