Welcome to Penthouse Paradise! New listing by premier host with history of 4.9 star reviews. Enjoy your vacation in this beautiful, 2-story 19th /20th floor direct oceanfront condo that sleeps up to 12 people. From the moment you enter the front door, you’ll be met with beautiful views of Daytona Beach. The large wrap-around balcony provides breath taking views of both the ocean (Sunrise) and inter-coastal (Sunset). It contains plenty of seating for everyone. Outdoor spaces include outdoor seating, outdoor eating, daybed, loungers, hammock, etc.

**********************************************our building is currently under construction. Our unit is completed with some new windows and sliding glass doors. Starting in OctoberThe work is being done between the 1st and the 7th floor. We are on 19 and 20. The balconies are available but we are not allowed to have permanent furniture but we do have chairs and loungers on the balcony for our tenants to enjoy. Please inquire with host for details *******************************************

Penthouse Paradise is well named. The two floor 3BR 3 Bath layout was ideal for our group. The building design is optimized for views of the ocean, the inter-coastal, as well as great views up the coast to the north and down the coast towards the space coast. Beautiful views any time of the day.

I would suggest texting inside of using the app for communication as people are on vacation and not looking at apps or emails. It suppose to be down time for all that. Even though the hvac went out the day before we arrived uncontrollably by the host we made it with the suggestion by the host and the fans that were provided by the host. Except for the ceiling fan not working in the bedroom next to the kitchen. Excellent views.

Beautiful views and condo

The views and condo were wonderful. Construction was going on at the time and the owner made every accommodation possible to make our stay enjoyable. He was very easy to communicate with and was attentive to our needs.

A slice of heaven

We just love our week in Daytona. The condo is clean and inviting. The beds were comfy, makes it hard to come back home. Good Lord willing, we will be back next year.

Beautiful views once you were able to get through the sliding glass doors

Nice place, just needs some basic maintenance and deep cleaning. My family enjoyed the stay, I appreciated the last minute reservation . Unit could be an amazing property with a few updates, basic maintenance and deep cleaning. I didn’t realize the unit didn’t have a washer and dryer in the unit, but there was one down the hall. Doors and windows need to be replaced along with kitchen countertops. Bathtub upstairs was extremely slow draining even after using draining. Which resulted in two showers for 12 people., not good. Thanks for the use of your property.

Home away from home

First impression pulling into parking lot was a little worried. The entire left side of this building is under construction (thanks to Mother Nature). The lobby and elevators as well. However during our entire 6 day stay we never heard any noise from construction at all! Check in was easy. When you enter the condo you have an immediate panorama view of the ocean and city. The view is breath taking . Outside seating ( and there is plenty of it) wraps from the front to back of building. The pictures online are 100% accurate. The furniture inside and out is updated and the entire condo is updated with great decor. The kitchen is stocked with everything you would possibly need . Oversized refrigerator was nice with our large group too !! The beds were super comfy in all bedrooms and even the pullout in the living room was not bad . The temp was 105 real feel that week but the unit air conditioning worked great. Beach towels , chairs , floats , all provided !! Normally wouldn’t spend the amount of time on the balcony that we did , but the furniture was comfortable and amazing on both floors. With the breeze and views it was hard to turn down. It says 2400+ square feet and it is every bit of it. We had 6 adults and a child and more than enough room. My only complaint would be to fix receptacle in upstairs bathroom and repair handle on sliding door in living room. Other than that this is definitely a 5 star for me. Thank you for the opportunity to vacation here. Would 100% revisit.

Great condo for groups!

We had a great stay, and appreciated so many of the amenities of the condo! We were traveling with teenage girls, and appreciated all of the different seating areas in the condo so people could spread out and get some quiet time. The balconies were amazing for watching sunrise/sunset! The snacks and coffee were a nice touch! We communicated ahead of time with the owner, and all questions were answered. They were kind enough to leave plenty of towels for our large group. While the building is older, the condo felt clean and updated. There was construction while we were there, but it didn't bother us at all. The upstairs tub didn't drain very well, but it didn't impact our stay.

Penthouse Paradise! Views for Days!

The property is exactly as advertised! The views are stunning and with two stories, there is plenty of room! Paul was so easy to work with and very responsive with questions before we arrived. Thought was put into decorating and making sure all the guests had what they needed. There were three couples sharing this unit.

Penthouse

Pictures do not show the condition of the unit. Repairs not finished and not very clean. Happy we did not bring our two year old grandson, not a safe place for him. Doors very hard to open and close very old. Had to go outside to close the one door. Drapes were torn, cords hanging, long extension cords in sockets. Building in poor condition. There is major construction going on in and outside of the building. No tissues, games or puzzles provided. I could go on. The view was spectacular. Not worth the money, and really surprised this unit was up to any code.

Great Family Time

We really appreciated you making accommodations to help our family out while visiting our son at ERAU. You allowed us to bring my elderly parents to see their youngest grandchild. This is the second time we rented from you and hope to continue renting from you in the future as our son has at least 4 more years in Daytona! Thank you!

Beautiful condo whether rain or shine

Stayed at this beautiful condo for girls weekend. Unfortunately it rained a lot but being stuck inside with friends in this condo was not bad. Lots of space to play games, curl up with a book, or watch a movie. The owners of thought of almost everything that you would need while spending time at the beach.

Problems from start to finish.

I wouldn't stay here it's old property. The property was a poorly remodeled plugs are missing plates door handles are missing. We were afraid our grandson was going to get electrocuted. Then it was given a wrong room on check in. Also my wife got locked in the bathroom for over an hour and had to wait till maintenance came and drilled out the door handle. I don't recommend it all.

Beautiful condo!

Our stay was excellent! The property was very clean and spacious, with beautiful views! No washer and dryer in the condo, it was down the hall - $1.25 per load (like my college dorms in the 90s). A lot of building renovation ongoing due to previous storm damage. Very nice stay!

Beautiful Sunrise and moonrise

Owners were very nice and on top of any questions. The penthouse condo was very nice with the upgrades they have done so far and decor very tasteful beach theme. Loved it! It was the perfect place for us and our young adult children. They asked if we could go back next year!

Perfect location in Daytona overlooking the beach

This large apartment was perfect for us as a group of 3 couples golfing in the area. It has clearly been updated, but the finish is not as good as it looks in the photos. However, the beds were good and it worked well for us.
