Located in the most desirable area of the Ko Olina Resort (THE COCONUT PLANTATION), this newly furnished, premier vacation villa is a great family vacation choice and offers just the right balance of luxury, space, privacy and amenities to appeal to a wide range of travelers. And the Ko Olina Resort and Marina are situated on the southwest coast of the island of Oahu, where the climate is sunny and dry year-round.

Conveniently located on the ground floor, there is no need to lug your beach gear, groceries and personal belongings up and down stairs or wait for an elevator. And compared with 5-star hotel rates for families requiring two hotel rooms or two families traveling together, our guests have found this spacious, luxury villa to be a great bargain.

The beautifully furnished living area features an extra large flat screen TV, Blu-Ray and queen sleeper sofa.

The master bedroom suite continues with lovely tropical furnishings and includes a California King bed, large flat screen TV, and a spacious master bathroom with a tiled walk-in shower and his and hers sinks.

The living area and master bedroom suite have immediate access to the private lanai.

The second bedroom is also elegantly furnished with two XL twin beds, large flat screen TV, walk-in closet, private lanai, and a spacious second bathroom with a tiled shower tub.

The kitchen is fully-equipped for the chef of the family and features granite counter tops, top quality appliances and a breakfast bar that seats three.

The lovely dining room features an elegant table for six and immediate access to the private lanai.

The full-size washer and dryer are in a seperate room off the kitchen.

This property was so well kept with great supplies. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen well stocked with everything you need. All you need for the beach is right there too! Katherine and Randall were wonderful hosts - quick to respond and help out. I highly recommend the golf cart and athletic membership too. Well worth it!!

I had a great time at the Coconut Plantation. The golf cart helped with short travel to the beach and to restaurants. The place is clean and has nice furniture. The veranda is pleasant. All pools are an easy walk away. Convenient to every Ko'olina shop and store.

Quality, comfortable, and relaxing.

I really struggle to say enough nice things about Randall and his property. Exactly as advertised, no surprises, and immediate responses to any queries. The perfect location for a relaxing trip, well equipped kitchen, super comfy beds, kitted out with everything you didn't know you would need. Will definitely return and wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

Beautiful Property and Great Location

We enjoyed a wonderful time in this island paradise. Katherine and Randall were very accommodating and the condo was impeccably decorated. As an added bonus, the condo was fully stocked, we just needed to pick up groceries at the nearby Costco and Safeway. We were encouraged to rent a golf cart and this was a great suggestion. Parking for vehicles is very limited throughout the resort; parking the golf cart was never a problem. We definitely recommend this property.

The grounds and location of this unit are amazing. Mature lush vegetation with pool and hot tub. Katherine was always available and quick to respond to our questions. The condo was well stocked and we appreciated having the beach chairs, snorkeling equipment and cooler available for our use. Numerous linens, towels and kitchen supplies. It may be helpful to have a book available with instructions for apple tv, cable, etc. for future guests.

A perfext Hawaiian vacaion. Great area.

Randall and Katherine were so gracious in helping us through each step. Very responsive to questions after we arrived. As to the unit, it was one of the best we have ever stayed at. As frequent travelers we know what we need to make our time enjoyable and this condo provided all our needs. Enjoyed having the washer and dryer. Very well stocked kitchen. Clean in every aspect. Comfortable beds and furniture. Nice having air conditioning on days that got a little warm. One of the highlights we enjoyed was the patio with the palms and plants covering the outside to make it a private experience. The picture on the website does not do the patio justice as the plants have grown to cover the openings for privacy. I would recommend renting the golf card as it is so handy to go places all over Ko Olina and be able to park some places at the beach where cars can't. The lagoons are surely a plus for swimming or simply enjoying sitting on the beach. I would recommend lagoon #2 as it is usually less people there. We will definitely keep this one our list for future travels.

This condo has everything you could possibly want or need! Kitchen is well equipped and there's a grill on the patio for yummy barbq! Location was super for relaxation and beach chairs were available! We will definitely stay here again!!!

Coconut Plantation

I would highly recommend staying at this condo. Everything we could have needed was there. The residence was immaculate and well cared for. The location was fantastic, very close to the beach and the ABC store. The pool was beautiful and our kids enjoyed hours of fun playing in it. I would highly recommend renting the golf cart available. It made everything so much easier to be able to load up our gear on the cart and head to the beach. We could always find parking when others with vehicles would have to stand and wait until a spot became available. Dale and Katherine were very hospitable and made us feel very welcome and cared for in their lovely home. Would definitely stay again.

