Welcome to your dream lakeside retreat at our 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo on Table Rock Lake! Step into spacious bedrooms with comfortable furnishings and enjoy the convenience of an attractive floor plan designed for relaxation and entertainment. Modern kitchen equipped with all the essentials make meal preparation a breeze, while in-unit laundry facilities offer added convenience during your stay. Bask in stunning lake views from your private balcony, offering a serene backdrop for your vacation moments. Elevator access ensures easy and convenient mobility throughout the property, catering to guests of all ages.

Exciting updates include a newly renovated pool! We also offer floating lounges, a 10' water hammock, paddle boards, and hybrid kayaks. All lake amenities are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Afterwards indulge in lakeside ambiance with cozy fire pits and a picnic area, ideal for memorable evenings with loved ones. Please note: Lakestone does not offer dock or boat slip access. However, guests are welcome to swim from the shoreline and float in the cove.

As far as the view from the condo, it couldn't have been any better. But you can certainly tell it has been taken well care of. The furniture was filthy, every door in the house has horrible stains on them.

Ideal Location

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our condo at Lakestone Branson is in the perfect location for enjoying the lake while also accessing all the touristy spots in Branson. The property is right on the lake, and there are enough lake floats/paddleboards available for use at almost any time of day. The pool was never too busy during our stay, as well. We loved the view of the lake from our condo, and appreciated the ample number of beds available. We would definitely return here again.

Great Lake location

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was in a great location. We loved being able to take kayaks and paddle boards out on the lake. It was also a great view from the balcony. The condo itself is a bit out dated. There was a Christmas tree, dog bowels and wooden trim being stored in the master closet which was strange. Also the grill would not light and we had to go buy a lighter. There was also a loose railing on the balcony that was a bit concerning. The tv’s could also be larger. compared to other units we have stayed at the kitchen appliances were random and old, knives very dull and skillets all scratched up. We appreciated the additional beds in the bedrooms, great layout. I think a better property management and I’d recommend this unit.

There are a lot of great things about this property-the location is great, the pool very nice, grounds well maintained. Unit had a great layout, but could use some upgrades. This is a 5th floor unit, there is an elevator but no carts. I did see a few units with big utility wagons parked out front, that would have been handy. The one bed room that says it is a king is a queen bed. I would say the beds need an upgrade. The mattresses are not great, one of the queens in the 2nd bedroom was particularly bad. All of the pillows are terrible and need to be replaced. The bedding also needs an upgrade. All that is provided is a sheet and a very lightweight cover and there are no blankets anywhere to be found in the unit. The towels too are in need of an upgrade. They are thin and rough. The kitchen was stocked fine with dish soap, trash bags, paper towels for our 3 night stay and I think there was laundry soap but we didn't do laundry. The dishes and pans are a bit haphazard and thrift store with nothing matching but overall there are plenty of dishes. Would be nice to add some plastic cups. The patio is very large, there was a grill but we didn't use it. There was a very nice new set of furniture that was great and then on the other end a couch that desperately needs new cushions. he communication was good and very fast to respond. We didn't reach out much, when we did they always responded quickly. The check out instructions are great - just start the dw and lock up.

Reviewer Comments: Don't like giving bad reviews but we were somewhat disappointed. The kitchen needs more things in it if you want to do a lot of cooking there. There was two coffee pots and neither one worked correctly, also pots with no lids and lids with no pots. The furnishings need updated. It is a nice location and a lovely view of the lake, also a nice pool.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo looks like it is in the midst of a rehab but is not complete. The walls are partly painted, the wood trim was left in our closet and the doors don’t match. The bathroom mirror was just setting on the sink, not attached. We called and reported as a safety hazard twice but no one came. Needs to be finished before renting.

Family Vacation

Reviewer Comments: I booked a ground floor condo over a year in advance because we were bringing our dogs, only to learn one week prior to our arrival we had been moved to the fifth floor. I don't know when the change happened or why we were not notified in time to make alternative arrangements. It was super inconvenient! We had hygene issues with our condo. I would have thought after we went through Covid, everything would be fully scrubbed, but that was not the case. The staff was quick to address and fix the issues. The convenience to the lake was wonderful. Branson is a beautiful area. It was nice to have a place to park our boat. There are no recycling bins or trash cans at this property. If we were at the pool or lake we had to carry any trash back to our condo. We picked up someone elses trash at the boat dock and had to take it back to our condo. They need trash cans and recycling bins!The furniture in the condo was gross. I mean, it's a rental property so somewhat expected, but with the light fabric the stains and dirty really showed. We did enjoy our week, but have definitely stayed a better properties.

Overall a nice place to stay

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed in condo 355. It is a spacious condo. Furnished nicely. The beds were a bit firm for my taste. And it was missing a can opener, which we purchased and left behind for future guests. The condo was pretty clean. The floors however were kind of dirty. Our socks were getting black all over them. Expired food was left in the pantry, but the refrigerator was clean and stove and BBQ was clean and worked great. The hot tub was nice when we cooled it down, it was in the 100s when we stayed. The A/C couldn’t keep up with the 100 degree temps, and when we spoke to maintenance they said they would send someone up to look at it, but no one came. Over all the grounds were clean. Dan the conceirge is super nice and always available for answering any questions. The two pools on the property are nice. It’s really nice being close to the lake. We were able to walk right down to the lake and take a dip. The trampoline had a huge hole in it making it kind of dangerous for the kids playing at the lake on it, that I heard was getting fixed soon. Despite minor inconveniences this place is pretty nice. Probably would stay here again.
