Thank you for your lovely review! We're so glad you enjoyed your stay, especially under the unique circumstances following the hurricane. We appreciate your kind words about our team and are pleased we were able to help make your stay comfortable while quickly addressing the remaining storm debris. It's great to hear you enjoyed the beautiful sunsets, watching the dolphins, and the property's convenient location close to the beach, restaurants, and shopping. Thank you for choosing to stay with us. We truly appreciate your understanding and look forward to welcoming you back for another visit!

We appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback. We're sorry to hear the property did not meet your expectations. We encourage guests to report any maintenance concerns during their stay so our team has the opportunity to inspect and address them whenever possible. Your comments regarding the deck, dock, outdoor furnishings, lighting, bathroom vanity, kitchen drawers, and other maintenance items have been shared with the property owner for review. As this is an older home, some characteristics, such as the creaking floors, are part of its original construction and charm. Thank you for your feedback, as it helps us identify areas for improvement, and we wish you all the best in your future travels.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We are thrilled to hear that you and your group found the home spacious, well-equipped, and comfortable. It’s wonderful to know that the backyard and private dock added so much to your stay—there’s nothing quite like fishing and enjoying sunsets by the water. We thank you for your 5-star review & we look forward to welcoming you back for another stay!

We are so glad you enjoyed your stay as you were our guests, but this review may be for another property ;) The house is fabulous & in a great location, however in Daytona Beach and not Dallas. We certainly appreciate your feedback but please note this house is 1 story so there is no downstairs & upstairs. There is ample parking onsite for 5-6 vehicles with the small, single car garage available for motorcycle parking. We thank you for being our guests & for your 5-star review!

Thank you for your thoughtful review! We're delighted to hear the property was as described, that you found the beds comfortable, and that you enjoyed the convenient location close to everything. It's also great to know the washer and dryer worked well and that you would choose to stay with us again. We appreciate your patience regarding the unusually cold weather and the heating concerns. We're glad our team was able to promptly deliver space heaters to help keep you comfortable during your stay. As noted in the home information, the fireplace insert is decorative and not available for guest use. Thank you again for choosing to stay with us. We look forward to welcoming you back on your next visit!

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We're glad to hear you enjoyed the pool area and that you had an overall nice stay. We're sorry the dock arrangement wasn't what you expected. While the owner's boat was temporarily at the dock during repairs to the boat lift, we did let you know that there was still space available for you to tie up your boat as well. We also appreciate your feedback regarding the entry code and the kitchen light. The kitchen light has since been addressed. Additionally, guests are provided with a help article before arrival that explains how to personalize the entry code to a convenient 3- to 6-digit code. Thank you again for your feedback. We appreciate your stay and wish you all the best in your future travels.

Thank you for sharing your experience from your stay during BiketoberFest! We're delighted to hear that the house suited the needs of your group, and it's great that you were able to find a solution for parking with the help of a friendly neighbor. Your positive feedback is truly appreciated, and we would be honored to host you again if your plans bring you back to the area. Feel free to reach out whenever you decide to return, and we'll do our best to ensure another enjoyable stay, even if you have fewer vehicles next time!
