Don,t stay in a condo or a high rise! Stay in a private one bedroom ground floor apartment just steps to the white sandy beach and popular beach restaurants. Close enough to walk to Caddy's & Katiki's on the beach but tucked away far enough to be able to enjoy the peace and quiet. Also, visit the latest new "Sea Dogs" Restaurant. Location, location! Pets welcome with a $250 pet fee. No barkers please. You can request a full credit for another time if you need to cancel at any time.
This unit offers secure wifi, a barbecue grill for outside cooking, a fully stocked kitchen and a king size bed. Walk one minute to the white sandy beach and a very popular restaurant where the locals eat & drink while watching the most amazing sunsets anywhere! There's also a boardwalk down the street that spans 6 tenths of a mile along the beach next to a covered bathers picnic area. You can also visit John's Pass just minutes away to have dinner, rent wave runners, water ski or just go shopping. This unit is immaculate...You won't be disappointed as we get many return clients. This apartment is booked separately from the main house. Little Rocky at first

The water heater went out so we did not have any hot water for almost 4 days, once that was fixed great. The only other thing is parking can be tight for both units.

This place was awesome!!! Had all the comforts of home!!!

LeeAnn made picking this beautiful place in Treasure Island across the way and a very close walk to Sunset Beach a no brainer with her quick replies and very easy dealings. It was also a bonus meeting Mema who met us when we checked in with ease while giving us a quick hit tutorial of the area and greeted us when we departed with hugs and kisses!!! Made us melt as we felt like family!!! We loved going to Caddy’s for lunch and listening to the music laying out on Sunset Beach. We also had many fun times at Ka’Tiki watching & dancing the night away to the Live Bands! We can’t wait to make a return visit hopefully sooner than later!!! Thx again LeeAnn for making out vacation a memorable one and see you down the road Mema, God Bless as we send you Hugs and Kisses!!!

Relaxing, comfy, affordable beach getaway

Just the right size and location for the 2 of us and our toddler who wanted to spend the week parked out on the beach (bring/rent a pack-n-play if you don’t want to sleep in the same bed, though it’s king size and plenty big). For a one bedroom it’s spacious, with ample room in the bathroom and kitchen (which had many appliances in addition to the usual fridge and oven — Keurig, electric griddle, blender, toaster oven). We could cook comfortably at home or walk to the handful of restaurants nearby, including the infamous Caddie’s on the beach just one block over (they also provide a convenient beach chair service). Our daughter adopted Lea, the caretaker of the property, as her personal “Meemaw,” fitting for the sprightly nonogenerian who is a great-grandmother herself. She was lovely and helpful, from offering us beach pails to lending us baking powder we forgot to pick up at the store (Publix has everything you need and is just a mile away). Since this is a downstairs flat attached to a larger house, you are at the mercy of the other guests next door — and vice versa, I assume. Thankfully ours were quiet and respectful and it’s relatively well sound-proofed (with the exception of one floorboard that creaked over our bedroom). Overall, the neighborhood is a peaceful one despite the bar and restaurant a stone’s throw away. It’s the perfect location for a low-key, top-notch beach getaway!

Sunset beach

Our hosts LeeAnn and Mema were very helpful and welcoming. They made our stay stress less. I was concerned about staying in a new place with my husband of 83 with stroke. But they both gave us all the help. Place is very nice and clean. I would definitely stay there again . I enjoyed walking to the beach and all the activities there .

Hidden Gem

The apartment is a hidden gem of Treasure island. Our stay was pleasant and peaceful. Easily walk to Sunset beach and enjoy strolls on the boardwalk or caddy’s beachfront bar for complimentary beach chairs, cocktails food and fun. The bed was so comfy… best rest I’ve had in a long time! Thank you to the sweet home owner. We loved you!

Location location!

We really enjoyed our trip To Treasure Island! Our host who lives on site “Memaw” was the best. Super accommodating and helped meet all our needs. My small pup enjoyed the grassy yard and neighborhood for walks. The unit was neat, clean, and just as pictured. We could hear the people renting the other unit walking/talking upstairs but luckily we seemed to be on the same schedule so late night/early morning noise wasn’t an issue. If you want to walk to a great beach and good restaurants this is the place for you! Give Memaw a hug for us!

Excellent accomodation

Well furnished, comfortable apartment for two people. Very close to beautiful Sunset Beach. Owner, Lea, was super helpful. She helped us obtain a driver to the airport under difficult weather conditions. Would definitely rent again.

Great location and friendly hosts.

The location is perfect. The beach is right across the street and the bay is only a short walk. There are bars and restaurants within walking distance. The apartment is close to everything but tucked away just enough to be peaceful. The courtyard is lovely. Parking is right outside the door. The apartment is comfortable but is very basic in decor and amenities. The hosts are extremely kind, communicative and helpful.

Perfect location and beautiful condo for two!

Lovely efficiency with nice decor and modern touches… super clean space and wonderful comfy king bed. SO close to beach and restaurants! Best of all was our host Lea, who is a true gem and attended to every need and question. We can’t thank you enough for our wonderful stay!

Nice getaway

This property is a great location to the beach with just a walk across the street in a super cute one bedroom apartment. It had everything we needed to be comfortable for our stay, including the king size bed…thank you! There is also 2 local bars/restaurants to walk to that provide entertainment and the locals were very friendly. We brought our dog and she was comfortable being there as well. Thank you for a great stay! My only recommendation would be to leave instructions for the streaming tv operation for those who are not familiar with this. Would definitely recommend this place!

Treasure Island / Sunset Beach getaway

The apartment was in excellent shape, exactly as described and pictured. Very nice and relaxing end to each day. We felt very safe and secure. We did indeed walk to the beach everyday. We drove into St. Pete as well as Fort De Soto, everything was just a short distance from the Beach house. We loved IT!!!

Best of the best

Out stay was simply amazing. Check is was quick and easy. Meemaw ( she lives on site) gives you a tour on arrival of the home and property. She was the BEST! She had beach toys for our toddler to play with so we did not have to buy anything. My 2 year old was obsessed with MeMaws house! It is literally walking distance (across the street) from the beach. Perfect location! You can get free beach chairs, umbrellas and table from caddy’s ( just have to tip)! The room had everything you needed. She provided 1 beach towel per person plus bath towels. There is an area right outside the door to wash off the sand from the beach. There is also a parking spot for you which is a huge plus! She was waiting outside the day we left to say goodbye or until next time! I highly recommend.

Great apartment for a weekend at the beach

Everything went as expected. This property has parking, which for the area is a real big plus. Beach access is a very short walk and the owners provided beach chairs for us.

Everything we needed

Everything anout our stay was perfect from the time we made the reservation, to the time we left. The owner was easily accessible, thoughtful, and kind during the duration of our stay. Everything we needed to acces was within a short walk, and the only negative thing about our stay was that it wasn't any longer.
