Elite Townhome near Disney in gated resort, next to pools and amenities!

Relax in a clean, spacious 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom townhome at Regal Palms Resort! A short walk to the clubhouse will bring you to a beautiful pool area featuring a lazy River, zero entry pool, and water slide. There is an on site restaurant and bar to get some good food and drinks pool side. Visit the ice cream shoppe for a cold treat, play games at the arcade, and check out the playground for the kids. Guests also have access to a fitness center, sauna, jacuzzi, and steam room. There is a full service spa on site as well.

This property is over 1800 square feet and features 2 Master Suites, on each level. The upstairs Suite has a private balcony, large tub, and walk in closet. The main level consists of a master suite, shared 1/2 bathroom, kitchen, dining, and living room area. Upstairs is the other 3 bedrooms and another shared full bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped, and the dining and living room is spacious. The property is situated near the entrance of the gated community, and. 2 minute walk to the clubhouse— very convenient! It is an end unit with a front porch and back patio to enjoy the fresh air and palm trees. All rooms are equipped with cable TV, and smart TVs are located in the suites and main living room. Free wifi included. All furniture/decor has been recently updated and you’ll find comfortable beds to get some rest after your day at the parks or enjoying the amenities.

Want to get some Vitamin sea by the ocean? We got you covered. We provide 3 beach chairs, 2 umbrellas, sand toys, a beach mat, and a cooler for your use at the beach! We have many extras at the property for your use beyond these items and strive to make your trip amazing

There are many shops and restaurants in the area, and the resort is 20 minutes from Disney parks! Regal Palms has many golf courses nearby, including Highland Reserve golf course across the street. Publix, Applebees, IHOP, and Mia Pizza are next to the resort at Berry Town Center. The on-site restaurant, Frankie Farrel’s, offers appetizers, pizza, sandwiches and burgers and drinks which can be taken to the pool area. The ice cream shoppe has reasonably priced, delicious treats!

**Resort fees of $20 per night are to be paid at check in. These fees includes up to 10 wristbands for guests on the reservation.

Great stay

Clean, prompt to respond to porch light being out and dishwasher having error code. Repaired while we’re at parks. Definitely would stay again

Mediocre Stay

The location is great, really close to market. However, we had several issues with dishwasher that do not completely drain, a lamp shade that is broken, supplies such tissues, dishwasher soap, paper towels were provided but only lasted for 2-3 days but we stayed for 2 weeks so it barely helped. The drier does not completely dry and the some of the sheets have stain which is really disgusting.

First family vaca

Overall the stay was pretty decent. I gave some ratings 4/5 because one of the room tv’s didn’t work upon the day of arrival. Called property manager they came out the next day, the problem wasn’t fixed. Second day my son sat on the bed and it collapsed (the screws were loose) the bed didn’t break. Property manager couldn’t come to the next day so my son had to sleep on the couch. Toiletries were dollar tree tissue and watery dish liquid. Other than those few hiccups our stay was great.

Very Loud and No Home Amenities

Firstly, the condo/Townhome is located right off a main street. There is construction going on down the street and the noise from cement truck and other construction trucks started very early in the morning. It sounded like the truck was moving through the condo. Then there are no amenities in the condo. There are no spices at all, bottled water or coffee even though there is a Keurig coffee maker. This is the first VRBO that I have stayed at that had nothing for cooking or for the guests. Then there was only one roll of paper towels and one TP roll per bathroom for a family of 4 for a week's stay. There was only one garbage bag too which did not even meet the property requirements of having a drawstring. It was a tie bag but no ties were provided. There was also no dishwasher detergent. I had to call the property manager twice just to get the basic items supplied. It is conveniently located to the amusement parks, about 25 minutes to Disney resorts but farther from Universal.

Clean and great location

Location couldn’t have been better. One of the closer condos to the pool house / front office area with all the amenities. Also right across the street from a public golf course that is really fun to play, and well kept. We also went to Disney and it was a 15-20 minute drive depending on the park. Had a couple small things come up and the host was very responsive and very helpful. The only improvement I would make was this was one of the only places I’ve stayed that didn’t have extra essentials (toilet paper, soap, trash bags, paper towels) but Publix is a block away so it wasn’t difficult to stock up.

Almost there..

This is a great property. However, it is the only VRB that I’ve used that had absolutely nothing for basic needs, such as salt and pepper, extra toilet paper/paper towels, bath mats,etc.

Home Away From Home

We stayed in this home for three weeks and enjoyed every minute of it. The home looks exactly like it dos in the pictures. We've been staying at Regal Palms in different homes over the past 17 years and this one is by far the best!

Short Stay With Family

We stayed during the week with our family and friends, ages ranging from one year-old through adults. It was a bit chilly to use the pool, but our kids loved it on the one warm day! I was really impressed with the household items available in the unit. Blenders and extra Tupperware in the kitchen, and even a pack-n- play and car booster. Check in and check out was very easy, with minimal checkout cleaning required. We would definitely visit again.

Great place to stay

Our family really enjoyed our stay. Condo was clean and spacious. Location was great. Restaurants and stores were nearby. Place was comfy and safe. Pool and fitness center were very good. Definitely recommend for anyone doing Disney or Universal who is looking to stay a little further out but still within driving distance.

Truly a vacation!! The house was just perfect with all the amenities and location. My family just loved their stay. We were a group of 1 yo to 70 yo.. everyone felt at home and had a wonderful time off.

Great Amenities!

We had a great experience at this home. The amenities were wonderful, we loved having the resort style pool, pub, game room and ice cream shop! The neighborhood was quiet and safe. Other family members that traveled with us are already talking about booking this home for a trip this winter!

Good place for family to spread out

The layout of the property was ideal. We all had space to spread out and be together. The traffic noise was an issue but we were able to work through it. The location of the unit was good for getting to the pool and arcade. The kitchen was well appointed. The beds were very comfortable. We will book again.

Great stay!

This was a great rental for our family for the week! We have stayed at the regal palms each year for the past 3 years for a baseball tournament for our son, because this is the location the team chooses that is close to the baseball fields, and it can really be hit or miss in terms of what you get. This was our nicest rental out of the 3 times we’ve stayed there BY FAR. The condo was extremely clean with nice upgrades and amenities, and close to the pool. The downside to being close to the pool is that the traffic right there on sand mine is loud in the early mornings. It’s very worth it though to not have a long trek to the pool (which we’ve had before and is a pain).

Very clean

The house was very clean. It was loud in the morning being close to highway. The resort part was very nice. The food was decently priced and very convenient. The staff was very friendly and helpful as well. We have used several rental properties and the only thing that I wish was stated before we arrived was that we needed soap, garbage bags, and a few other necessities.

Fantastic resort and property

Everything went extremely well, from check in procedures from the property owner, check in, the stay, and check out. The resort itself was fantastic and a nice getaway throughout the week when we weren't at the parks or other activities. The property contained everything needed during the stay as advertised, the beds were comfortable, and the place was very clean. The owner answered questions we had throughout the week timely and was easy to work with.
