I would give this place 10 stars if I could. This home was nothing short of perfection for our stay. I booked this home for 6 girls to celebrate a birthday and we had the best weekend. The size of this home, location, decor, vibe... everything was spot on. Some things that truly stood out for us: - the house was clean and the decor was beautiful and spot on with the beach location - size of the house was perfect and cozy for 6 of us- free access to paddleboards across the street from the water - although we didn't end up using the fire pit, the backyard space is perfect to hangout in the evenings- Brad provided very clear instructions and expectations for the rental and was very responsive via text and VRBO messaging throughout our stay - we loved looking through the info binder provided and learned that the city of long Beach provides free transportation via LB Circuit!! We requested rides several times and we wouldn't have known about it otherwise! - the location is perfect. Very quiet and peaceful neighborhood that's walkable to bars and restaurants on 2nd street. It was so peaceful here the entire weekend. - Brad offered early check in for a small fee which I utilized to setup the house for the rest of the girls. I've never stayed at a rental that offered early check in before. That really stood out to me. Between the 6 of us, we have zero complaints. 10/10 home, location, vibe, communication. We absolutely recommend it. Thank you, Brad!
