Welcome to our 2 Bedroom Getaway- your relaxing Windy Hill retreat in North Myrtle Beach! This bright and comfortable top-floor stay blends modern touches with a warm, beach-house vibe—perfect for small families or a group of friends seeking a peaceful getaway just three blocks (about a 5-10-minute walk) from the sand.

Exclusive for our guests: you will have access to the nearby Beach Cove Resort Pools and one parking pass at the Resort during your stay. They have multiple pools, hot tubs, and more on the oceanfront. It is a little less than 1 mile away in Windy Hill.

Inside, you’ll find a spacious living room ideal for gathering and movie nights, along with a shared full bathroom conveniently accessible from both bedrooms. The home comfortably sleeps up to 6 guests, offering a restful space after sunny days on the coast.

Located in the heart of Windy Hill, you’ll be close to some of the area’s best attractions—Barefoot Landing, Duplin Winery, Alligator Adventure, and House of Blues—plus plenty of restaurants, shops, and golf courses just minutes away.

Dog Friendly- you are allowed to bring dogs to the property. The non-refundable Pet Fee is $150 per dog.

This property has special local compliance requirements, which include a signed rental agreement, ID verification, and a security hold of $1000 (which is not a traditional security deposit, just a pending transaction). As an optional alternative to the security hold, you may opt in to purchase a non-refundable damage waiver provided by a third-party insurance company. The optional damage waiver is $39. Damage waiver purchases are optional.

THIS PROPERTY IS LEGAL AND LICENSED BY THE CITY OF North Myrtle Beach / Myrtle Beach! Bag drop provided through a third party for an additional fee. We kindly ask you to utilize the washer and dryer if available in the unit to freshen linens. Unlike a hotel, we have limited linens and towels for our guests and must wash them between each stay off-site. Please note that if there is inclement weather in the other 49 states, prohibiting the traveler (or guests in traveler's group) from getting to Myrtle Beach, a refund will not be issued and, Owner/Host or Property Management Company shall have no liability with respect to the Reservation. During months where there is a potential for inclement weather, such as hurricane season, we strongly suggest travelers obtain insurance. No Smoking Allowed. Violators will be fined for in-room smoke damages. Smoking is ONLY permitted outside of the property, but please try to keep at least 10 feet from the doors to keep smoke from trailing inside. Firearms are not allowed in any of our private residences. Any firearms left behind at a property will be turned over to local police without notice to guest. This is a licensed and legal Short Term Rental. Neighborhood quiet hours are from 10pm-8am. If violated the city will issue a $1047 fine. Guests are also responsible for following the City of Myrtle Beach's Ordinance rules. Please use painters tape if you plan on using tape to decorate for an event. If the wall is damaged due to tape removal or decorations, you will have to pay $500 for repainting. THIS IS NOT A PARTY HOUSE!!!
