Charming Cottage near Beach and Ferry

2022 renovation (floors, bathroom, cabinets) The cottage is only 150 yards from a sandy residential beach. Good for couples, families (with kids), and furry friends (pets). Enjoy a great outdoor shower, grill and deck, wifi, central AC/heat, cable TV, linens, washer/dryer. Additional Beach gear. No host interaction required. Great place to work remotely. Private yard and picnic table with lots of takeout options nearby.

On a residential street, our cottage has a short safe walk to the beach. The layout has a great central space for family and friends to relax together. In the summer you will see families of Osprey riding sea breezes almost every day and see gulls on the beach. Beach grass has created a mini-wetland near the beach full of ducks and egrets. On windy days you can see the sails of Kite surfers launching from Kalmus beach across the bay.


Access:
You have access to the first floor living area, the yard and a basement washer/dryer. Room available in the basement for bikes or suitcases as well. You will be the only ones in the house.
