The condo offers an open concept living and dining area as well as an inviting balcony with views from the 12th floor of the West Tower. Both bathrooms are ensuite with one offering a walk-in shower and the other a soaking tub.

Take the FREE shuttle to beaches, the boardwalk, restaurants, shopping and more! It Runs daily (seasonally) from 9am -5pm.

When you arrive to the front desk you will be given parking passes for the covered garage and keycards/codes to the building, garage and amenities. Two parking spaces are available per unit.

BEACH ACCESS

Palms of Destin Resort is right across the street from June Decker Beach access and Henderson State Park. The beautiful Henderson State Park charges $2 per person for entry. The complimentary shuttle will take you here (3-min ride). Please find more details under SHUTTLE SERVCE below. Alternatively, it is only about a 10-minute walk to the June Decker beach access.

Make sure to check out the following beach trails:
Barracuda Trail, Calhoun Trail, Crystal Beach Trail, O'Steen Trail, Pompano Trail, Shirah Trail, Silver Shells Trail, and Tarpon Trail.

SHUTTLE SERVICE

Palms of Destin offers a complimentary shuttle service that will take you to June Decker Beach access, Henderson State Park (cost $2 per person), and the famous Harborwalk Village.

This service operates Friday - Sunday of every week at 9:00 AM with the last pick up at 4:30 PM.

OTHER DETAILS TO NOTE
The front desk is open 24/7 and you will check in there upon arrival for your condo keycards, parking pass, and amenities wristbands.

Your total reservation fee for this home includes a per-booking damage waiver fee, including any applicable taxes. The damage waiver ensures coverage for any accidental damage caused to the home or its contents, including appliances and furnishings, up to a maximum of $1,500. Damage due to smoking and pets is excluded. To benefit from this coverage, you must report the incident to the host before you check out.

A security deposit of $300 is required to hold your vacation rental reservation. This deposit will be automatically added to your reservation and charged at the time of booking. The deposit will be returned to you within 3 to 7 business days provided that the following provisions are met:

· No damage is done to the property or its furnishings
· There are no items missing from the property.
· All keys are returned.
· There are no violations of this agreement.
