Welcome to the perfect getaway. Quiet & convenient to everything in North Myrtle

Located in a quiet and private Intracoastal Waterway community that's gated, Waterway Landing in North Myrtle Beach.

This 1 bedroom, 1 bath unit provides close proximity to everything N. Myrtle Beach has to offer, yet away from the crowds and noise when you're ready to retire for the evening. The beach is a short 1.5 mile walk or drive with public beach access, two seasonal community pools, a hot tub and community docks on the intracoastal waterway (1 block from the condo). Enjoy a day of fishing (license required), kayaking (bring your own), or just relax with your favorite beverage while enjoying nature's spectacular scenery, sunrises and sunsets!! For those who enjoy the annual North Myrtle Beach Christmas Boat Parade, this is the perfect location to grab "front-row" seating!! For a day off the beach shopping, dining and activities/entertainment are minutes away.

Unit is on the first floor with ZERO stairs and plenty of close parking just outside of the sunroom.

Unit comfortably accommodates up to 4 guests and offers a master bedroom featuring a memory foam, Sleep Number queen mattress for optimum rest and smart TV with Roku. There is also a double pullout sleeper sofa in the living room and smart TV with cable. If you enjoy gaming on your IPad/Tablet this unit provides free Internet and WIFI!

Away from the crowds and chaotic high rises, I love my clean and updated unit, with fresh paint, flooring, furnishings and decor. I believe you will too!

Inside the condo was very clean and ready to go. Elaine was very fast in getting back with us and you are close to EVERYTHING. Definitely going to book again!

Great condo

We had a nice relaxing stay at this condo. With a short walk to the ICW we were able to pack up our dinner each night and eat at one of the picnic tables along the waterway and watch the sunset. For this reason alone I would return in a heartbeat!

For the price this place was extremely nice. Good size condo with everything you could need. Kind of a hassle to go and pick up the gate key but we figured it out and it was fine. Everyone in the complex was super friendly and I loved that I could walk right down to the waterway and fish while my partner stayed inside. It was so hot and the AC worked great and kept us cool while the heat index outside was 110! The host is super nice and was always a text/call away if we needed anything. We plan on going to Myrtle beach every 6 months and we will definitely be using this host again.

In the heart of it all

The complex itself is beautiful, with 2 pools and fenced in area.... This unit itself was small but clean... The fact that the neighbors were loud late at night didn't impress us... We could hear them walking above us at all hours of the night. If you're looking for privacy or seclusion, this might not be the right place... The pools were clean, but more directed towards family and kids. Shops and places to eat are abundant and the ocean is about 1 mile away, which you'll have to pay $4.00 an hour for public parking. Overall, this is a good place to stay, but if we had to do it all over again we would've stayed on the Ocean.

As described in the listing, Waterway Landing is a condo community offering beautiful views of the intracoastal waterway from the community docks; a mile away from the hustle and bustle of beachfront; and a family and guest community. With the unit not being secluded, we will remind light sleepers to bring ear plugs. We hope you will consider staying again during your next visit to N. Myrtle Beach.

Not at all on the water

No cable in the bedroom no internet. Keys and access 2 towns away from the rental property. Return of keys and gate key also two towns away from property. No place to hang anything. A chest of drawers in the only closet. There is a leaking shower in the bathroom shower.

I appreciate your letting me know, in your review, the issues you encountered during your stay, and I have added additional details in my check-in information and listing to address these, including the following: - information to aide in using the internet, cable in the living room, and the ROKU in the bedroom to watch TV shows and movies. - additional information in my check-in details to help guests find the 5 community docks on the intracoastal waterway. The intracoastal waterway is a short walk, a few buildings down from mine, and offers some beautiful scenery and sunsets! - details in my listing about picking up the gate card to enter the gated community so guests will be aware of the 10-minute drive from the condo to Highway 9 where the cards are provided by my property manager. - details about limited closet space with a chest of drawers for storage and an iron for pressing clothing. Thank you, also, for including the bathroom water running issue in your review. I have let my property manager know to make repairs.

Best Vacation

At first I was uneasy with the check in process. When we looked in the lock key box it out name wasn't on any of the envelopes. We called the property manager and she picked up right away. She was prompt with resolving the issue. She found that whoever put the envelope in the box, put her last name on it instead of ours. When we got there we pulled up to the condo and the door was locked and didn't have a key pad. It was actually the back door and not the front. The property manager was prompt to pick up the phone and was so helpful, respectful, and pleasant. The condo was perfect. Exactly what was pictured and clean. Our condo was by the smaller pool and it was easy access for our children to go to. The whole property was clean and quite. The bed was a sleep number bed and so comfortable. Our condo was close to shopping, restaurants, and the beach. Our family will definitely return. Thank you for making our stay and vacation amazing!!!!

In the hub of North Myrtle Beach, my condo offers a quiet and comfortable stay that's close to everything. Master bedroom is furnished with a queen memory foam Sleep Number bed for maximum comfort. Two additional guests are accommodated with a queen pullout sleeper sofa. Updated and clean, this condo is in a small, quiet and gated community on the Intracoastal Waterway where you can enjoy your meals and favorite beverage overlooking the water. Community features 5 docks on the Intracoastal Waterway, 2 outdoor pools (seasonal) and 1 outdoor hot tub (seasonal). Condo is prepared for your stay with towels, linens, pillows and bedspreads, body soap, shampoo, conditioner, kitchen dish liquid, dishwasher pods, laundry detergent, paper towels and toilet paper. Also stocked with cookware and kitchenware, you'll be able to prepare and enjoy your favorite meals.
