This home offers breathtaking mountain views with a bubbling hot tub to relax in while enjoying the views. And if you want to play in a larger body of water, access to the New River is just a short drive down the road.

From the moment you enter the gated community of River Mountain Estates, you will feel your cares melt away. You’ll travel alongside the New River then climb up the hillside to Breezy River Mountain Cabin.

Inside, you will find a cozy and inviting interior with open floor plan. The kitchen offers stainless steel appliances and every item you need for preparing a full family meal – including dishwasher, microwave, toaster, automatic 12 cup coffeemaker, dishware, flatware, and cookware. The dining table offers seating for six.

The spacious living area with vaulted ceiling features a flat screen TV with cable TV and there’s plenty of comfy seating for curling up by the electric fireplace on those cool Carolina Mountain evenings and watching your favorite show or movie.

Also on the main level is the expansive primary bedroom featuring a comfy queen bed with ensuite bath, including a jetted tub with shower.

Take the stairs to the upper level and you will find another large bedroom with queen-size bed and desk area for those that need to work while on vacation. WIFI is provided throughout the home. The hall bath offers a tub/shower combo. On the other side of the upper level is an open loft area that looks down to the living area and offers a full futon for additional sleeping space.

Venture downstairs and you will find a den complete with flatscreen TV, air hockey and foosball. There is also another bedroom complete with queen bed and a hall bath.

The large wraparound deck accessible from the main level offers plenty of seating where you can enjoy the fresh mountain air while sipping a cup of coffee in the morning, or a glass of wine in the evening. Step outside from the lower level and you will find the hot tub waiting for you as well as a charcoal grill and picnic table.

Don’t miss out on all the community has to offer. Take a walk to the community pond or take a picnic lunch down to the gazebo area that is right on the banks of the New River. There is also public access to the New River just outside the community, and canoe rentals there as well.

For some winter fun, head to one of our three most popular ski resorts: Appalachian Ski Mtn, Sugar Mtn, or Beech Mtn.
