The Space:

*The property is undergoing a balcony restoration project (Sept 2025 - Mar 2026). Dates are subject to change based on weather and progress. Balconies will be closed during this time, furniture may be stored inside, and guests should expect noise and dust. Please verify with us IF you will have access to your balcony during your stay. No refunds, discounts, or relocations will be provided. The indoor hot tub will be closed for renovations until further notice. The outdoor hot tubs remain open daily from 8:00 AM to 11:00 PM. The heated pool hours may vary by day and may be closed at times, but it is generally open from dusk until 11:00 PM.

Check-in is at 4 PM CT (5 PM Spring Break and Major Holidays). Relax and unwind at this beachfront condo that is conveniently close to everything! This home offers a well-equipped, full kitchen with a breakfast bar that will make preparing breakfasts, lunches, and dinners a snap, while the nearby dining table for four beckons you for meals or family game nights. A private, furnished balcony offers amazing views of the Gulf of Mexico and is the perfect spot to sip your morning coffee or an evening cocktail or two. On-site, guests will also enjoy access to indoor and outdoor pools, hot tubs, and easy beach access.



When checking in, please register at the front desk to receive your parking pass and wristbands. The registration fee is $27.00 per vehicle (subject to change without prior notice).

The beachfront location of this condo also puts you in a great spot to experience Panama City Beach's fun. Pier Park is just under six miles from this property and offers a variety of shops and restaurants in a fun, vibrant setting. Head five miles to the eastern end of Panama City Beach and visit St. Andrews State Park, where guests can explore the pier and enjoy a shuttle boat tour. Or hop on a ferry over to Shell Island—it’s only accessible by boat!