Great place to stay

Coconut Plantation is a great place to stay. We thought your condo was absolutely wonderful. It was very nicely furnished and stocked so well we had most things we needed already there. We loved the location - nice and quiet - but the pool and the ABC store and restaurants a short walk away. The golf cart was very handy to get around the area to go swimming, snorkeling or eat at Roy's. I swam and snorkeled in all 4 lagoons and the 2 north lagoons had a lot of fish to see. We will definitely look for your place the next time we want to come to the islands.

Perfect Oahu Vacation Spot

Our Third Stay .... Always Excellent ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My wife and are repeat customers having rented this unit for a month for several years. We like quality and that's what we get. The apartment has high quality furniture and appliances. Everything is well maintained. Little extras like sun screen is available. I like to use the grill on the lanai for dinners. The location is perfect. We walk to the beach to snorkel. If there's ever a question, I just pick up the phone and the owners answer. When we vacation, we want everything to be perfect and really don't want to deal with problems. That's why we keep coming back. Highly recommend this for a perfect vacation.

We stayed in this beautiful condo for a month and had an absolutely wonderful time. Friends from Michigan joined us for two weeks of our stay and the condo layout was perfect for all of us as the two bedrooms are located on opposites sides of the condo. The grounds are well kept; the pools are always clean and there are two hot tubs to enjoy (however the hidden spa was down for service which was a bit disappointing). The close proximity to nearby resorts, restaurants and shopping was an added bonus. We rented the golf cart, which I highly recommend, as we used it for all of our transportation around the Ko Olina area. We also rented a car as well for trips into Honolulu and other parts of the island, such as the North Shore. We visited numerous tourist sites including Pearl Harbor, Waikiki Aquarium, Diamond Head, Honolulu Zoo, Waimea Valley, Dole Plantation and many other beautiful places! A Ko Olina resident recommended the FIA FIA Luau at the Marriott Ko Olina Beach Club and it was spectacular! We enjoyed swimming and snorkeling in the 4 protected lagoons as well as Turtle Bay where we swam among many species of marine life including sea turtles and a monk seal! Our friends agreed that this was the best vacation we have ever had and are planning to return again next year. We also wholeheartedly agree that we want to stay in this same condo if available! Ko Olina is away from the "maddening crowd" and the heavy traffic area of the Honolulu area, which we truly appreciated.

Great Time Had By All

Great stay at an awesome villa and great location. The villa is close to shopping, food and the beach. Very clean and no details were overlooked. Everything you could think of was already in the villa and it made our stay truly memorable. Thanks so much for letting us stay in your home. Fantastic Villa

We stayed at this vila in May 2014. We have never rented from vrbo before so we were a little nervous renting this villa without seeing it first. We could not have been happier with the villa. It is in an amazing location which is walking distance to all the shops and the ocean. The villa was equiped with everything you could possible need and was amazingly clean. The furnishing were high end and very comfortable. I usualy have a hard time sleeping in beds in hotels because they are not as comfortable as ours, but the bed at the villa was perfect. The owners were very easy to work with. They responded to our emails and questions quickly. We love the villa so much that we are returning for the month of March 2015.

Winter escape

My husband and I spent January, 2015 here. This condo was exceptionally well stocked with a very comfortable bed, large Master bath, thick towels and full size washer/dryer. Having the Hidden Spa steps away was a bonus. It was convenient to the shops and the beachwalk -- we walked 5+ miles every day. There were lots of beach toys in the garage. The location is quiet for Ko Olina where some units can be close to the road. The lanai was shaded for most of the day, a benefit that allowed us to have virtually all our meals out there. I think the best recommendation is that we rented the same unit for 2 months in 2016. All my interactions with Katherine were very professional and cordial.

Unforgettable Family Vacation

My wife, two children and I visited Hawaii in August of 2014 and stayed at Katherine and Randal's condo in the Ko'Olina Resort area. We got off to a rocky start as the condo was not ready for our arrival due to a problem with the cleaners, but Katherine and Randal were great! They found us another hotel to stay in for the night and took care of our meals. They were such wonderful hosts and took such good care of us that the false start to the vacation was just another happy adventure. The condo was very comfortable, clean, fully equipped, perfectly situated on the island and felt like a home away from home. It was just a short walk to the beach, the excellent restaurants and the hot tub was located just behind the condo. We had also rented the golf cart, which was very useful for taking beach chairs and snorkeling gear to the beach and back. A great time was had by the whole family. We will definitely be going back for another visit.

