Location: 11 Ocean Drive (Rear house ) in Dennisport, Massachusetts . Two bedrooms , One full bath home , Less than 3/10 of a mile from Haigis Beach.

Amenities: Central A/C , Washer, Dryer, Dishwasher, Outdoor Gas Grill, Microwave, Toaster, Keurig , Ceiling Fans in both bedrooms, Dishes/Utensils provided. Streaming Service and Wireless Internet. Extras: Gas fireplace, Heated Cottage, Outside Shower and Outdoor Deck Furniture.


Description: Adorable 3 season cottage , only minutes from beautiful Cape Cod bay & National Seashore ocean beaches. Short distance to the remarkably picturesque Cape Cod bike trail , restaurants and shops . Come and enjoy the breathtaking sunsets.



The home is located in the rear property, behind the front house. The house has black shutters and blue front door. Property has an outdoor motion sensor light and security camera .

This was a wonderful stay perfect for half of our party that have been to the cape many times and the other half for their first trip here good location close to everything we wanted to go to the close proximaty to the beach was also a major plus overall we are extremly pleased with our vacation thank you and next time we come to the cape well centainly think of our time at this house

Great location

Very clean comfortable home! Zero issues. We enjoyed our stay and would absolutely return. Walk to the beach.. go fishing.. great food close. Highly recommended.

Short walk to the Beach

We rented this property for 5 nights to attend a wedding in Harwich. this was a perfect location for beach days before and after the wedding. We appreciate the owners sharing their home with us and hope to stay here again.

Nice cottage

Just so all are aware cottage is directly behind main house. Owners did not bother us at all but based on map I didn't think we'd be that close in proximity. Cottage was all we needed...very close to description.... bathroom is very small and no blowdryer available. Close to beach and great location to be able to see all the cape has to offer

Dennisport stay

Lovely central location in peaceful residential area, walking distance to Haigis beach and nearby eateries. Easy access to all towns on mid Cape. Cottage was clean and sunny and suited our family of three. The queen matress was quite soft depending on your personal preference. Loved the outdoor shower. A few details like the lack of beach towels despite the listing and the unlockable back door, were minor issues. Highly recommend Sundae School ice cream and Kreme and Kone for frsh fish. All in all, a pleasant stay.

Excellent!

This was a very comfortable and well kept beach stay! Kitchen was fully stocked and enough propane was in the grill for us to grill. Very clean and beds were all comfortable. A/C cooled down the cottage on hotter days. There was a short walk to a small beach that our 3 and 6 year old both managed easily. There are stairs down to the beach. We found it easier to leave our beach cart at the top of the stairs and carry what we needed as most others did as well. Several other beaches in driving distance to the beach but we just used the small one to avoid parking fees. Would definitely recommend and return.

Nice Comfortable Cottage

The cottage was clean and well stocked. Very comfortable for my adult son and myself. Great location. The neighbors were very friendly and helpful. Short walk to the beach. Highly recommend.

Great spot walking distance to the beach

We thoroughly enjoyed our family vacation! Thank you! It was the perfect location with a 16 month old and a 9 year old. It was close to many places in Dennisport that they enjoy!

Best Vacation yet on the Cape

My family and I had a beautiful week in Dennis Port! The house was the perfect size for 4 adults. We walked to the beach in 5 minutes and were a quick driving distance to ice cream and great food. The deck was a quiet place to hang out in the mornings and at night. Thank you for sharing your home with us! Oh and you have to try Captain Baker Donuts !!

Great place for the family!!!

We had such a great time in our vacation! The proximity to the beach was awesome making it simple for us to walk back and forth each day. I’m not sure if the beach at the end of the street gets packed in the summer since it isn’t that big, but when we stayed in September it was like having our own private beach. The space of the house is perfect for a family of five. It’s not a big place but great layout making it very comfortable to hang out and spend time inside and out during the stay. Very clean and updated inside. Only thing I’d note is if having groceries delivered to note that it is the rear house on the property. We ran into a small issue with our Instacart delivery but I can’t fault the place or owners for that. We scheduled the delivery for right when we were slated to arrive so we didn’t yet know that it would be helpful to specify that to the delivery person. Other than that everything went great, definitely would recommend!!!

Excellent home base

This was perfect for our small family trip to visit the Cape and Nantucket. The house is centrally located to everything you might want to do in the area, and the very short walk to the beach was also a plus It was clean and quiet and the host was very responsive, providing immediate assistance when my 93-year-old mother accidentally locked her purse in the house. Thanks to her!!
