Oceanside, 4 bedroom, 3 bath, light, airy and spacious 1st floor condo just steps from the beach with no main streets to cross. Restaurant and lounge just a short stroll down the beach. Only minutes from the Boardwalk and resort area. Located on 61st Street in a quiet residential area at the North End of Virginia Beach. For larger families, the duplex adjacent to this property is available.

Linens such as sheets, pillow cases and towels are not included however, they can be rented through a local company. No pets and no smoking allowed.

THIS PROPERTY IS AVAILABLE IN THE OFF SEASON FROM SEPTEMBER TO MAY FOR A MONTHLY RATE DEPENDING ON LEASE TERM!!!

Great location and fantastic property.

This property is in a very nice neighborhood. We loved the wicker furniture throughout the house. This house is definitely a place you can relax and unwind in. The beach was a short walk away and it wasn't very crowded. The shops and stores were close by and easy to get to. The property manager, Margie, was phenomenal. We were always able to get in touch with her when we needed assistance. The check in and checkout procedures were explained very well. We will definitely recommend this property to others and stay here in the future.

Beautiful condo close to the beach.

This condo is very clean and spacious. 4 nice size bedrooms with more than ample space. The kitchen is well stocked with all the cooking utensils you would need. Short walk to the beach. We loved staying here and would most definitely book again. Highly recommended.

The location is fantastic-- a short walk to a quiet and wide beach, and a convenient drive to shops and restaurants. Furniture is a bit dated and could use an upgrade, wall-to-wall carpeting looks a bit tired; but everything was functional. Check-in/check-out process could be simplified with a lockbox on the door, instead of driving to the office to retrieve/drop-off the keys. The manager was helpful and responsive throughout the stay.

My family really enjoyed our stay. The house was large and well maintained. We were less than 200 ft to the beach access, which was wonderful. The neighborhood was quiet and the beach not crowded. The deck was spacious and had plenty of seating. Margie, the property manager, was great- available whenever we needed anything. Great idea place to vacation!

Great space in a great location

Loved being so close to the beach, restaurants and fun activities. The condo was a great fit for my family for four. The updated kitchen was lovely. Would be nice to have the bathrooms updated too! We stayed over Labor Day weekend and it was a little loud then but the rest of the week was quiet. The rental agent was helpful and pleasant to work with. Informed her of minor plumbing issue in the bathroom and she was quick to respond and work to get it resolved. Overall I recommend staying here!

This home is located on the ocean block and is a great value. Working with Margie made our stay very pleasurable. She provided detailed information and clear instructions in every step of the rental process through check out. This was our second time working with her. She is great!

Place was clean, within walking distance to the beach, had all amenities needed and Margie was great to work with. She even reached out to us to see if the internet/cable was out due to storm. Would highly recommend.

Wonderful family vacation

Margie was wonderful to work with. She was quick to respond to my questions. The condo is exactly as pictured. The location is a very short walk to the beach. Also an easy and quick drive to the boardwalk. We will stay here on our next trip.

We were happy with the new furniture in the unit. Kitchen well stocked with dishes and unit clean. We had the privilege of meeting the owner while there. He was very friendly and helpful. Few minor concerns during rental but a quick text or call to Margie and issues were resolved quickly. House roomy enough for 9 guests ages 5 to 60. Beach just a short walk away across a quiet street. Continue to love the outside shower with hot water. Would definitely book again. Despite COVID 19 we were able to relax and have a great time as a family in this unit. The 1 thing that would be great is if a few of the units in the area went together to have a community pool if this would ever be possible.

Great access to beach and First Landing Park

This apartment is on a short street between Atlantic Ave (the main drag) and the beach, a couple of miles up the road from the center of town. While it has no views, per se, the beach is a one-minute walk away, and the entrance to First Landing Park with its hiking trails is five-minute walk, on the other side of Atlantic Ave. The neighborhood is pretty, with lots of gardens, safe and quiet. One of my party was bothered by the traffic noise from Atlantic Ave, which is a pretty constant murmur, but I - Brooklyn-raised - hardly noticed it . The interior is clean, well laid out and attractively furnished. The living/dining room is spacious. The kitchen is a bit small - fine for my party of four, but maybe a bit tight for one that's larger. The bedrooms are fine, adequate but not huge, like the mom-and-pop room & kids rooms one might encounter in a suburban house. The three baths are very handy. We used the deck with its picnic table for most of our dinners, for the weather during our stay was very pleasant. Needing, as I do, to regularly check in with my business, I was pleased that the WiFi performed very well, without outages. I love the "nature" side of beach living and found that the location was ideally suited for that. I took long walks along the beach or on First Landing SP hiking trails every day. But probably, someone more into the "partying" side of beach living would find the location a bit isolated, for it's a ten-to-fifteen minute shlep down Atlantic Ave to the restaurants and the Boardwalk. I drove into town only three times, found on-street parking for two of them, and shelled out ten bucks to park in a private lot the other. Overall, I thought the apartment was excellent. One thing to consider when planning arrival/departure is that the keys need to be picked up and returned to a lock-box at a commercial building in the center of town, which adds about twenty minutes to the process.

Great location for the beach!

This was a great location to walk to the beach. Overall the property itself was pretty tired with rust stains all over the bathrooms and could use a deep cleaning at a minimum to get it into better shape. Road noise in the bedrooms was quite loud but luckily we brought white noise sound machines and were able to drown it out. Overall a good value for the offseason rates, I would have been disappointed paying in season rates with the overall condition of the property. Property manager was very responsive to remove a wasp nest right by the entrance and fix the broken washing machine.
