Beachfront on the Bay- penthouse on the sand

Bayshore Walk on the Peninsula- 3 bedroom Penthouse with panoramic views. Step out the front door and you’re on the beach; or enjoy the beach and bay from your private balcony. We are just off 64th St. in the heart of the Peninsula. This unit has 3 bedrooms and sleeps 8, offering 1 king, 2 queens, a sleeper sofa, and a blow-up mattress. This unit is ideally located on the bay where you are just minutes away from 2nd St. shopping, restaurants and the marina. This IS NOT a party house.

Wake up to the lovely sound of crashing waves and then take a short walk down the steps you are on the beach.
Absolutely no parties of any kind. No more than 8 guests in the residence. No illicit drug use or smoking inside of the residence. Be mindful of noise level in the nighttime hours. Host(s)/Owners live nearby and will be contacted by neighbors if rules being broken. Security deposit and additional fees will apply to breaking of the rules. Be mindful of the second story balcony with regards to small or young children.

Unauthorized Late check outs will result in an immediate doubled cleaning fee, as well as possible additional charges

Beautiful spot for a getaway. This is a super comfortable well appointed property. The view is perfect - the bay so near with the sparkling holiday lights was magical and the snow capped mountains beyond...We loved walking around the bay and ocean side boardwalks. Chris was very responsive when we had inquiries. We'll be back!

We really enjoyed our stay. The location is epic; right on the marina and only steps away to the beach. The pictures provide an accurate visual of the home. The appliances are nice and the home is fully stocked with the appropriate utensils, plates, and cookware. The home does not have ac, except for a wall ac unit in the master room. The home was really hot the first night, but we were able to cool it off for the rest of the stay. Our 1 year old was definitely hot the first night, but once we got it cooled off, she did much better.

Perfect, picturesque penthouse

We loved everything about this home. The views were awesome, the living area had a great layout with comfortable seating, beds and bathrooms were delightful and beach access could not have been easier, just steps away. Communication with Chris was always quick and informative. 10 out of 10.

Excellent location and 5 star on property

The property was in great condition and Chris was very attentive from booking to reminding me how to enter the code for an electronic check-in. Other have stated concerns about parking, but half the garage worked out great.

Fun in the sun ☀️

The location of this property was perfect. This is close to so many great restaurants and bars. Also it’s right by 2nd and PCH shops. We stand up paddle boarded and around the entire Alimitos bay through the canals of Naples island and passing the famous mother’s beach. We have never stayed at a beach house this close to the water before , usually you will have a 100 yard walk on the sand and this house was less then 100 feet. House was modern and had everything we needed .

Nice Property

Great location on the bay side of the peninsula which is less windy. The house is nicely decorated with comfortable furniture and plenty of space for our group of 8. The property owners were accommodating and responded quickly.

Great Long Beach location!!

Great location and family vacation friendly unit. Met our needs for three couples for our nearby graduation ceremonies. Not far from many restaurants.. walking distance.

Great location on the Peninsula

We love this home and its' location. It is perfect if you want a relaxing get away. The interior has been all update, kitchen is fully stocked and it is very clean. You do need a car to get to any restaurants or shopping and just now a small car is best :) The home is at the end of a typically alley way so parking is very tight.

Perfect Quiet Location

This rental is the 2nd level of the home and is a wonderful location right on the sand and water of the bay. It was so quiet and honestly the bay is a much better choice for us than the ocean. Would absolutely stay here again.

Amazing location and beautiful condo

We had the best time staying at this property for our Christmas vacation. The location (lights along the water was an extra bonus), the attention to detail in the unit (they have everything you need), the cleanliness and the communication from management were all top notch. We had the best time and hope to return soon!

Great Local Escape

We booked this property for a week vacation that was close to home...what an amazing home! Literally on the beach and in a beautiful a quiet neighborhood. The owners were very attentive and quick to answer my calls. The home was nice and clean and the weather was perfect when we visited. Would definitely book again!

Multiple Stays

This is my go to location when I am in Long Beach. I have stayed here now multiple times and my family always enjoys it. The owners have remodeled and bit and have made the home even better by enlarging the master bath. The location is right on the water and very close to all activities and restaurants. Truly my go to rental!

Peace on the Beach

The best place to stay for family fun and relaxation. The condo is comfy, and the gentle bay was perfect for building sand castles, kayaking and paddle boarding! Having the beach toys at the property was so amazing. The best CA vacation we’ve had! Would definitely stay here again!
