This is top notch property and location. House is immaculate and has a great layout. Host created a house book that answered any questions and provided local recommendations. Host was extremely responsive to all my questions and handled everything in a professional manner. Bedding was all clean and we felt overall cleanliness was a 10 (as good as a high-end hotel). Host had provided several staples that made the move in easy since we got in late at night such as paper towels, toilet paper, garbage bags, tea bags, Nespresso pods, etc. All the appliances and electronics (LG TV’s, Motorized shades, Sonos) are top notch. Host also provided all instructions manuals for all devices in one binder. Hot Tub is great, great views from it, and it was clean and perfect temperature. The views are amazing from anywhere on the property. This was our first time to Sedona, and we liked the Uptown location and being able to walk to town. We would rent this house again.

Perfect Stay

We absolutely loved our long weekend at this home- everything was very clean and well kept. Pictures cannot do the views justice, it is beautiful! We also enjoyed the location and being able to walk to grab coffee and shops. Stacy was such a great host and very communicative. We would love to go back someday!

Family trip to Sedona

We spent 4 days in Sedona with a day trip to the Grand Canyon. The property was incredible with all the bells and whistles including high end kitchen appliances, surround sound in the living room, and multiple washer/dryer setups. There was construction around the property which we admittedly could hear during the week, but our host was forthcoming about this. Walking distance to uptown Sedona with shops and restaurants, and good parking for 2-3 cars in the driveway. Our only feedback was that the knives in the kitchen were pretty dull, but that was a minor detail in the grand scheme of things. Truly a beautiful property with great views and indoor/outdoor living.

Incredible Location, Incredible House

This uptown Sedona modern house is spacious, has a well appointed kitchen, has very high quality bedding, top-notch appliances, and a deck with hot tub and fire pit that has incredible views. Highly recommend it!

Luxury in the Red Rocks

There is no better location, view or property in Sedona. Trust me on this. We have been staying at properties in Sedona for years and came across the gem….I would call it a diamond, but that doesn’t do it justice. The house is stunning with every amenity (even video games!) and the views are just out of this world. The home itself is stunning, sleek and the instructions left for visitors is top notch. This home would be good for families, couples or just a romantic get away for 2. The communication prior to the stay was fast, kind and top notch. We can’t wait to come back and have already told so many people about this place….book it now!!

Girls’ Trip

The house is beautiful. I truly could not have asked for better communication and follow through from the host. If you’re looking for a house within walking distance in Uptown, I don’t know that you’ll find one better. The views are spectacular and the setting is peaceful, allowing us to enjoy mornings and evenings from the balcony. It was perfect.

BEST HOUSE E.V.E.R.

This property is the best VRBO I’ve ever stayed at! The house was spotless upon arrival, and the owner was incredible with communication and went above and beyond to have everything anyone could possibly need at the house! The location of this house is perfect - walking distance to shopping and restaurants - and what an amazing view from the house too! The beds were super comfortable for everyone and the linens and towels were so cozy! Can’t wait to stay at this gorgeous house again sometime soon! It’s worth every penny! 💖

Gorgeous modern home

Had a wonderful stay. Home is beautiful with awesome view and easily walkable to downtown. There is construction site about 100 yards down the hill which was a little noisy on Friday but no problems on the weekend.

Location and views!!

Wonderful property located within walking distance of Uptown. The location was perfect! The house was immaculate and the view was priceless. Our family of 5 had plenty of space to spread out or hang out together in the main living room. We never needed anything, but Stacy made check-in seamless. We appreciated the detailed binder and local guide books that had all the information needed to navigate the home and area. It was our first time in Sedona and we’ll never stay anywhere else!

Pretty Much Perfection

This is a very new, beautiful, modern home. Amenities are off the charts. For frame of reference, my wife really wanted to stay at Enchantment (she’s a resort kind of gal) and was mad at me for going the VRBO route. Let’s just say I was a hero for a change. My teenage (14, 17, 19) boys loved the old school table video games, and the ping pong table and shuffleboard in the garage which is used as a game room and the jacuzzi. In addition to the jacuzzi, the back deck is huge, with great seating around the fire pit, a Traeger grill and the really cool reflexology walk that feels very Sedona. We had no intention of cooking but had some friends also in town so decided more fun to hang out and grill steaks than try to take 10 of us out to a restaurant. Kitchen is super well appointed with high end modern appliances including a nespresso (with plenty of pods!). Provided good basics like plastic wrap and parchment and even basic spice selection. Only tiny thing missing was a sponge or brush to clean dishes! Other considerations: —Location is superb. A short walk to the heart of uptown where there are plenty of places a short walk or drive for coffee, breakfast and lunch and maybe a 15 minute walk to Tlaquepaque. —Note that most of the mainstream retail, like groceries, drug stores, etc., is in West Sedona and traffic coming back through the main intersection can get bad. A trick is to cut through the Hyatt parking lot either driving or walking. —View from the deck was quite good. Not quite as unobstructed as the pictures show but still very good. —Brand new large TV with YouTube TV provided and a Sonos sound system —Nice big laundry room, detergent provided —Beds are comfortable. linens nice —Sliding doors weren’t the best for sound insulation —Master had huge closet and large bathroom—even had a Japanese toilet! It was right off kitchen. —One guest BR is essentially a converted office extension of the main room with wide sliding doors so by far the least private. Had a bath with shower in the hall. Still worked fine. —Other BRs were in a separate section “casita” at the front of the house and had their own good sized sitting area / kitchenette and shared a bath. —Plenty of parking for multiple cars. All in all a wonderful, professionally run rental and probably the best VRBO experience I have had.

Awesome home, Awesome location

This home had plenty of room for our family of 8. The family room is a great size and open to the kitchen area. The bedrooms are comfortable. Although is was a little cold to hang out of the enormous deck, we did spend a good amount of time in the hot tub. The location is a easy walk to the Uptown area, and Sedona has so much to do that we never spent more the 30 minutes in the car to get to any of the hikes we traveled. We also spent a lot of time playing Ms Pac-Mac, Space Invaders, and Frogger - so the video games were a hit.

Location Location Location! This home is on the edge of Uptown Sedona, so it is just steps to enjoy all the shops, restaurants, hiking and experiences that Uptown provides. Additionally, you can walk in the other direction towards much more - with The Shops at Pinon Pointe, various other centers and even Tlaquepaque Arts & Shopping Village. So much within footsteps! The house remains serene and private just steps from so much! The location is truly superb!

We created a space with everything we would want to enjoy and more. Everything is brand new and top of line. The bedding is of the highest quality and professionally laundered each visit. Cleanliness is our number one priority!

The reflexology path was recently built in this unique space to provide a little wellness retreat within your retreat! The benefits of reflexology are astounding and to get to experience it naturally with bare feet surrounded by the red rocks of Sedona is a special and hopefully memorable experience with added health benefits for sure!

The home includes two arcade machines with hundreds of classic games to enjoy, shuffleboard and ping pong. Plenty of fun is at your fingertips with this one! The deck is over 1,000 square feet... there are several outdoor spaces to enjoy spectacular views and surroundings.

We feel this is truly a unique property in Sedona for sure - we put all we had into thinking of and providing everything one could need to feel at home, in luxury, surrounded by natural magnificence and more.
