Country Club Home W/ Beautiful Golf Course Views - Free Wifi!

The home is in prime condition and has been lovingly maintained and cared for - it is like new. It is a north/south lot with spectacular mountain views as well as gorgeous views of the 11th hole on the Anthem Country Club Golf Course - with no cart path. It is available to rent for no less than 30 days on any one occasion.

It is light, bright and neutral throughout. There is a formal living room and dining plus a den. It houses a three-way gas fireplace and niches. Hunter Douglas silhouettes & blinds. Upgraded carpet, and in 2009 the entire home has been freshly painted inside and out. All linens and bedding are fresh & new and if you don't like a lot of clutter then this home is for you!

The kitchen has slab granite counter tops with an under mount sink, and tumbled stone back splash. The kitchen is fully stocked for cooking and entertaining and has a microwave oven and glass top range.

The master bathroom has his and her sinks and with glass block windows at the master tub. The den has a computer desk with internet connection and sleeps one.

Anthem is 30 minutes away to over 25 golf courses, and it's a great place to stay whether you are on vacation or when you're in the Phoenix area attending sporting events such as major league baseball and/or Spring training. It's also convenient if you're visiting Arizona State University, or shopping in Scottsdale or taking a driving tour of the majestic beauty of Sedona.

Great view

We really enjoyed the view and the wildlife. The house is conveniently located near the Daisy Mountain gate access. The kitchen is well stocked with dishes, glassware, pots/pans and small appliances. The TV room furniture was uncomfortable. The homeowner was helpful and accessible.

Comfortable, well-equipped residence with great location

The house is spacious, well-equipped for a long stay, with a great golf-course and mountain-view setting. The house is very comfortable, the bedding is good, hosts can be easily reached and are very accommodating to answer any questions.

Anthem Country Club Rental

Our stay was most enjoyable and provided a great golfing experience both on the two courses at the country club and watching golfers from our back yard on the 11th fairway. The house was very well equipped and stocked, extremely clean, and in a quiet neighborhood. Neighbors were not engaging, socially. . .but friendly otherwise. We would definitely rent again and highly recommend this home. The pictures don't do justice to the size and layout of this home as it is very spacious and user friendly. Very helpful owner and interested in meeting our needs when requested. The office shouldn't be considered as the third bedroom.

Love this place!!

My family stayed at this house for a month and a half, and absolutely loved it. We have two young boys, and the furniture, location, and overall space was just perfect. Very clean and well stocked up with the basics. The backyard was great, amazing views. Huge master bedroom and bath. Nice closet space. Very close to the clubhouse, lots to do - golf, pool, tennis, spa, etc. I would recommend getting the transponder if you're staying a week or longer since the house is so close to the Daisy Mountain Entrance. Owner was also very easy to work with - flexible, easy going, and responded immediately when we had a question about the internet connection. I would recommend the house and Anthem to anyone seeking a getaway. We really enjoyed our stay at the house!!

Great location, BUT needs some things

Pros: Great Location; Gated Country Club; Extremely quiet neighborhood; Very helpful local contact to deal with issues; Extremely Clean; Pet Free; Abundant bicycle lanes and paths; Comfortable beds; Owner replaced failed refrigerator promptly; Cons: Owner has never lived in this house, purchased as a rental in 2010; Long waits and hassles accessing through the guarded gate - owner suggested I purchase a 90 day pass from the Country Club for our one month rental; Furnishings sparse, worn and uncomfortable - e.g. 1/2" plywood inserted under couch cushions for support, living room not really furnished; owner explained that most of furnishings were there as staging furniture when she purchased; no water treatment system in area where virtually every house has a water softener and reverse osmosis system for drinking water; no hot water circulation pump so takes approximately three minutes to reach faucets in bathrooms; dishwasher takes 2 hours to cycle - we found we had to wash cutlery by hand prior to using dishwasher (probably related to poor water quality); While we were there, we were able to meet owners and view other VRBO/ Homeaway rental properties in the Anthem Country Club in this price range and this house does not compare well to them.

Great house, location, Extremely well maintained

This is a very well maintained home in a great location for nearby horseback riding, balloon riding, "Tom Car" desert tour. Owner is very easy to deal with. I would highly recommend.

Great Family Vacation

We enjoyed a great family vacation in Anthem! This property was perfectly suited for our family of five, giving us plenty of space to relax, cook, and enjoy outdoor dining on the patio. The property has wonderful views of the golf course and was well-stocked with all items one would need for a vacation stay. For a small daily fee we were able to use the pools and country club facilties, giving us the complete resort experience during our stay. The Codys were very helpful and responsive in regards to scheduling our stay and making sure we were comfortable.

Comfortable, Lovely Home with great Views!

We spent two months relaxing comfortably in this very nice vacation home located inside the Anthem Country Club on the 11th hole of the Persimmon Course. The house has a large bedroom (excellent king-sized bed) with an expansive closet. The kitchen and family room opens onto a great northward facing patio where we observed a lot of wildlife like quail and rabbits. We also were able to chuckle at the misadventures of many of the golfers hitting their sand shots to the green near the patio. We enjoyed being able to eat and read outside and soak up the sun on those nice warm days. The house also had wi-fi and a computer (if you didn't bring your laptop). A guest room and bath at the south end of the house provided space and privacy for our guests. The owners responded quickly and helpfully to our questions and made every effort to ensure that we enjoyed our stay, which we did.

Wonderful Experience! Will come again.

What a lovely place to stay. We enjoyed beautiful golf course views sitting on the patio and looking out from the master bedroom, kitchen and living room bay windows. The house is very clean and well taken care. Anthem is a very enjoyable and relaxing community. The owners responded very quickly to questions anything we needed. We highly reccomend it.

We enjoy golfing and have always wanted to live in a home with golf course views. Our family has been vacationing in the Phoenix, Arizona area for over 10 years simply because we enjoy the warm Arizona weather to get a break from the harsh winter climate in Northern Nevada. And we especially like the folks in Arizona who are very nice, friendly and laid back.

We love the spectacular views from the kitchen, family room and master bedroom, and of course I enjoy reading a book while sitting on the back patio facing the golf course and mountains. The house is like brand new, clean and very pretty.
