Location! Location! One of the absolute best locations on the strip. Close enough to walk across the street to Caddy's Restaurant or Katiki's bar but tucked away far enough to enjoy the peace and quiet. There's also an olympic sized walk in pool just a two minute car ride away at the St Pete Beach Community Aquatic Center. Spend the day with the kids swimming, on the slides, water buckets, water spouts and more! Don't miss out on this one of a kind fun pool! Feel free to visit the newest popular restaurant "Sea Dogs Restaurant & Brewery" also a local favorite.
Upstairs the spacious master suite has a private balcony with a private full bath. There are two other large bedrooms upstairs that share a full bath, one with a king bed and one with a queen. Also equipped in the laundry room there's a washer & dryer for your convenience.There's also a bathroom on the main level with a day bed in the bonus room. (perfect for kids or teens or one elderly guest finding it hard to go upstairs.)

Sunset Beach is an exclusive one mile peninsula with the beautiful gulf beach on one side and the inter coastal waterway on the other side. Remember the beach access is just steps away from the house. Just bring your bathing suit! You can request a full credit to stay at another time if you have to cancel for any reason.
Perfect for family vacations, small gatherings or vacation with friends. Feel free to barbecue right outside your door. Sorry, no large parties or weddings on the premises. Pets are welcome with a non-refundable pet fee depending on the size. No barkers please.
It is an easy drive to Florida's many attractions...Orlando's Disney World, Epcot Center, Legoland, Universal Studios, Busch Gardens, Sea World, Adventure Island, Fort de Soto Beach and more! This area is also a fisherman's paradise. Rent a charter or walk to the many local fishing spots. You can also visit famous 'John's Pass' less than 2 miles away!

Great Weekend

Beautiful home and the beach and restaurants are less than 1 block away. We enjoyed walking on the beach in the morning. We are looking forward to returning. The Host were great and very welcoming.

Thanks to the hosts for a very enjoyable vacation before back to school. Lots of extras available. Skim and boogie boards, beach chairs and coolers.Our dog Bodhi Nosehawk enjoyed the nearby dog beach. Outstanding experience.

Great Location!

The location is perfect! You can walk out the door and across a small neighborhood street, and you are on a beautiful beach with a restaurant/bar accessible from the sand. The house is roomy and comes with all the things you will need to have fun in the sand and sun. The house is only a few minutes from John's Pass, Fort Desoto Park and all the water activities you can imagine. Lea lives on the property and is a joy, if you get to meet her, she'll instantly make you feel like family. Thank you, Lea and LeAnn for a warm stay!

INCREDIBLE Location - We Will Be Back!

We had the most amazing stay at LeeAnn’s vacation home and truly felt like family from the moment we were welcomed by Lea! The home was beyond well equipped with everything we needed for our family vacation. The location could not be more perfect - a short and lovely walk across the street to the public beach access, but far enough away from any noise from Caddy’s or Tiki’s. We will be talking about this trip for months to come and hope to be back to LeeAnn’s before the summer ends.

Fantastic stay

This was everything we wanted. The beach was right across the street, and the house is a short walk to Caddy's, a large playground, and the boardwalk. Large driveway that accommodate three cars. Plenty of space for everyone. Short drive to the grocery store, other restaurants, the marina, and shopping. Easy drive to attractions in St. Pete. We couldn't have been happier.

Thanksgiving Trip

Our stay was awesome! The house had all we needed to just enjoy, no hunting for salt and pepper. The rooms were spacious and clean. Short walk to the beautiful beach with restaurants and the "tiki" bar. And Mrs. Lea, our host, made us feel very comfortable and right at home. She was very helpful with anything we needed, which was not much. Beautiful vacation, we will stay here again. A rare find.

