Beautiful 3 bd/2 bth, pet friendly home on Via De Luna w/ beach access!

Nicely-decorated 3 bdr/2 bath Via Deluna home sleeping 8 - pet friendly! Located in a great spot on the north side of Via Deluna, within walking distance of most shops and restaurants. Under 2 minutes and 200 steps to the beach!

Open, airy and light décor with designer touches throughout. Owner has thoughtfully provided two bikes, fishing equipment, beach carts and 8 beach chairs for guests' use. Access the beach and Gulf of Mexico via an easement directly across the street from the home, and access to Santa Rosa Sound via an easement right next door. Lots of outdoor space underneath (with table, seating and a "curtain" of lights), in front of and in back of the home, where you can cook a nice meal on the Green Egg and Weber charcoal grills. Enjoy the partially enclosed outdoor shower for rinsing off those sandy toes.

Seating provided on both the front and back decks off the living room and bedrooms. King in master, Queen in the guest bedroom and two sets of Twin over Twin bunks in the 3rd bedroom. At the end of a sun-soaked day on the beach, there's entertainment for everyone with a 75" TV in living room.

The location was ideal, close to the beautiful beach, a short drive or reasonable walk to all the shops and restaurants. The house is comfortable with lovely furnishings, appliances, technology, and everything we needed to enjoy our family time.

Wonderful Vacation Home

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Thoroughly enjoyed our vacation at this beautiful home! Nice, spacious, well maintained, and beautifully decorated. Was so nice to have our own yard. While it is not fully enclosed, the owners thoughtfully provided a small fenced in area for pets. This property was a great walking distance to the beach, and shops. The king size bed was SOOOO comfortable. Full sized washer and dryer, plenty of storage in the bedrooms, kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed, including a blender which we use daily! They even had a "junk" drawer with scissors, a pen, tools, etc., which came in handy a few times! Highly recommend. Just beautiful!

Nice place with a few issues

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house is nicely decorated, and everything one would need was provided. The proximity to the beach was excellent. However, the a/c would not go below 71, no matter what temperature you set it to. And there were cockroaches.

Pensacola house

The house was nice. A short walk to the beach. It was very windy a couple of days so went to the sound beach, which was about 1/2 -3/4 mile walk. The rooms looked much larger online but there was plenty of room for my family of 7. We brought a puppy with us and the yard/dog area needed to be mowed and there were a lot of weeds. Yard not fully fenced and dog area is small. One suggestion, a couple side tables in the family room to set drinks when sitting inside. Overall a great location and we had a great time!

Great listing! Would recommend!

Spent a few days there, would definitely recommend! A lot of outdoor space below the house, includes everything you need for the beach as well! Very nice and clean too!

Great place to experience Pensacola Beach

Nice place. Had everything that was needed and more. I was surprised how many things were there to use for the beach. Past experience with other places, what was there was usually not in good shape. However everything there was in good shape.

Incredible stay

This was such a memorable vacation and we hope to return in future years. You are located just steps from the beach. With an outside shower to rinse off the sand and more beach items to use than you can imagine, you are set up to head to the beach whenever you fancy. No planning required. The local restaurants and shops are all in close proximity. You can drive there and park or simply enjoy a short walk, we did both depending on our levels of beach activity that day. Pensacola beach is beautiful, with white sands and clear water. The sound side gives multiple watersport options including parasailing and kayaking ( there is a kayak provided by this home ). So much to do and see and no better place to come home to at the end of an exhausting day than this beautiful home. There are plenty of outside games provided below the house as well as a lovely, relaxing seating area with a fire pit. Check in and check out are extremely easy and you are provided with all the information you would need to know to have a great stay. Go ahead, book, relax and enjoy this great location!

Convenient and clean

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I love this area of P. Beach. It is quiet yet still close to the center of town if needed. This house was well laid out, very clean and well stocked with beach gear. The outside area is a little run down but this did not surprise or offend me. The salt and sun destroy quickly. The inside was very nice and updated. The beach is super close. You are located on a Main Street but this did not bother us. I have 3 small children and we were able to cross the road safely a few times each day. There is an outside shower downstairs which was the most used during our stay. It was amazing and kept most of the sand out of the house as well.The property mgmt company was very easy to deal with and super responsive when we had issues during our stay. The coffee maker broke on us and they promptly brought us a new one!!! We would certainly stay here again.There is not a lot of storage in the house. The bunk room has 4 small lockers. This was perfect for my small children however might not work for older kids or longer stays. The other two rooms have ample storage.If you cook the knives are good, the pans are not. There are many many many glasses and cups but not much space left to store food. Minor improvement and still nothing that would keep me from staying here again. It is a good location, a clean and updated home with a very responsive mgmt company. 5stars!

Comfortable home - good location with plenty of perks

Reviewer Comments: Very surprised the home had beach toys (spike ball / 1 person kayak, 6 beach chairs, cooler(s), beach cart, sun shade tent (10x10), bikes, and more). The furniture is very nice and comfortable - well appointed accessories in the kitchen, games in the living room for rainy / cold days. Full size, stacked washer and dryer - the property management company is just up the road and very responsive, if needed.Because it is pet friendly - you should know dogs are NOT allowed on the beach (other than the 2 dog beaches). The yard is fenced around back / side - but under the carport area is wide open - so your dog can easily be distracted by things and run off. We wish there was a privacy fence or option to fully enclose the yard (or the car part / garage area) - which we used for some fun games.Otherwise, be warned the house is right on the main road - which isn't usually too busy, but you will hear car noise at night from the front bedrooms (king and queen). However, it literally is like 200 feet to the beach - so pretty hard to beat! Easily walking distance to several shops / restaurants as well. We would definitely rent this home again!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Master shower and bedroom was great. Downside to this unit was having to cross 4 lanes of traffic and median to get to the sidewalk that takes you to the beach. Straight shot more or less to the beach. Needs lights where the cars park, spots a small between the pillars and hard to see at night. Hardly no closets in the kids room. Biggest complaint is the 2 dead roaches we found in the kitchen each morning and one still alive another day. Outside the home is outdated. Landscape was not clean and deck was old. Needs a Pool in the back! Door was hard to close on the back of the home. Add some oven mittens to the kitchen.

Love the house and location...

This is our 2nd visit as we love the house setup and location; however, this visit the property was not cleaned properly. There was dog hair throughout the home and overall just not clean. We will stay again and hopefully this note helps resolve the issue. Thank you!
