The main level consists of a master suite, shared 1/2 bathroom, kitchen, dining, and living room area. Upstairs is the other 3 bedrooms and another shared full bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped, and the dining and living room is spacious. The property is situated near the entrance of the gated community, and. 2 minute walk to the clubhouse— very convenient! It is an end unit with a front porch and back patio to enjoy the fresh air and palm trees. All rooms are equipped with cable TV, and smart TVs are located in the suites and main living room. Free wifi included. All furniture/decor has been recently updated and you’ll find comfortable beds to get some rest after your day at the parks or enjoying the amenities.

There are many shops and restaurants in the area, and the resort is 20 minutes from Disney parks! Regal Palms has many golf courses nearby, including Highland Reserve golf course across the street. Publix, Applebees, IHOP, and Mia Pizza are next to the resort at Berry Town Center. The on-site restaurant, Frankie Farrel’s, offers appetizers, pizza, sandwiches and burgers and drinks which can be taken to the pool area. The ice cream shoppe has reasonably priced, delicious treats!

**Resort fees of $20 per night are to be paid at check in. These fees includes up to 10 wristbands for guests on the reservation.
