If you prefer swimming with mountain views, you are on foot in 3 minutes by the lake. The center of Tutzing and the train station can be reached on foot in 5 minutes. An on-site parking is available. You can keep informed by WLAN. This apartment is something special all around!

The apartment is exclusively equipped with parquet floors, marble bathrooms and built-in furniture.
It is divided into 2. Upstairs, which can be easily reached by elevator, in a living-dining room (35 sqm), a bedroom (9 sqm) with adjoining large bathroom with shower and toilet, a kitchen and a guest toilet. Access to the bedroom leads you through the spacious dressing room.

The kitchen is fully equipped: electric stove, modern oven & microwave, fridge, dishwasher, coffee machine, Nespresso machine, kettle, toaster, blender and much more.

Gallery floor:
A staircase leads you to the 30 square meter gallery with another cozy living area. Here is a television with satellite channels, a DVD player and a music system.
From the gallery you reach a south-facing 100 sqm roof terrace with a wonderful view of the lake and the Alps. It is secluded, half covered with wood panels and half planted lush.

Garden furniture is available on the terrace for a relaxing stay.

In a separate room you will find a washing machine and a tumble dryer.

Bed linen and towels are included once in the price. We ask you to bring your own hand and bath towels for trips to the lake or to the swimming pool.

In the apartment you will find books and games with which you can pass the time.

The house has a private indoor pool (28 degrees water temperature), which you can use according to the house rules.

Car parking spaces are available in front of the house.

Arrival and departure times:
Even if you leave our apartment tidy and clean, it goes without saying that we clean the apartment from scratch, so that the next guest can feel comfortable. You can move into the apartment between 4 and 6 pm. Please leave the apartment on the day of departure until 12 o'clock.
