Enjoy this Newly Remodeled and Fully Stocked Elite / Premium Property in the beautiful and convenient Regal Palms Resort.

Just a few miles from Orlando Theme Parks this 4 bedroom, 3 1/2 bath home can sleep 10 comfortably. Fully Equipped Kitchen, 55" Flat Screen TV in the Living Room with Cable, XBox (20+ games), Movies, Cable TV, Free WiFi, Dining Table (with High Chair) seats 10, and each bedroom has it's own Flat Screen TV.

Quiet Location in a Gated Resort with an Amazing Pool, Lazy River, and Water Slide, Workout Room and on-site convenience store just a short walk from the home.

A great neighborhood Grocery Store is just a quarter mile away, Walgreen's only a half mile away, and you can be at Disney World in just a few minutes!

Newly remodeled in 2016, we keep this home pristine because we like to stay in it, too.

Like most VRBO's, this home is "self-catering". Cleaning supplies for the home are not provided, but there is a washing machine, dryer, mop, broom, dustpan, iron and ironing board. First night supply of toilet paper and a set of garbage bags are provided.

NO pets allowed. NO smoking allowed.

Some helpful items to bring are as follows:

- Paper towels, napkins, additional toilet paper and garbage bags. Dish washing soap and laundry detergent.
- Wash cloths.
- Coffee and coffee filters.
- Hand and body soap, shampoo/conditioner, toothpaste, toothbrush and mouthwash.

We have stayed at Regal Palms many times, this is by far the best rental property we have had, location is great, interior is well laid out and facilities were all there for a family vacation, the Kids loved the themed rooms, especially the Harry Potter room.

Family stay

The condo was a great fit for our family. Downstairs had a king size bed and upstairs had a room with a king size bed, which was very nice because we didn't have to stay upstairs. The beds were very comfortable. They provided some fun games, video games and puzzles.

Our stay on Verona

We love the location of the townhouse. It was very clean. A plus is the half bath on the first floor as well as two master suites. One on the first floor and one on the second floor. Our grands were disappointed that there wasnā€™t a volleyball court this year. Instead they are putting in an additional new pool where the volleyball court was. That will be very nice.Thank you for making our stay comfortable.

Location super close to pool

Very large complex right near the very nice pool and resort activities. That place got very crowded. The house was nice enough. I wish it didnā€™t resemble some hotel with signs everywhere and strict rules about 74 on thermostat. Also the water heater canā€™t keep up with 6 people trying to shower around the same time. They also need some outdoor seating.

Lots of room!

We chose this home as we planned for multiple family members to stay. Itā€™s a solid 30 minutes from Disney, which is where we spent all our time. (Never got to try the pool and lazy river, but they looked nice.) I slept in the downstairs master and the bed was very comfortable. Perfect spot for us.

our unit was close to the pool which the kids really enjoyed

unit was really clean except that we found cookies under the couch. we also had a problem with ants in the dinning area and we killed several roaches in the kitchen and upstairs bathroom. also found a couple lizards inside. Being Florida we expected a few bugs. Overall it was a nice vacation, we would rent the unit again

We stayed in the Townhouse for several weeks and had a very enjoyable stay. The hosts were always willing to work with us. All issues can be easily dealt with through their management company. We have already arranged to stay there again in the future.

Owners are wonderful

I want to start by saying how wonderful the owners were, Dave was so quick to help and he did everything he could to make our stay pleasant and when we decided to leave early due to the issues he was more than graceful and accommodating, which is truly all you can hope for when things donā€™t go to plan. As a host Dave deserves 5ā­ļøā­ļøā­ļøā­ļøā­ļø Unfortunately for us the management and cleaning company let this owner down so much and thatā€™s why Iā€™m choosing to give 3ā­ļø. The unit is in close proximity to Disney and we were able to enjoy our time at the parks. The master bedroom bed was very comfortable and everyone slept well while staying at the house. The resort has stopped taking a towel deposit but youā€™ll be charged if you donā€™t turn in your towel cards, make sure you count as we was only given 5 towels for our 6 cards but I luckily caught it and was able to get a sixth towel. The pool, slides and lazy river are a nice and welcome place to hang out, seemed to be clean and the staff on duty were friendly and helpful there was a bar serving drinks and snacks which was also nice. There was floaties in the closets at the villa that could be taken to the pool which was a really nice touch especially since nothing like that is available at the pool for the lazy river. Thank you for having us Dave and maybe in the future we could come back and try again.

This was our 2nd visit to Regal Palms and we enjoyed it just as much or more than the 1st time 12 years before. The location to the main pool area was very close and the property was very clean and well equipped for our large family. We would definitely go back here in the future.

Highly Recommend

Highly recommend!! We stayed eight nights in this wonderful townhouse. The location is convenient. You are close to grocery stores, restaurants, and shopping. (And Disney) They kindly provided soap, trash bags, and toilet paper to help you get through the first day or two if you did not bring those items. Bring or buy coffee; this unit does not give you a complimentary dayā€™s worth. Not a complaint, just an observation to those who may care. Bring your own beach towels for the lazy river! They do have floats to use, which was nice. The beds are very comfortable! The unit does get a bit stuffy. We didn't touch the thermostat and kept it on what they had it on. FYI, at home, we keep ours at 76 degrees in the summer- with all of our humidity!! So, take that for what it is worth. For those with children: The ENTIRE place is Disney-themed and neat! The lazy river is great for those on a budget going Disney but can't afford all of Disney. They can come back and crash here and let the kids enjoy the lazy river. NOTHING to do with the unit, but ā€œFoodā€ For Thought: Be aware of the restaurant! Itā€™s declined in quality since last year when we were here. It is also misleading, as it's not a pub, nor a grill. The open floor concept has more of a cafeteria feel and is open to the lobby, as guests come in and out. And there is NO Irish food, steaks, fish, etc. so ignore their online menu. Think of it as a sandwich, pizza, and burger place.

Great stay

We had a great stay. Check in and out was simple. The house was nice but not as clean as I would have hoped. The down stairs master bath tube was dirty when we arrived. Both coffee makers were not clean so we did not use them. The carpets and floors need a good commercial cleaning. However, we were grateful for the clean washer and dryer. The beds were comfortable and the water pressure was great. Our family had an amazing time here. The pool was so much fun and the house is super close to it. The front gate is also very close. If you get warm the AC here isn't suppose to go below 75 (just a heads up) I was comfortable so it didn't bother me but some other family members were not so happy about that rule. The house had everything you needed; umbrellas, stroller, floats, towels and games. Definitely be prepared to go to the store and get dish soap, dishwasher soap and laundry soap. I definitely recommend this property.
