Spacious 4 Bedroom, 3 Bath Townhouse, Sleeps 11. Third house from the beach in a quiet, desirable area of Sea Isle City.

Great location for families with small children, only 150 feet to the beach with no busy streets to cross. The local protected beach allows boogie boards, rafts, and surfing.

Ocean views from front and rear decks. Includes wireless internet access and 3 flat screen TVs.

The first floor has 3 bedrooms: a bedroom with a queen bed and private bath, a second bedroom with a queen and twin bed, and a third bedroom with 2 twins and a bunk bed. The third bedroom opens to a deck. There is a second bathroom and washer/dryer on the 1st floor.

The fourth bedroom is on the second floor with a king bed, adjoining bathroom, and opens to a deck.

We also include beach tags.

The property is a short walk to the Acme shopping center, restaurants, CVS pharmacy, etc.

Last minute trip with family that have never been to Sea Isle. While the house is out dated, it's very clean and well kept property. The host was available and responsive to any messages sent. Check in and out was easy. LOCATION was perfect! Close enough to entertainment and shopping, but best of all close to the beach. Easy on and off for a day at the beach or see sunrise real quick. Would recommend!!!!

stay was prefect for our occasion and Family. Plenty of room. The views were wonderful as was the location to everything you could need. The house was clean. We just had some issues with the blind panels kept falling out of the sliding door in the bunk room downstairs and master bed upstairs. Also there was a smell of mildew, and seemed to be a pet previously as there was hair coming from couch and beds.

Great Beach Vacation Spot

The location is excellent, easy walk to the beach, grocery, some restaurants and ice cream! We were comfortable. The hosts were quick to answer our questions. The only drawback was that the place was pretty dated.

Great place, excellent location

In my opinion, the 64th St beach block is the best location in SIC. Short walk to Acme, CVS, Kix liquor store and a bunch of restaurants. A very short walk to the beach. The home was clean and adequate for 6 adults and 5 small kids. The host answered our questions beforehand so we knew what to pack and most importantly, what we didn't need to bring.

First visit to Jersey Shore

We met our daughter and her family for a family vacation. We drove all the way from Tampa Fl. The host were excellent communicators throughout the entire booking, answering questions about items I needed to bring. Upon our arrival we quickly noticed the place was filthy! Obvious the bathrooms were unclean, food left in refrigerator, and dog hair all over carpet. We knew the place was dated, but this was dirty. I contacted the host went to voicemail, me and my daughter went into high gear cleaning, not what I wanted to do! The host returned my call, I explained the situation and they got in touch with their cleaning team, who could not come until the next day. We had twins, 7 months old, so all over the floor, we had to continue cleaning. I feel we lost day 1 of our trip! The cleaning lady arrived the next morning and I will say she was wonderful, however it did not makeup for day 1. We also deemed the front deck and deck off upstairs master unsafe, the front railings were very shaky! We did not use either deck, that is on us, but be careful. The very best thing is the location and you know what they say about location, location, location, location! Easy walk to beach, especially with small children. Had the place been clean on arrival, I may have had a different view on many things, however it is not acceptable to arrive to a filthy place, especially dog hair everywhere in a place where pets are not allowed, luckily none of us were allergic, be aware it is very dated!

Wonderful stay

We had a very nice time at this property. The living area was large and comfortable so our family could all be together in one place. It is just short steps to the beach. The host answered all our questions prior to the stay promptly. We are looking into possibly booking this for next summer.

Famy Weekend at the shore!

We spent a wonderful weekend with our 4 generation family. The house was perfect for us. The owner was a lleasure to work with and the house was lovely. It was 2 houses from the beach a d in a beautiful neighborhood. We had a blast!

Great location - close to the beach

House location is amazing - its an easy walk to the beach and local attractions (try the CupKing cafe fro great breakfasts and the pool side bar just across the street at Kix McNutleys). It is an older unit, so it shows its age but not enough to be negative. Parking is tight because of the competition for street parking during the week but was not an issue for us.

Great "Pre-Sandy" Style Sea Isle Home!

Had a great week at Andrew's place in SIC. I spent a whole lot of time in Sea Isle in the 90's, and loved the island. But Hurricane Sandy has changed Sea Isle forever. All the new "plastic high rises" have changed the landscape. But there are a few original homes left, and this is one of them. BTW, we had a heat wave and the AC worked great! Great location

The location was perfect for us who like to bike, use the beach, and walk to our dining spots. The house is spacious with outdoor seating on both front and back decks. It was not as clean as we had expected, needs some up-dating.

A great week at the Jersey shore

We had a very very nice time at this great house. Everything was there that we needed after we made a call that we did not bring our own linens and the owner was nice enough to help us out. Plus we have family nearby and they were able to help us as well. A short walk to the beach nice spacious open area where my family gathered frequently for boardgames and dinners. The owner and was extremely responsive to any questions that we had. We would stay there again and we certainly hope to!

Absolutely horrible!!!

It was awful. I would give it zero stars if I could but it prompts you to at least select one. Fridge did not work & air conditioner did not work and it was 90 degrees for three days straight prior to our stay. The owner did not have this house clean or ready before we got there. There was also and trash left from the people who stayed before us. 8 trash cans outside were completely filled up. My instructions were to turn on the breakers that is all... He had a tarp on the air conditioner no word to remove that and he was lucky that we noticed this before turning the air on. When I called to tell him he instantly blamed me for his air conditioner not working. He told me to open the windows. He texted me the next morning demanding to know the peoples names that were staying there. I told him I was not giving them to him and then he again threw the air conditioner not working in my face. It was awful. I will never ever recommend this house to any one. This house and the owner of it should be kicked off this site.

The place was spacious and relaxing

We had a blast. The place has more room then the picture show. There was plenty of room for our party of 5 adults and 4 kids. There is a grocery store 500 yards away and the beach is 50 yards away. The owner made access and exit super easy.

Great location!

my only suggestion is to replace the carpets otherwise I'd give it 5 stars. A great typical shore house so we were very comfortable and it's steps to beach,shopping, restaurants, and bars all within walking distance. Great for kids too as my granddaughters loved it!

Great location

Very accommodating owner and a wonderful location. The home was spacious and so close to the beach. This location is perfect for families with young children, as it is within quick walking distance to a large playground. It is also very close to a shopping area and even walkable to the promenade if you have the time. Beautiful home, pleasant renting experience, and great vacation overall. Highly recommended.

So close to the beach and a quiet area! Walking distance to ACME, some shops and ice cream among other things. Was very easy to stay here with our little kids. Comfortable and spacious home practically on the beach and we enjoyed the deck views. Owner was very accommodating and nice to work with. Would rent again.

Perfect getaway

This home was truly a home away from home. Very inviting and comfortable. Beautiful home. Excellent location. Loved every minute of our stay. So close to the beach! Great location!

I was a little skeptical about renting without a real estate contact. I was pleasantly surprised to find the property clean, very nice and true to the pictures. The location is great, the best is you can hear the waves on the shore at night from anywhere in the house. The owner couldn't have been any more accommodating . My children came for Mother's day and it truly was the best Mother's day ever. Really nice relaxing week. Thank You, Cathe