I had the pleasure of staying at this beach house, and it was an absolute delight. First and foremost, the host's hospitality was exceptional. They were not only welcoming but also incredibly responsive throughout our entire stay, ensuring that our needs were met without hesitation. The proximity to the beach was a definite highlight. Just a short stroll away, we found ourselves on the sandy shores, soaking up the sun and enjoying the waves whenever we pleased. It made for enjoyable evenings out without the need for transportation, adding to the overall convenience of our stay. For our group, this beach house was a perfect fit. Perfect Location

The house was in great condition. Lea, the property manager was so friendly and was very attentive to any needs we might have had. We were just steps from the beach and two beachfront bars with amazing music and views. We hope to make it back soon!!!

Wow, what a great time in a beautiful house.

First of all, I gave five stars because they won’t let me give six. The house was beautiful. The price was fair. The host was fantastic! The house was within a very short walk from one of the finest beaches in Saint Pete, and stumbling distance of 2 great restaurants/bars. The host is a saint Pete native, who knew everything about the area, including where to get a fantastic, three dollar cheeseburger. The house was comfortable, well appointed and huge. We absolutely will stay there again. Thank you again Lea!

A more than perfect getaway

The house is beautiful from the outside, only outdone by how comfortable, clean, modern, well-appointed, well-stocked, roomy, etc. it is on the inside. So if you dropped this house anywhere it would be a great place to vacation. Add in being across the street from an awesome beach, with quiet sections and a beach bar for partying, across the street from a tiki bar with beach views that plays live music, a mile or less from strips of restaurants and shops, 15 minutes from downtown st.pete, etc., and it was perfect. I loved it. My 2 year old loved it. My wife loved it. It was perfect. We grilled, used their beach toys, took advantage of the roomy kitchen, watched the sunset from the balcony. Couldnt have asked for more.

We really loved the house and the location. You can see the gulf from the balcony. Lea is fantastic and was great to us. Caddy’s was terrific. We had everything we could want or need. We loved this vacation and will be back !

Our stay was excellent perfect comfortable and so enjoyable

A family gathering with a 15 month old . Everything was perfect. Memaw made sure we wanted for nothing- even offering to do a short babysitting stint when our sitter was delayed! Towels beach chairs, a high chair. 5 minute walk to Caddy’s for delicious seafood or 3 minutes to Tikkis for the hostess for a late night beverage! Thank you Lee Ann and Memaw we will be back!!

Perfect nook on sunset beach

We travelled as a family of 4 with 2 little kids. The location was excellent- cross the street and you’re at the beach. There are a lot of stores /restaurants nearby. The house has everything you will need— lots of bath and beach towels, beach toys, beach wagon, umbrella , kitchen Utensils. Lea is very accommodating! Would stay again here if the opportunity arises .

Excellent property and location.

Great location within easy walking distance to beach! Fun bars and restaurants within walking distance. 7-11 convenience store down the road with many essentials. Hosts were very friendly and accommodating which made the stay very pleasant! We will definitely be back!

Absolutely beautiful home

Home was absolutely beautiful and very clean. Wonderful host. Everything you need close to the house. The beach is a very short walk from the house with amazing sunsets. I would highly recommend this property. We are planning to return next year. Wonderful vacation.

Right across from the beach. Short walk. Nice home.

Really nice. Owners Mom lives next door and was super helpful despite her age. I hope I’m that active at that age! House is nice. Comfy beds. Beautiful bathroom in the master (where my boyfriend & I slept).

Location, location, location

This home was beautiful, clean, and just steps away from a gorgeous white sand beach. The hosts had plenty of beach equipment to borrow and were incredibly accommodating and kind to our family of 7. We would 100% return to stay again. Make sure you watch the sunset on the beach. It's spectacular.

Perfect for a long weekend getaway with the family

Everything about this rental was perfect... from the owners to the location, so close to beach, Caddy's, Ka tikis, and just a very convenient location in general. The house has everything you need, and you won't find nicer people than Lea and LeeAnn!

Living on Sunset Beach is truly 'living on island time.'

Beach goers love to be able to stroll to Caddy's on the waterfront restaurant or visit Katiki's bar & grill. A perfect spot to relax and watch the sunset on Sunset Beach. Come take a look. Amazing.
