We had a wonderful time. Place was very nice and very clean

The property is amazing, Very nice and very clean and very quiet neighborhood. The property owner is wonderful with communication he gets back to us right away whenever we had questions. Family friendly community , we enjoy our stay and we definitely can stay there again !!

Great Rental

Great property. Super clean. Great pool. Very close to everything you need. Would have been nice to have measuring cups/spoons in kitchen and spatulas. Very bare bones on kitchen utensils to be able to cook there.

Championsgate review

We had a great stay at this property. It was as advertised on VRBO. We found the unit clean, comfortable and centrally located near the venues we were attending. My only complaint would be there was no cable tv and one needed to stream from their own devices. A minor complaint, to be sure.

Perfect property for a perfect weekend

This property exceeded our expectations. We rented for a pre-birthday Girls Trip. From the moment we approached the Guard Gate, this property exceeded our expectations. The check-in process was incredibly simple. The property was clean, bright, and beautifully decorated. The location was conveniently near grocery stores, restaurants, and other entertainment. Checkout was easy, even though we hated to leave.

Great Space

Overall this property was perfect for what i needed. It was clean and the perfect size for my group and fairly close to everything we were doing(disney & seaworld). The onsite amenities were great too, better than i expected. The host was nice and responded quickly to any calls/mssages. In house there werent any kitchen or bathroom supplies, for example there was only1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom and only 1 garbage bag, So a few store runs were needed, having some of the household essentials is my only suggestion.

Great place for your family getaway.

We had a wonderful 3 night stay for a gymnastics competition in Disney (30 minute drive with traffic). We comfortably slept 2 families; 4 adults, 6 kids (8-13 year olds). The house provided sheets, bath towels and pool towels. I wish the kitchen had a few more cooking supplies i.e. tsp/TBSP to measure coffee, baking sheets and salt/pepper to name a few. I would have also loved a hand towel hanger and more Bath Towel racks in the bathrooms and at least 1 laundry basket. Overall we had a fantastic stay and the multiple pool locations around Champions Gate made the kids feel like they were visiting different water parks.

Overall great house

The house was great !! It looked just as the pictures displayed and was nicely decorated and spacious . The only thing that i was not happy about was the sheets on the bed in the main room were seemingly not fresh. There was hair on them and they seemed either old or not freshly washed and that really bummed me out because there is no way i could get comfortable on sheets that seemed dirty,which would fall on the cleaners not the owner. Other than that everything else was a 10/10!!

Great location and amenities

Beautiful property and great amenities. The kitchen is very basic and it was a bit annoying that USPS mail does not get delivered there as we had a couple Amazon packages get returned since they were shipped via USPS. But it was a minor inconvenience and otherwise we had a great time and would definitely stay again.

Great for Kids

We enjoyed our stay. The kids loved the waterpark on the property and the garage they turned into a game room was also huge hit. I contacted the host mid-week about a few items missing in the kitchen (can opener, oven mitts, etc.) and they were delivered the next day. So this host is very responsive. I will definitely return.

I wouldn’t recommend

The property was very spacious but needs a deep clean. There are only two seats to use in the outdoor area and the kitchen isn’t equipped for even the most basic of cooking. The pool was very overcrowded with people blasting their own unsuitable music for a family environment and smoking cannabis. The washing machine flooded the property twice but the management were not bothered and extremely unhelpful and rude. The travel time to the parks is ridiculous (1hr).

New Years trip

Nice house, easy to into the property. Would have been nice to know about all the stairs we had to go up and down. We had people with us who had challenges getting up stairs. House clean but our washroom in the master bathroom was dirty. Over all, we would stay again more so if there are houses without the stairs. Still have yet to receive my security deposit back and we checked out Jan 1, 2025.

Issue after issue

Place seemed decent enough upon check-in, but soon after issues began to arise. First and most significantly our washing machine flooded a large portion of the condo due to plumbing issues in the wall. After taking care of it ourselves, and using all of our pool towels to do so, the management company was only somewhat responsive. Eventually, after following up incessantly, they informed us that the problem was a orrepairable and offered to move us to a different property.

If this is what VRBO's are like NEVER again

They forgot to put our names at the gate and it took 3 hours to get in. Once we got in there was no electricity. Called and had to ARGUE with them to find different accommodations, they finally put in a place a few doors down and were told "not to get comfortable". Moved back into our original place the next day and our laundry machine leaked all over the place and they never fixed it. And not one apology, was told to take laundry to a laundry mat.Not happy

Beautiful Property

This property was better than we could have imagined. Lots of room for 5 people including (3 teenagers). Just a 3 minute drive to Publix grocery store and 5 min to a bunch of different restaurants. The house came with the basic cooking utensils, a few dishwasher tabs, small bottle of dish soap, dish cloth and sponge, a few garbage bags, paper towel and 2 rolls of toilet paper. Enough to get you started, then you are on your own. The garbage is pucked up daily as long as it's in white garbage bags, which would have been helpful to know ahead of time. The Oasis pool and lazy river are amazing. The big water slide park at the gates of this property wasn't open yet, but looked like fun...enough so that we booked for next year😃

Soccer Getaway

The flat is as advertised, large and clean. The amenities were great, but the fitness center is not located in this particular subdivision but about 1 mile away. As previous reviews stated, the flat has all the basics you need. We did have an issue with the washing machine not working which was never resolved. The experience with customer service was dreadful. We called at noon on a Saturday thinking it would be repaired when we would get back that evening. It was not. I called back and had an agent that was curt and dismissive with me on the phone. Furthermore, there was no follow up on their end to let us know if/when the machine would be repaired.

A bit disappointed

This listing was clean upon arrival. We were disappointed that it was situated close to the main road and you could hear lots of traffic. We chose a rental rather than a hotel because we needed access to the washer/dryer. Upon arrival, we were told that the washer was broken. They moved our unit the next day. The 2nd until in the same community was subpar so they moved us to another unit. Although the washer worked, the blinds were broken, letting in lots of light and making it hard to sleep. We were told that they would fix the blinds but they never did. We were also told to turn on the dishwasher before leaving but it didn't work. The property was close to the main road and the main gate making it noisy. The property managers would only communicate via text making it hard to resolve issues efficiently.

Beautiful but lacking

This condo is beautiful. The bedrooms were great and the beds were comfortable. But, there were too many drawbacks. It is too far from Disney. When we arrived the door was unlocked making us feel unsafe to enter. Traveling so far on I4 added hours to our trips. There is no hot water in the kitchen and the kitchen is poorly stocked with utensils and cleaning/trash bags/toilet paper for a family. Plan to buy these things and throw out what you don’t use. The clothes dryer was terrible. We packed light because we flew and planned to wash. The dryer made that an irritating process. The internet did not work for most of our stay and we found water on the floor one morning. They did come in to repair things, but did not alert us so it was uncomfortable having repair men come in with no warning especially if our children were there alone. The housekeepers or management could check something like internet to make sure it Is functional before a guest arrives. If you stay, put everyone you think may want to stop by on the list. No one gets through the gates if they aren’t on the list….not even friends who were trying to drop off our kids while we were experiencing a medical emergency with my son and I had to be at the ER. My kids could not get in to go sleep in beds. My friends weren’t on the list so they could not get in the gate. Overall, the property is beautiful and the pools were great. But, with a million similar resorts in Florida we will pick something else next time.
