Stargazing is incredible with almost no light pollution. Well kept private trails lead out to MILES of State ATV/ORV/Snowmobiling trail systems. Bring your own trail toys, or rent them within riding distance (1/4mile) at Luzerne Express, or RZR Rentals is on the way up to the cabin just 30 min south. Dog Friendly! Main Cabin has (4) Queen beds, 60' Smart TV with your favorite streaming services. 50’ Smart TV in the primary suite. Wifi, Smart keyless entry. Private Office desk and chair in the front mud room with outlets. The sunroom with its vaulted ceiling and hot tub, is right next to the bird feeders and wildlife. Enjoy nearby restaurants, carry out or use our fully stocked kitchen and brand new BBQ allowing for intimate and convenient meals. An abundance of parking space can accommodate for multiple ATV/ Snowmobile trailers, RV's and guest parking. Minutes from Floating/Rafting/Kayaking or World Class Fishing of the famous Au Sable River! (2) single rider kayaks available to guests. Top Notch golfing at nearby Forest Dunes Golf Course. Trailer your boat over to Higgins or Houghton Lake! In the garage space you’ll find arcade games, Ping Pong Table, Pool Table, Air Hockey, Foosball, Corn Hole set, Darts, and a bar top with stools. The cabin is stocked with DVDs, chess, board games, books, magazines, top of the line linens/ towels/ pillows, Oscillating fans, additional space heaters, spare chargers. Utilize any firewood on the property. Mini cabin sleeps 2-3 more, has AC, is included. Add on brand new luxury 36ft camper to sleep 8 more! Comes equipped with a full kitchen, full bathroom, king size bedroom, dining table, music, TV, heating and cooling and more! ($125/night plus $50 cleaning fee). This is our second round at this cabin. I will say our visit last year was better. The previous guest left food and bones around the picnic tables causing a large amount of curious wasps. There was no wood bundles on the property available for purchase as stated on the info sheet in the house. There was a large amount of house flies in the cabin that were a nuisance, but i assume theres a lot of in and out by guests. Overall I enjoyed this property as it fits our small families yearly trip, but was a bit more pricey this round for us to not have wood and limited amenities such as tp and garbage bags. Loved the new game additions in the barn though!

My family and I had the best time out here! The property and home were beautiful the hot tub and game room was the highlight for sure. Only thing I would change about it is the 3pm check in time and a 10am check out time. We will definitely be back out here this summer for more memories!

Fantastic 4-day weekend stay! This cabin was the perfect home base for our ORV trail riding. It was amazing to come back to a hot tub and a well-stocked kitchen. We also appreciated having the outdoor grill and space to park our quads when it was raining. The teenagers absolutely loved the game room; ping-pong, foosball, and billiards!! Having the extra cabin was a massive bonus; we split up with the teenage boys in the extra cabin and the adults in the main house, which worked out perfectly for us. Highly recommend.

Great cozy getaway! I will say I thought the listing would be a better representation photo wise, The barn was a bit run down with the pong table broken, the pool table on a tilt- we didn’t use it. Other than that the home was spotless and everything we needed!

This was a cozy retreat for my husband and I. We really enjoyed how secluded it was, backed up to national forest. We loved the hot tub and sweet details. The beds are not the comfiest though.

Host was kind and welcoming, was quick to come plow when the snow started coming down! We had a great stay, the hot tub is amazing and it’s a cozy cabin great for family or a small group of friends. The game room was a wonderful addition but just wish the heat worked and the doors were more functional/repaired- hard to access in the snow!

The place was very clean and comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking meals. The hottub was amazing and clean. The host was responsive to messages. Didn't use all the amenities outside of the main cabin but everything looked nice. Plan to book again this summer.

A great location for a large family getaway. Linked to extensive system of ORV trails, we rented from Luzerne Express down the road and had a great time. Worth it!!!

The cabin was cozy and well equipped with all the things we needed. There were lots of extra linens which came in handy with 3 kids! The hot tub was amazing! We also brought our dog and to our surprise, the host had a giant comfy dog bed and dog bowls for us there.The game room was awesome! The location was perfectly secluded but close to the necessities. We stayed 4 nights and enjoyed evey minute! Would definitely stay again. Communication with the hosts was great as well.

We loved our stay! There were 15 of us on our family getaway. With the main cabin, the smaller cabin, and the camper (which we added on) there was plenty of room. We enjoyed all the things to do such as ride on the trails in the golf cart, play in the game room, soak in the hot tub, and have fantastic bonfires and cookouts. We took so many pictures and made wonderful memories. It's a beautiful place to stay!

Super cool cabin enough room for a large group. If your looking for the up north feel with some modern amenities and a beautiful cabin this is the place. The mini cabin has a wood stove or plan to bring a small heater. There's a great pole barn that is their game room. Its unheated but is a great place to hang out. Lots of trails and even a target practice range.

The property and trails were fantastic, spacious, and private. However, our group of 16 had a terrible experience due to undisclosed rules and money-grab policies.Three days before arrival, we were told tents were banned unless we rented the extra camper. Despite what the listing says, the camper is 150/night. Though they ultimately allowed tents, management later scolded us for using them. It became clear before we arrived that this property is set up to extract as much money as possible from its renters.Hidden rules and fees include:•Unlisted Fees: 50 for pet waste, 50 for unswept floors (sweeping wasn't on the checkout list), and 50 for leftover cigarette butts (despite finding butts when we arrived).•Trash Restrictions: Only 3 standard size trash bags allowed for 16 people over 4 nights; 10 per extra bag.•Severe Undersupply: We were provided only 1 trash bag, 1 paper towel roll, and 1.5 toilet paper rolls total.•Hot Tub: Required daily chemical packets (0 were provided) and arrived dirty with sand.•Surveillance & Harassment: Multiple cameras monitor the property. There are thousands of flies outside, but don’t let any in or you will hear about it.If you have 1 or 2 people and plan on locking yourself inside for the duration of your trip, this is the place for you. If you are looking to actually utilize what you paid for and enjoy your stay without feeling like a micromanaging overlord is watching you, choose literally any place but this one.

Mike provided a fantastic property that went above and beyond the listing. The amenities were great, the cabin was very clean. We would definitely recommend to anyone and will be back.

Hello! We love our cabin and the activities we can do while staying there, which also allows us to provide the same experiences to our guests. Riding ATV’s, snowmobiling, Hiking, exploring, floating the river, kayaking, walking our dog, birdwatching, stargazing, playing games with our loved ones, enjoying a bonfire, relaxing in the hot tub, or the hammock and having a movie night at the end of the night are all part of what we love to do at the cabin and we hope you enjoy these things as well!

The 10 acres we have is secluded and private, we have no neighbors that could impose on us, we truly feel like we have our own space to relax. It’s conveniently located near food, and tubing/rafting and trails for ATV’s. It’s a great location.
