LIVIN’ LIFE IN LAVALLETTE - TOP FLOOR RENTAL


Would you like to kayak on a lagoon in the early morning stillness, or perhaps, ride a bike on the Lavallette boardwalk (5am-8am). Well these activities are available at this property. Guests have the use of 3 kayaks along with adult “cruiser” bicycles. This home is located directly on one of the few lagoons in Lavallette. The backyard is a relaxing oasis from which you can view incredible sunsets. Back here you will find a roomy outdoor enclosed shower to rinse off after a day at the beach (2 blocks away). When renting 6 beach badges are included. There is also a table with umbrella, chairs, chaise lounges and a propane grill for the exclusive use of guests. Off street parking for approx 4/5 cars.

The guest unit is a 3 bedroom, 1 bath with a fully equipped kitchen and comfortable living room. The space has central airconditioning and overhead fans. A washer and dryer are also provided in unit.


PLEASE NOTE: THIS RENTAL IS LOCATED ON THE TOP FLOOR OF THIS SPACIOUS HOME (2 flights of stairs)
JULY AND AUGUST UNIT IS RENTED WEEKLY SATURDAY TO SATURDAY.
Max number of overnight guests is SIX.

We had a wonderful stay with family at Livin’ Life in Lavallette! Linda and Ron were incredibly kind and welcoming hosts—they greeted us upon arrival and gave us a lovely tour of the property. The home itself is beautiful, with a clean, cozy interior and an amazing backyard that backs right up to the bay. Plus, it’s just a short walk to the beach. We highly recommend staying here!

Lavalette getaway

We had a wonderful stay at Linda’s house. The apartment was clean and spacious. The kitchen was well stocked. We enjoyed our evenings sitting by the bay. Both Linda and Robert were very accommodating. A real find.

Perfection

My college daughter and I stayed here for 4 nights and it was perfect. It was immaculate, very well stocked and the perfect location. They provided bikes for us to ride into town, kayaks which we thoroughly enjoyed , beach tags etc.. the AC was perfect which is very important to us. The hosts take the utmost interest in you enjoying your time here. We will definitely be back!

The property was beyond clean and a beautiful location right in the lagoon.

The experience was beyond our expectations right from the start. Linda and Rob go out of their way to make Sure your stay is perfect. As soon as we entered the house, it was immaculate and Linda even left us homemade cookies for the kids. The house is stocked with anything you will possibly need. The location right on the lagoon and down the street from the bay and beach was perfect. Linda and Rob are ideal renters to rent with and we have a great time during our stay. We could not have asked for anything more during this vacation. Lovely house! Thanks again!

Week long family trip

The home was well-stocked and clean. We had some cool weather which is outside of anyone's control but that made us wish there was another television or a smart television for our children to be able to watch their favorite shows on Netflix so be sure to bring entertainment for children in the event of bad weather. The second queen bedroom has a very firm uncomfortable mattress so much so that we debated about buying a topper for it. Outside of those two items we had a great stay and had no issues. The owners were very nice and the location was great for us.

First time in Lavalette & not that last!

We had a fabulous time at Linda & Robert's place. We were a family of 4 & we had my son's friend stay a few nights & my parents one night. It was a perfect size for 6 people. The rooms were large & had plenty of storage space & was immaculately clean ! We used the available bikes a lot to ride around town & to the beach & also brought kayaks to ride in the bay. My teen boys were able to ride into town & to the parks very easily on the bikes. The only small negative is that it's an upper unit & you need to go up & down to bbq/bring drinks out but it's not a deal breaker.

Another amazing week!

We have been returning to this summer rental for nine years! Linda and Robert couldn’t be more accommodating. They have thought of it all to make it such a nice place to stay and enjoy the beach!

Rest and Relax

What a great place to relax after a day at the beach. Easy access to anything you may need or just want. My family felt so comfortable and relaxed staying here. Thanks to Linda and Robert for having us!

Great location and great ambience. Roomy and clean as a whistle just a few minutes stroll to beach.

Prime location and Linda is the most considerate and kind landlady you will ever meet. Everything you need is provided- just bring your flip flops. Highly recommend this home...we will be back!

