Nestled in the foothills of the high Sonoran Desert and just 10 minutes north of Phoenix, Anthem has been voted the #1 planned community in all of America. We are located just west of Scottsdale, Cave Creek, and Carefree. We are 30 minutes from Scottsdale, 15 minutes from Major League Baseball spring training in Peoria, and 15 minutes from Happy Valley with more restaurants, shopping and movie theater. The area is very quiet, private and secure. This is the perfect spot to relax and soak up the sun and beautiful Arizona blue skies or use it as your home base for adventure...or working remotely. This is your perfect spot! You will fall in love with this property and the surrounding area.

Anthem is just off the beaten path; enough to be quiet and relaxing, yet close to everything. The property is 5 minutes off I-17 on exit #229. I-17 provides quick access to the greater Phoenix and Scottsdale area and provides a quick exit north to Sedona, Prescott, Jerome, Flagstaff, Antelope Canyon and the Grand Canyon. I-17 also provides quick access south to destinations such as Tombstone, Bisbee, and Tucson.

This beautiful single-level home sleeps 6 adults. It has newer furniture, furnishings and décor. It is fully stocked with everything needed for your stay.

Enjoy your morning coffee on the front patio or sit on the back covered patio and watch the breathtaking views of hot air balloons in the morning sky or watch the first golfers of the day working their way towards the 5th green of the Persimmon Country Club. Finish your day under the stars with a glass of wine or a cocktail while sitting around the gas fire pit flames dancing in the nighttime sky. We've even provided colorful blankets for you to wrap up in on a cool evening.

The backyard has panoramic views of Daisy Mountain, Gavilan Peak and the Persimmon Country Club. It is a fabulous spot for entertaining or just relaxing. With no one directly behind this property or on the north side, it is very private. The backyard has an in-ground 32x16 HEATED pool, natural gas fire pit, and built-in natural gas 38" 4-burner grill w/ rotisserie, and a built-in bar and high-top bistro table. The covered patio has a 40-inch flat panel cable TV with comfortable patio furniture offering maximum views of beautiful Daisy Mountain. The wrought iron view-fence offers spectacular desert and golf course views.

The master bedroom suite has a luxurious king-sized bed, dual nightstands, matching dressers, 48" LCD flat-panel television with cable access, ceiling fan and interior shutters with wide louvers that open to reveal majestic sunrises. The master on-suite bathroom has a Roman soaking tub, separate glass walk-in shower and generous walk-in closet.

The second bedroom has a luxurious king-sized bed, matching nightstand and dresser, and a ceiling fan for your comfort.

The third bedroom has a luxurious queen-sized bed, matching nightstand and dresser, and a ceiling fan for your comfort.

The office features French doors and it is furnished with a writing desk, PC with gigabyte internet access, and printer, library, and a daybed/trundle bed.

Use the PC and printer provided or bring your laptop/tablet and connect to the free high-speed gigabit Wi-Fi.

The great/family room is comfortable and spacious. It is equipped with a media center, with a 65" LCD flat-panel television with cable access, and plenty of comfortable seating for you and your guests to enjoy the spectacular mountain and pool views.

The kitchen is well equipped with top-of-the-line appliances including new microwave, new French-door refrigerator with ice maker and ice water, gas range and oven, new dishwasher, new sink disposal, toaster, and coffee maker. The cabinets are stocked with dishes, glasses, cups, utensils and silverware, and a blender for your margaritas. The kitchen also has a breakfast bar with four stools, and the adjacent dinette seats six adults comfortably.

The closets are stocked with bed linens and bath towels and there is a laundry room with a full-sized washer and dryer for your convenience. The laundry room also includes an iron, ironing board, clothes rack, plus a clothes steamer to remove those wrinkles from your travels.

You have the option to gain full access to the Anthem Community Center for an additional fee of $90 for a 90-day pass for up to two persons. The Community Center offers a pool, gym, weight equipment, tennis, pickle ball and outdoor water slides.
