Welcome to Dock Holiday! Get your family and friends together for the perfect Lake of the Ozark's getaway. Our house comfortably accommodates 12 & is only steps away from the water! It's located in a wide-no wake cove, right off the main channel. Close to Papa Chubby's, Larry's on the Lake, Fish and Co. & much more! Enjoy provided kayaks, large patio and great parking! Outside the home you'll find a large fire pit to enjoy making the perfect s’more & private dock with a 10’x24’ boat slip.

Wonderful place!

Perfect lake house

House was wonderful. Very clean and has everything we needed. Right on the lake. Perfect for a weekend getaway. Lisa was absolutely wonderful as well.

Great Vacation!

This was the perfect property. Completely tailored to the vacationer with games, water equipment, boat slip, GREAT deck, fast WIFI, and the coolest kitchen stuff! Good lake vacation and close to Pirate's Point for rentals. Very quiet and with plenty of parking and extremely clean. We loved it!!

Relaxing lake getaway

Clean, remodeled lake house that is within a short drive to a grocery store. There were nine of us and it was more than enough room. Dock access and lake toys were nice amenities. Would stay here again. Thank you!

Summer Vacation at the Lake

This property is a centralized location on the lake via boat, but tucked away in a beautiful wooded area on land with only a couple of neighboring houses. The dock, patio area, and clean house are just a few of the many amenities this property has to offer. The owners, Lisa and Steve, were very responsive to any questions we had and made our trip enjoyable and effortless.

Great rental!!

Great house, quiet area, very clean and fully stocked with all you could need in the kitchen, for the grill, and water toys. The kids loved the Lilly pad and access to kayaks. One drawback is it’s very wavy where the house located on the water. They do have a dock if you have your own boat. Perfect fire pit area and great outside eating space.

Clean and great location

We had a wonderful week stay at this property- it was immaculately clean and the beds were very comfortable. Well stocked kitchen. They have plenty of life jackets, pool noodles, a swim mat and kayaks. We rented a pontoon boat and it fit nicely in the boat slip. There are plenty of restaurants within a short boat ride. The grocery store is about 8 minutes away. We had a great time!

Lovely weekend get away!

The house is very clean and adorable on the inside. We had everything that we needed for a great stay. Everyone loved the boat dock with all the fun equipment that was provided. The kayaks were a blast to use and to get around in the cove. My grandchildren loved fishing. They even caught several fish. Our host always answered any questions that I had. She even drove over to get us trash bags! Thank you so much for a lovely time.

Perfect for a girls trip

We had a larger group of 10 girls and this was a perfect house! Management was very easily reached through a text message and answered all of my questions. We used the shuttle bus they recommended and they were very accommodating. Coconuts was a 30 minute drive as well as shady gators but in the opposite direction . So you are situated in a beautiful cove about right in the middle of great entertainment. It was a relaxing trip and the house was very clean! Thank you so much 💍♥️

Perfect Lake House

This property was just amazing. My family and a friends family met there to have vacation together, and it was a perfect house for that. Our kids loved sharing the room with the bunk beds, and speaking of beds, they were all super comfortable. The house was very clean and the kitchen had everything we needed. There was plenty of things like paper towels, toilet paper, soap, and trash bags. I’m had brought my own and didn’t even need to use them. The lake itself was so beautiful, and the dock was perfect for us to jump off of and play around. Plenty of life jackets, and we all loved the lily pad and kayaks. It was pretty close to food and shopping. The owner, Amanda, was extremely attentive and polite. Very quick to reply and help if we needed it. I would definitely recommend this property and would stay again if we ever come back to the Lake of the Ozarks.

The group LOVED this house!

This house had it all! The amount of space for our group, the things it came with, the amount of water supplies, it was perfect!! The property manager also was so responsive and helped with any questions we had prior to our trip. The whole group mentioned how they would love to stay here again.

Perfect Place for a Family Get Away

House had everything needed for a very comfortable, clean stay right on the water. We had no issues and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Loved that there were life jackets, kayaks, lily pad, games, and movies to make the stay even more enjoyable. Quiet cove was great for swimming.

Exceeded expectations!

What a phenomenal property. I’ve stayed at lots of rental homes and Sweet Sunrise Shores was the most immaculately kept property. Plentiful towels, supplies in every area were well thought out, the kitchen was fully stocked with utensils, dishes and well maintained appliances. We loved the charming coffee station! What a fantastic location. On a cove that was very convenient access to boat rentals and right on the water. The fire pit was a huge hit as well! Thank you for sharing such a great space! Our family of 6 adults and 4 kids (ages 15-3) had a fantastic time.

Peaceful location.

Clean, beautiful house! Updated interior that had everything we needed. Woods grocery store was just down the road for everything else. Enjoyed hanging out at the dock and seeing the ducks, Frank and Sally. Very quiet cove. Even the neighbor was super friendly. Super close to Larry's On the Lake and our favorite, Fish & Co. by boat. Sidewalk was pretty steep but a good workout. Only complaint would be the yard was a little overgrown. The neighbors even weedeated some of it to help and we struggled to keep the thermostat at the approved setting. It kept bumping up every few hours. Would stay here again.

Wonderful lake house

Great location on the water and the house had everything you could possible need. Very clean and updated. The kayaks were so fun to paddle around the cove, and the kids loved the lily pad. Would definitely stay here again!

Only thing I would say is bottom floor ceilings are a little low if people about 6’4 are staying will have to crouch in living room and kitchen

Great stay

We really enjoyed our stay. There was plenty for our kids to play inside with games and outside space. The Easter Bunny even came and hid eggs in the backyard. Even on the rainy day, we had a nice time inside. It is about 10 minutes from nearest store (DG) and 15 from grocery store. It’s very quiet and relaxing area.

Incredible!!!

This rental was perfect for us! We stayed over Christmas, took advantage of the warm. weather and brought our boat. The house is gorgeous, equipped with everything you will need. All top notch pots, pans, gadgets and appliances. Tons of space and the split floor plan worked out well. We enjoyed the fire pit, immensely! Dock and slip is super nice! Everything was perfect, we had a great time and will definitely be back. Thank you for sharing your place with us.

Dock Holiday has so much to offer! Not only does this property provide ample-level parking, we have a private dock with a 10'x24' boat slip, provided life jackets, kayaks to explore Mill Hollow Cove (which is no-wake,) a large fire pit that is known to roast the perfect marshmallow, 2 living areas with an open kitchen, 2 full bathrooms and comfortably sleeps 12!

Dock Holiday is located right off the "Four Corners" of Lake Ozark! Being centralized within LOZ, most attractions are a 30 minute car ride or less! Wood's Supermarket and Dollar General are just 5 miles away by car. If you're up to shopping and site seeing Bagnell Dam is approx. 15 miles by car. Then by water, you have multiple restaurants to choose from that are near: Papa Chubby's, Fish & Co, Captain Ron's and so much more!
