While portions of the home retain their original character, several areas have been updated, including the bathrooms. From reservation through checkout, we had a fantastic experience with this property and the management. It was a stunning location with so much to offer. We enjoyed our days in the pool, fishing on the dock, and even had room to enjoy ourselves inside when the weather turned on us. Being a short walk to the beach was just icing on the cake. This was our first experience with any rental site and this experience made me excited to do this again. We are talking about making this a yearly tradition at the very least. The staff was very understanding with all my questions and made sure our visit was outstanding. We had family renting elsewhere and they were jealous of the property we found. Thanks again for all the amazing memories we could not have made without such a beautiful place to stay.

We don’t like. Because it very bad all. The photos do not correspond to reality. The pool is also dirty. The smell in the house is bad. We left on the first day. And no one even thought of returning us at least half of the money. Not recommended.

Best Family Vacation!

Exquisite!

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at the house! We were most excited that we were able to bring our boat and utilize the dock access, which truly enhanced our vacation. The weather was fabulous, and we spent most of our time either on the boat or enjoying the pool.

Great Location!

For the amount of money we paid for this property for the week, we expected it to be much nicer. There were many things that needed repair or wouldn't work (sagging deck, fishing dock, fire pit, chairs around the fire pit, outside umbrella, some lights didn't work, the hall bathroom vanity was not connected, kitchen drawers that wouldn't stay closed, etc.) It is an old house with extremely creaking floors. We will not stay again in the future.

Fabulous house!

The house is well kept, clean & so beautiful! The views are stunning. Our kids absolutely loved the pool. The house was the perfect place for our family vacation & the location was fantastic. The host was very quick with responses. We had an amazing stay! I highly recommend this house!

Paradise in the midst of the storm

We stayed right after the hurricane. The owner was so generous and made sure that we were comfortable and had everything we needed. He was quick to clean up some debris from the storm and we had a wonderful time. Beautiful sunsets, dolphins, and close to beach, restaurants, and shopping.

Summer vacation

I love this house there was 7 of us and had plenty of room.the in side of the house was great had everything we needed and more.the bathrooms where a little small but that was ok.the best part was the back yard and private dock,we did alot of fishing sunsets where amazing..we will be going back!!!

Perfect place for family trip

This was our first trip to Dallas and this was a great place to stay. It was convenient to downtown and had easy access to the interstate. The property worked well for us as we all had our own space, with the adults downstairs and the 2 teenage boys upstairs. It was so much better than staying in a hotel. The free garage parking was an added bonus. Checking in and out was a breeze. The only suggestion I would make is to install a TV in the downstairs bedroom. I would definitely recommend staying here while in Dallas.

We are so glad you enjoyed your stay as you were our guests, but this review may be for another property ;) The house is fabulous & in a great location, however in Daytona Beach and not Dallas. We certainly appreciate your feedback but please note this house is 1 story so there is no downstairs & upstairs. There is ample parking onsite for 5-6 vehicles with the small, single car garage available for motorcycle parking. We thank you for being our guests & for your 5-star review!

Comfortable stay

Property was as described. Beds were very comfortable and thank goodness we had extra covers as it was very cold our first two nights. There. Some confusion over the fireplace insert for heat which we were not allowed to use and the furnace did not seem to provide much heat, but the company did bring over two small space heaters for us to use. Washing machine and dryer worked well. Basic supplies were available but no extras. Very good location, close to everything. Would stay here again

Pool area is the best part. We rented expecting to have access to the dock for a boat, but the owners boat took up the only usable spot to get on/off the boat. The door code is VERY annoying. 9 digits is ridiculous. We've stayed at other rentals and it's always just a 4 digit code. Kitchen light stopped working on day 2 or 3. All-in-all it was nice, but for the money I will be looking for something else next time.

While the owner's boat was temporarily at the dock during repairs to the boat lift, we did let you know that there was still space available for you to tie up your boat as well. We also appreciate your feedback regarding the entry code and the kitchen light. The kitchen light has since been addressed. Additionally, guests are provided with a help article before arrival that explains how to personalize the entry code to a convenient 3- to 6-digit code. Thank you again for your feedback. BiketoberFest 2023

We visited Daytona for BiketoberFest...House was plenty big for 3 couples and a single rider...only issue was parking for trucks + trailers + motorcycles...with some creative thinking and a super friendly neighbor we were able to work it out...if visiting the area again, I will certainly look this listing up...I just won't have as many vehicles ;-)