HAWAII HIDEAWAY

This was our second stay at the Randall's Villa in Ko Olina. The reason why we returned for a second stay is that we believe that the Coconut Plantation Villa is one of the best value for money holidays we have had. The Villa is first class in its presentation, amenities available, lush linen, gourmet kitchen, weber bbq, laundry facilities, garage storage, option of golf cart, proximity to the four lagoons and the ambience of a tropical hideaway in a secure gated community. You can enjoy all the atmosphere of the various five star hotels located around the lagoons but also escape to your own oasis in the Coconut Plantation. We have had our two adult sons stay with us for part of both stays and with a car, they have also enjoyed all the delights of not only Ko Olina but all of Oahu as have my wife and I. There has never been a single day in both our month long stays that we have not had a new adventure or an experience to reminisce about. We used to stay in Waikiki hotels but always felt constricted. You do need a hire car at Ko Olina if only for the regular trips to Costco (less than five minutes away) to resupply and to enjoy some of the restaurants, coffee shops and cinema around Kapolei. The Randall's go out of their way to make sure you enjoy your stay and are extremely responsive to dealing with any problems you may experience which they can address. Having traveled extensively across the world, one of the best things about the Randall Villa is that it looks exactly the same, if not better, as the online photographs. This is not the norm. The best recommendation that my wife and I can give to the Randall Villa is that we plan a third stay in 2016.

These guys thought of everything!

This condo was gorgeous. Modern, clean, well-designed with a lovely island decor. Kitchen well stocked with every utensil and pan you could need. Fluffy towels, high quality linens, a beautiful welcoming basked of Hawaiian treats, pool toys, snorkel gear, boogie boards, you name it, the Daly's thought of everything. Comfy beds, lots of room to spread out. Great location, walking distance to restaurants and shops. Golf cart a must! SO much fun. Added a special flair of luxury for us. All the condo rules and regulations were a bit off-putting at first, but after a couple of days we figured everything out and had a great time. The Daly's were so helpful, even extending our check out time due to a late flight. We were able to get ahold of them easily to clarify a couple of things, and they were able to point us in the right direction. Very helpful and friendly hosts. We appreciated their sending an Oahu book in the mail to get us excited about our trip.

Hawaii vacation

We really enjoyed our stay in this villa. It was really well kept up and very clean. The owners had everything we needed from kitchen ware to pool toys and floats for kids.. They were always very helpful for anything we needed. I highly recommen this villa.

We had a wonderful two week stay in this beautiful and clean condo. Katherine and Randall were very helpful w/ our questions and welcomed us generously to the facility. The property was a great fit for our family that includes 3 teenage boys. Everyday was a new experience as we were able to travel to the North Shore, Diamond Head, Pearl Harbor, Dole Plantation, Polynesian Cultural Center, paddle board on Waikiki and snorkel in Hanauma Bay. We even went deep sea fishing one morning and caught some tuna and Ono fish! The boys were able to put together some sushi that night, thanks to the condo's kitchen. There are a few restaurants, a coffee shop and a small store within walking distance of the condo which were convenient. The golf cart was useful to visit the beautiful Ko Olina lagoons and other hotels w/ their own restaurants. We had a magnificent time in Oahu and highly recommend this condo!

Perfect for a family

We spent a wonderful two weeks at this condo with our daughter and her husband and three adorable little girls. The large pool was closed for renovations but we enjoyed dips in the smaller pool. The girls loved the golf cart - a must with small children. My daughter ran the golf course every morning before it opened and loved it. My 7yr old granddaughter and I went for a walk down to the lagoons every morning stopping at the coffee shop for coffee for me and a macaroon for her - it was such a great memory. Turtle beach at sunset is a highlight - right by Paradise Cove Luau and a day trip to the Polynesian Centre should be a must. The Daly's were great, very easy to get hold of and very helpful. We hope to be able to go back to Coconut Plantation soon.

We enjoyed our month, at your Ko Olina condo. We go to Hawaii every year. This is the cleanest & nicest condo we have stayed at. The patio was great after a busy day. I'm sure we will stay at your condo in the future.

Perfect!!!!

The condo was in excellent condition with every amenity available to my family. They just installed new carpeting and freshly painted… lucky I guess Kathrine and Randall (owners) were fantastic friendly and outgoing. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone in this price range.

Wonderful condo in a wonderful location in Ko Olina!

We stayed at Katherine and Randall's property in November 2013 and absolutely loved it. From our first interaction, Katherine and Randall were very professional and helpful and their property did not disappoint. The condo is beautifully decorated and appointed with everything you could possibly need (high end appliances and kitchenware, beach towels and toys, BBQ, lovely lanai, comfortable beds, coolers etc.) plus a number of bonus features like iPod speakers in the master bedroom and an Apple TV, which allowed us to access our son's favorite cartoons in the evening. The condo is located in a beautiful gated community and the pool and neighboring shops and restaurants were just a few minutes walk from the unit. We made sure to book use of their golf cart which was very handy for exploring the Ko Olina area and visiting the gorgeous lagoons. We absolutely loved our visit and highly recommend this property!
