Enjoy the beauty of the famous Sedona red rocks in the luxury of your own private villa. Restore yourself in the hot tub overlooking the red rocks and soak in the mountain views in the heated saltwater pool. You'll be just minutes from all of Sedona's best hiking, dining, shopping and relaxation. Whole Foods is just across the street, along with lots of other grocery, restaurants and stores for your convenience. We look forward to hosting your group!

Pool can be heated for a separate $200 heating fee / stay

Please note fireplace is non functional and for decorative purposes.

Nice house but no views

The inside of the house was as described however the views in the listing pictures were very misleading. The entire yard has over grown trees and plants. There are zero views from anywhere in the yard front or back. Everything else about the house was fine aside from a few minor things which were addressed by the owner.

That said, I sincerely apologize if the outdoor views didn’t align with what you expected based on the listing photos. We never intend to mislead, and I appreciate you bringing this to my attention. The landscaping has become more overgrown in recent months, and I now realize it’s impacting the visibility of the surrounding scenery. I’ve already scheduled a trimming and maintenance visit to restore the yard and ensure the views more closely match the listing going forward. Nice!

Overall - very nice house. Just a few negatives... broken keurig - for the price of the house I would think it should be replaced. The cleaning could have been better, very dirty kitchen appliances and there were rat droppings all over the patio floor by the very dirty grill and door to master. Hopefully he will address that and have guests clean up food they grill. However, amazing pool and gorgeous outdoor space! Thank you for having us!

Sedona Vacation

My family enjoyed our stay at this rental home. The location was perfect, close to everything, and in a beautiful private community near the main road. We loved the pool, hot tub, and view as well. Any concerns that came up during our stay, the host quickly and kindly responded to. The house sleeps 8, if you sleep 4 in the double bunk beds. The couch is another option for sleeping, but for a family of 6, we felt we needed more bedrooms. I highly recommend this home, for a trip to amazing Sedona!

Snow in a Vortex

Unexpected snow prevented some activities we had hoped to enjoy but we still enjoyed the hot tub! Property is very well-located and convenient to restaurants, grocery and shops. There were a couple of minor issues which have been shared with the host. Overall we would do it again.

Great location

This house was in the perfect location for us to do all of the things we wanted to do. The bunk beds are one set of double bunks not two sets of twins. We bought air mattresses and there was plenty of room in the master for them to go on the floor. They also had an air mattress in the closet. It’s a very cute house with an adorable patio. We enjoyed our stay here. There was a small problem with the pool but the host was easy to communicate with and they credited us back some for not being able to use it. Very fair in my opinion.

Roomy, attractive, great location and nice views

We loved this property with the lovely pool and grounds, bright living/dining area and large kitchen. One minor note is that the numerous fruit trees have grown so tall in the backyard they block much of the mountain views shown in the listing photos. I stress that is minor, however, as the backyard setting is pleasant. If you want to see sunset, a 2 minute walk up the hill in front of the house provides that. Or, even better, a 5 minute drive takes you to the airport atop the hill for sunset perfection. Kelvin was very easy to communicate with, not that we had any issues.

Great respite

Beautiful property with lush greenery. Pool was on small side but definitely welcome and enough for my 3 kids to cool off in the afternoon. My only wish is for some option for filtered water but that’s a preference not a need. Did have an ice machine in the fridge which was well used. Location was great. We were minutes to uptown Sedona and it was very convenient. The only other tip I would give is if you’re coming in later at night, they observe dark night so no lights or street lamps. We trusted our gps and pulled into the driveway. Only later realized the house number was on a rock on the ground. We had to match the picture of the front door in the listing to the house. Luckily it’s quite distinctive. Not a criticism just be aware if you’re coming in after dark. Alll in all our family loved our stay and the host was nice and responsive. Instructions were clear and not a lot of clean up required which is always nice. Would highly recommend!

Disappointing

We were very disappointed in the condition of the house when we arrived.I have rented many homes through VRBO,and I have never had a problem like we did when we checked in.We arrived at 4:00 pm,as the rental agreement stated,with our groceries, to find that the house cleaner was not close to finishing.She said that she had a late start because the previous renters left the house very dirty, and a plumbing problem had to be resolved which delayed her in finishing.I asked if we could at least put our perishable groceries in the frig since they would spoil.She cleaned out the frig so we could put them away.As we waited for her to finish, I realized how much more work she had to do.I realize that issues come up, and a phone call from the cleaning service asking for more time would have been appreciated.When I walked to the back of the house, which she said was finished,I saw that the master floor was filthy with spots and debris still on the floor.When I asked if she could please clean that floor before she left, she very rudely told me she was a professional cleaner and that since we had entered the home, she was not responsible for the what was not cleaned.I contacted the home owner, and he responded immediately, agreeing to have another cleaner come the next morning to clean the floors.The new cleaner arrived on time, was very pleasant, and was shocked by the conditon of the floors and another safety issue.The location is very good and the owner responds very promptly.

I completely understand how frustrating it must have been to arrive with groceries in hand and find that the house was not ready. While the previous guest’s unexpected condition and the plumbing issue did contribute to the delay, I agree that better communication from the cleaning service would have made a difference. I’ve already addressed this with our cleaning team to ensure that, in the future, guests are notified promptly of any delays or issues prior to check-in. I also apologize for the cleaner’s unprofessional response when you asked for help. That behavior is not acceptable, and I’ve since taken steps to ensure we are working only with people who are respectful, thorough, and guest-focused—like the second cleaner you kindly mentioned. Aufenthalt in sedona

Der Aufenthalt in dem Haus war sehr schön. Das Haus ist mit Ausnahme der Küche sehr gut ausgestattet. Es fehlen ein paar Töpfe etc. Darüber hinaus ist das Haus und die Ausstattung wunderschön. Allerdings sind die photos in Bezug auf den Mountain view nicht wirklich zutreffend. Die Berggipfel sieht man genau von einer Stelle auf der Terrasse im Sitzen. Die Bäume auf dem Grundstück sowie auf dem Nachbargrundstück verdecken den Mountain view so wie es auf den Bildern imInternet dargestellt ist. Das ist sehr schade, da gerade mit diesem Mountain view geworben wird. Ansonsten ist das Haus toll!
