GRAND PANAMA PET STIPULATIONS: Pets are only allowed in rental properties marked pet friendly and must be disclosed at time of booking. A non-refundable pet fee is charged for anyone bringing a pet, including Emotional Support Animals. Guests who wish to bring a pet to Grand Panama must apply for a conditional license and receive a pet tag, which is to be displayed on the pet while on property. Guests must complete their animal registration form, provide proof of vaccinations, and applicable documentation for service animals to receive a pet tag. Pet tags are picked up at the front desk of tower 2. The leash law applies at all times besides in your condo. The beach, pool, and pool deck are not pet friendly areas. Conditional licenses can be revoked if the association finds the pet without a tag, is vicious, or a nuisance to guests. A pet or any evidence of a pet found on the property that was not previously disclosed by the guest is cause for eviction with forfeiture of moneys paid plus additional cleaning charges. DOGS ONLY 2 pet maximum, 25 lb weight limit

The kitchen was well appointed with plenty of dinnerware and pots/pans, etc.The condo overall was clean and bed linens were clean and crisp. The floor and base boards could have been cleaner and the bathroom cabinets need an update as they look warned. The biggest issue was there was no lighting in the living room other than an overhead fan light. Also there were no end tables in the living room other than just one table in front of the couch. I actually bought a lamp for the living room as you couldnā€™t enjoy the space with a fan light beaming down as you try to enjoy watching tv in the evening.The location is great and the view spectacular.The only other thing was the amount of people smoking pot on their balconies which we had to breathe in the entire 5 weeks we were there.

This property was amazing! The balcony has an ocean view and it is top tier. It is a penthouse suite so you are at the very top. The communication of the property manager was very responsive. We absolutely had the best time of our lives so far. PCB was definitely somewhere we would travel again. Loved this condo!

Beautiful Condo!

Great stay bringing along two 18 year olds and two dogs. Amazing condo with all you need including a huge balcony with a beautiful view. The check in process was a bit confusing with us arriving after the office closed. We would definitely stay again.

"A Dream Vacation! The Views Are Unforgettable" My family and I had a wonderful stay at this penthouse property! The location could not have been more perfect, just steps away from the soft white sand and the most breathtaking ocean views. Waking up to the sound of the waves and enjoying morning coffee on the spacious balcony was a highlight of our trip. The sunsets were spectacular! The condo itself was clean, beautifully decorated, and very spacious - plenty of room for all four of us to relax comfortably. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed. The amenities, including the pool and direct beach access, were excellent, and the property was well-maintained. This penthouse exceeded our expectations and is a wonderful place for making memories. We would book it again.

Good communication with check-in and also with pest control visit.

Overall very nice and event free. Facilities and condo was nice and clean. Would definitely recommend or rent myself,Tower 1-2203 again. Could not open the doors to the balcony from the dining room area. Looked like the lock had been worked on previously and wasnā€™t a big deal to us as there is another door to balcony. Iā€™ve dispenser did not work, again, no big deal as we bought bags of ice.

Upon arrival we assumed we arrived early enough to actually check in with someone, but had to contact security. Arrival of the condo, our code did not work for entrance. 3 Seniors with luggage trying to get in the door! What a time... After patience and contact via phone, we finally got in... after a tiresome evening, end up picking up minor trash in some of the rooms. Heading to bed, noticed a blood stain on the comforter of the Master Bedroom. Call and reported...
