Bright and beachy wall paint color throughout, and NEW! Furnishings and Coastal décor! *Small dogs 20lbs and under considered if dog is hypoallergenic, non-shedding, and fully housetrained. Pet Fee is $150 per pet - per stay.

Pelican Walk 601 is a spacious GULF FRONT 1550 square foot 3 bedroom - 2 bath end unit condo. Pelican Walk is located on the quiet, East end of Panama City Beach on Thomas Drive. The view of the Gulf from the wrap around balcony is AMAZING! Easy access to the beach and close to the elevator. Unit 601 comes with FREE Beach Chair Service seasonally March through October.

Pelican Walk condominium units are some of the largest GULF FRONT three-bedroom condos along the Gulf Coast, providing perfect size accommodations for couples to large families. The master bedroom has a king size bed and it's own balcony, a private master bathroom with an oversized custom tile shower and a walk-in closet. The 2nd bedroom offers a king size bed and the 3rd bedroom offers 2 full size beds. The guest bathroom has a tub/shower combo. For guest convenience, there is a Washer & Dryer in the condo. Enjoy cooking in the fully equipped kitchen all while taking in the gorgeous view of the beach and Gulf!

Pelican Walk offers two private pools- one heated seasonally, outdoor grilling areas with gas and charcoal grills, FREE parking, tennis, pickleball, shuffleboard, racquetball, a unique hot tub atrium, dry saunas, and more. FREE WiFi and linens & towels are provided.

Interested in dining out? Just across the street is Gypsea Crepes, Waffle house, Jessie's Southern Diner, and Marcus Pizza! A few of PCB's favorite local hot spots; Hershey's Beach Ice Cream, Finn's, Schooners, Capt. Jack's Crab Leg's Buffet, and Captain Anderson's are all with in 1-2 miles. Pelican Walk's location is convenient to family fun, restaurants, shopping, pontoon rentals, jet-ski tours, fishing, mini-golf, race-cars, and so much more! The Pelican Walk staff are on-site to assist you at anytime through out your stay.

I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our first visit to Pelican Walk overall we liked the complex, however if we stayed again we would make sure that we picked a more updated unit. We only eat out 1-2 times during our weeks stay. The kitchen was not fully stocked we had to pick up a few things at the dollar store most of which we left for the next guests.

Carpet is very soiled, part of plumbing does not work in one bathroom, large mirror broken. Just a little maintenance would go a long way in this unit.

Condo was beautiful. Beautiful views from the large wrap around balcony. Plenty of space inside for our family of 8. Quiet neighborhood also.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Only one elevator in operation during the peak season! Then, the only working elevator was out of service one afternoon and night we were there. Our unit was in need up updates! The kitchen cabinets are in bad shape. We have stayed before and loved Pelican Walk, but we were not happy this stay. The pool chairs also need attention.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: As described. But no extras. A little pricey. No paper towels. No dish soap. Nothing to “get you started” when you first arrive. Master bath shower had a hard time draining. Air was pre programmed and was so hard to figure out. They had it programmed to 85 degrees!! Kitchen was smaller than an 1 bedroom. Overall a good stay but over priced for what was offered. Love Pelican Walk and the employees that helped in the office. Perfect location.

We have stayed at this facility many times. This is definitely our favorite condo. Thank you for allowing us to bring our dogs. This plays a big factor in where we will stay. The staff here is wonderful, helpful, and always on point. I not only recommend this unit but the facility in general. We have never been disappointed. Thank you for wonderful memories and vacations.

Wonderful Vacation!

We chose Pelican Walk as it was a little further away from all of the huge high rise condos and we prefer something a little more quiet. The grounds and pool were meticulously kept and the unit was very clean and inviting. The rooms were spacious and the layout perfect. We enjoyed our coffee on the huge balcony every morning and the view was just fabulous. We enjoyed our stay very much and are already trying to plan for next year!