A wonderful summer rental !

We have been renting here since 2010 and we will be back again next summer . You cannot beat cleanliness , convenience , and that outdoor shower !! Owners make sure it is your home away from home for the week .

Best value at Jersey shore!

Immaculate, roomy and conveniently located within a short walk to beach. Everything you could possibly need is provided. The landlady could not have been nicer, she is on premises and was available to answer any questions we had. The value is the best you can find at the Jersey shore. You will not be disappointed. We will be back!

Clean, close to the beach, great landlord/owner

The three bedrooms are more than comfortable. The kitchen is fully stocked. The space was incredibly clean. There is a nice backyard space, outdoor shower, and plenty of driveway parking. Also, the property is 2 blocks from the beach. I'll be coming back next year and I strongly recommend this property.

Wonderful, clean, comfortable, and fully stocked kitchen!

Linda and Rob are welcoming home owners who generously extend their hospitality to both their large, comfortable upper-level home, as well as the beautiful large backyard dining/grilling, and relaxing spaces with water views. This rental unit is perfect for family and friends to gather for fun shore activities!

Beautiful home, great location!

This is a great rental for lots of reasons: clean, organized, well stocked, lots of storage space, sun-filled rooms, great Wi-Fi, terrific location!! We have rented places at the Jersey Shore and this was, by far the best. We were able to walk to to beach, restaurants, shops and ice cream parlors. The only time we used our car was to get to the nearby super market, go to the boardwalk one night and to visit Island Beach State Park (about a 5 minute ride) one day. The owners were very nice and were always quick to respond. The outside shower was clean and spacious and a great place to wash out of sandy suits and take a relaxing shower! We also received our deposit back quickly! Highly recommend!!

AMAZING WEEK!

My family and I have spent every summer down the shore since I was a wee little thing. After my grandfather sold his house, we began to rent for a week each year. This house was far and away our BEST rental! It was impeccably clean, stocked with all amenities (and every appliance and the AC worked perfectly!), and had some of the most friendly and welcoming owners we have had the pleasure of renting from! The rear patio area with a grill and outdoor shower (my favorite thing on the planet) was a true sanctuary for watching beautiful sunsets over the bay...after a long, hard day on the beach...whew. This property is centrally located in Lavallette and has almost instant access to both the beach and bay sides of the island--and to all downtown shops and restaurants. We has such a fantastic time here and we are eager to return next year!!

Beautiful Home

Just returned from a wonderful week here - Lavallette was recommended to us and what a really nice area. The home is lovely, immaculate, clean! The backyard area was beautiful. We enjoyed several nights just sitting by the bay, enjoying dinner from the grill. There was nothing we needed, the home had everything to make us feel 'at home'. Linda and Robert were so kind. It is close to the gorgeous white sand beach, boardwalk, bay, restaurants and much more. We hope to return next year.

Shore to Please

Immaculate lodging nestled next to lagoon and just five minute walk to the beach. Convenient to shopping and dining. Suitable for families- modern kitchen, three spacious bedrooms,cable TV, DVR and Wi-Fi service included. Excellent value in lovely Lavallette, NJ. We will be back next season!

Perfectly Located/Extremely Well-Maintained

This was our second year staying at Robert and Linda's oasis. My family and I love that this is "not your typical beach rental." We have been coming to Lavallette for over 40 years and have rented in various homes; now we will never rent anywhere else again in Lavallette. This is truly a home-away-from-home. Robert and Linda pay such careful attention to every detail of your stay. +The kitchen is incredibly stocked with all the necessary utensils, gadgets, and small appliances (like a time-share unit). +The dining area and living room are clean, roomy, and comfortable; where everyone can find a seat. A spiral-bound notebook is provided to assist with dinner and day trip plans as well. +The bathroom is large and clean, and hand soap is even provided!! +We absolutely love the closet and bureau space provided in the bedrooms, with the laundry closet close at hand in the hallway. +Best of all are the outside accommodations. Linda's beautiful flowers are a welcome touch on the porch and in the private sitting and barbecue area and Robert's care of the bikes and outdoor shower are greatly appreciated! Now, to find a way to stay for 2 weeks...
