Kitchen updated somewhat had new Refrigerator was new. Wi-Fi good . Transport okay a little farther from the beach than we asked, we asked for ocean view did not receive. Personally the condo was dated and could use update fresh paint and furniture. The hallways coming into condo large huge spiders hanging from ceilings. Spiders on balcony as well

Great job by Ocean Sands Realty!!!

After a mix up as to the property we first rented, Ocean Sands stepped up and gave us an even better property, I can not stress enough how professional theses people were most of all Jordan. This property 228b was as nice a condo as you can get, very clean, great location, and staff were on site to answer any questions. Highly recommended.

Would NOT recommend

The space is fantastic. Lots of room and very quiet and comfortable. However, the entire place was filthy. The floor were dirty, there was pubic hair and urine in the master bathroom. The refrigerator looked as if it’s never been clean. The floor were dirty. We communicated same to management, while communication was timely, once placed it contact with cleaning service, they never followed thru. We returned to the same filth we arrived to. I absolutely would NEVER return to this property. Regardless of the spacious quarters and perfect location.

New year stay

My family loved the unit and property, they found it very relaxing. Only downside is when I booked, I didn’t know exactly where it was located; it’s very secluded and hardly any service. But that’s more so on me, I didn’t look beforehand. The price was decent, everywhere else I was looking was way higher. May look to stay again, but more so in an appropriate season.

Girls Week

The condo was perfect and very comfortable for 4 ladies. This vacation was a first for my sister and I and our best friends for years. We drove down from Maine. The location was great with so many things to do around the area. Another time we would prefer an ocean side view. Some suggestions for improvement would be grab bars on the tubs. They are very high sides ..and at least 1 fry pan as there were none. We were surprised that there were no cleaning supplies ( spray cleaner) in bathroom or kitchen for daily wipe down. Overall it was a great vacation and would definitely recommend it to people. Thank you. Carol

Not good- needs some love and TLC

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The sanctuary condo complex is wonderful and I have worked with Ocean Sands Realty in the past and they have been wonderful. This condo is tired... All of the furniture is well worn and/or uncomfortable. The carpets are very old and do not feel clean. The baseboards were covered in dust and dirt. The kids “clean” sheets on the bed were sandy ... and the bed was fully made. The dishes were covered in grease even if they were cleaned and the dishwasher smelled bad. I sent this message to the realty company and nothing was resolved. For the price point I would recommend looking at a different unit. Fortunately, we had a great time at the beach, but unfortunately, this condo unit needs some love.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We really liked the unit, though next time we would choose one facing out - and ideally the ocean. Everything was comfortable and nice. The rental and check in process were smooth - staff was great.Unfortunately, the unit was filthy when we arrived. We actually cleaned for 45 minutes prior to feeling comfortable unpacking. This was disappointing given the price. I would recommend improvements in the cleaning process, as well as a doormat at the front door and on the deck. These would be significant boosts to the property and experience.Sandbridge was lovely, and my family loved the complex's amenities and proximity to the fishing pier!

A Weeks Stay at Chillaxin

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was lovely. One of our key cards did not work, so we had to request another one. Our number code to enter the condo didn't work, so we had to use the cleaning staff code. No biggie. Elevator in parking garage closest to the ocean was broken on and off all week. There was another elevator very close to our condo that is not marked in the garage that there is an elevator there. We got the map, but being newbies to the complex, guess we should have been more in tune to our surroundings and known that that elevator was there. But it should be marked in the garage that there was an elevator through that door. Thought it was a utility closet or something.

Cleanliness

The property was nice. I only problem was trying to figure out Building B for the parking garage. That was a total joke it took us three times to go around to actually find someone that works there that could tell us what parking garage to use. If you're going to use a map and call it a and b then the garage above it should be marked with the letter a and b. Your cleaning service needs to be replaced. The toilet had dried up urine underneath it ,your floors were full of sand as well as your couches and it took me two buckets of Pine sol liquid cleaner to mop the floors. Not one safety plug was connected to any of the outlets in the house. We had my 23 month grandson that we had to keep telling him not to touch. Since cleanliness is the top of my list. I left your place only needing to have the beds maded. Swept the whole house and mopped before I left so that the next people would not have to experience what I did. Overall I did enjoy the location.

Quiet Spring Break Stay

We stayed in mid April and it was not crowded at all. Quiet and the beach is just right outside. Beach was very nice and not crowded. And we even got to see a pod of dolphins! The main beach with restaurants and shopping is about 20 mins away. There really isn’t anything else to do other than the beach. Only a few restaurants are close. We did eat at the Mexican restaurant located downstairs and it was not wonderful. The parking garage is a little confusing. We didn’t realize there was a map of the garage in our packet. There are a few different ways to get to your room from outside or the parking garage. Elevators in all directions. The condo was nice. Plenty of space for 4 adults and 4 teens/kids. The beds were ok. A couple mattresses/beds are not the best and make a lot of noise. The master bedroom had an odor. Bath towels were supplied. The bathrooms were only supplied with one roll of toilet paper each. No paper towels or kitchen towels. A small bottle of dish soap and dishwashing detergent was supplied. There are some pots and cookware however there was no type of skillet/pan which made cooking breakfast difficult. The kitchen is spacious with a lot of cabinets. The Wi-Fi and cell service isn’t great. Overall it was a nice stay and we had a great time.

The unit was clean and had a fully stocked kitchen. The pictures accurately reflected the status of the unit as well. The kids loved the bunk beds and the pool, and my wife and I loved being right on the beach. The rental company was so kind and professional. They got back to us promptly throughout the entire check in/ departure process and assisted throughout our stay. Thank you, Ocean Sands, for providing such a wonderful experience for my family to make memories. We will be back!

As Advertised with Great Customer Service

The unit is great, clean, and as advertised. We had everything we needed to cook Thanksgiving dinner in the unit. The real star is the reality company, including Jordan. A real person answers the phone everytime and is super helpful. They also brought us a dessert! The building is the last building before the state park. We enjoyed a wide, mostly empty beach, the safe neighborhood, and the adjacent park and public tennis courts. Highly recommend!
