The house was amazing. It is supper family friendly and plenty of beds. The host are amazing they checked in with us to see how things were. I reccommend staying here if you have a big family and little kids.

Plenty of space for us as we enjoyed down time from wedding festivities. Game room much appreciated. Great location-just minutes from everything. Clean and welcoming. Would definitely recommend for families.

Very clean, comfortable and spacious home for our group of ladies attending the Utah Shakespeare Festival. Beautiful home in a peaceful neighborhood and only a short drive to restaurants and the Shakespeare Festival grounds. The hosts were very responsive and helpful. We would definitely stay here again!

Perfect place for a work group

Excellent property and hosts

The house was perfect for our large group that was in town for a family reunion. The game room was great for keeping the kids from getting bored during down time, the theater room was a big hit, the kitchen size was great and all the sleeping areas were awesome!Property was centrally located with easy access to many activities in the area.The hosts were very attentive when needed and communication was top notch. Pricing was very fair for the property size and the surrounding area prices.Would stay again!!

Great spot

Very comfortable. Bring you own pillows. The whole crew loves the place. 40 min drive to Brian Head. Really close to anything you need.

Winter Break Getaway

We had an amazing time staying atTina's home which provided a comfortable and entertaining place for our families to connect and make memories. The house was clean, well stocked, conveniently located in a beautiful neighborhood with plenty of parking. The three floors provided privacy and plenty of space for both adults and kids to pass the time. Tina was very responsive and personable. This is definitely a VRBO favorite!

Family vacation

We loved this property. It was exactly what we thought it would be. During our downtime it gave our family things to do with the movie room and the game room. There was also plenty of space for everyone and a large table in the kitchen which was perfect for meals and games. The location made it ideal for day trips to Zion, Bryce Canyon, and Brian's Head. Cedar City also has a great aquatic center. Overall we were very happy and impressed with this house rental.

Wow, what can we say. This home was very clean and we all enjoyed our time there. The views were spectacular, and watching the World Series in the Theater Room as amazing. The game room was throughly enjoyed by all generations. We definitely would love to enjoy this beautiful home again. All communication was answered quickly and answered all my questions. As a first time VRBO client, I had many questions. Thank you Ben and Tina for sharing your beautiful home with our families.

Very beautiful property! Very clean! Probably one of the most cleanest VRBO’s we’ve stayed in. More than enough space for all of us! The activities at the house was perfect to keep the kids occupied and entertained. The theater room was over the top amazing! Definitely gonna stay here again. Christina was there for us every step of the way to ensure we enjoyed our time and the check in was easy and our time there was comfortable! Thank u for your beautiful home!

Christina has gone VERY far out of her way to make her home accommodating to guests! Everything is labeled for unfamiliar guests from light switches to kitchen cabinets. The house was clean, beds were comfortable and the game room was an absolute blast. Her home definitely improved our cedar city experience. We can’t say enough good things!

Cedar City Weekend

This was a beautiful home, it fit our family gathering perfectly. The home was clean and well stocked, ideal for families with children of all ages and plenty of beds. Tina was so thoughtful as she checked in with us to make sure things were in order. This home has a gorgeous view of the city and is located in a very nice neighborhood. Five stars! We will be back.

Fun house for families

We loved staying at this house! It was very clean, organized and had everything we needed. The kids loved the game room in the loft and we had a great movie night in the theater room. The house is set up that we could all stay together in one place but also had privacy. The house is in a great location and close to amenities. We would definitely stay here again.
