Stunning 8-bedroom, 9 bathroom, 8200-sq ft mansion in Cedar City. Come relax in our private pool, let the kids enjoy the playground, enjoy our movie theater room that seats 25, a pool table, ping pong table in the basement, and take a bike ride on the bike trail right behind the home. The home has 8 TVs equipped with Roku! We allow up to 30 guests.

The swimming pool is open 5/1 - 9/30. The hot tub is available year round.

We are just 5-10 minutes from the Shakespeare Festival, and 35 minutes from Brian Head Ski Resort, and 1 hour to Zion National Park. Come take advantage of our beautiful home in an incredible location!

We had a large group. Host communication was great! Loved the large spaces. We cooked most of our meals there. The kitchen was very well equipped with more than enough of what we needed. The beds were comfortable. Surprised at how kid friendly everything was. All of the children loved the large toy closet. The movie room was one of the best weā€™ve used! We had plenty of space which was a huge plus for our family reunion.

This was our second stay at this great venue for our family reunion. The house and its rooms and facilities are large enough to more than adequately meet our needs. The kitchen is set up well for a large group. We especially love the theatre room, which is perfect for family movies, video games, and family activities like talent shows, show-and-tell, mafia game, etc. We had easy access, easy cleanup and easy check out, and a quick responses to the one question we had for the host while we were there. We highly recommend it!

Great place for families

Our family really enjoyed our time in this beautiful home. The host was great in communicating and meeting our needs before the trip as we prepared for our visit. We, especially the children, enjoyed the fun amenities and special features of the home. We definitely would love to return.

We enjoyed our stay! It was perfectly located with plenty of space for our group of 24 people. Close to trails and fun outdoor activities. Plenty of beds for us, but the bunk beds are a little small for adult sized children. Our group loved the theatre room and the pool. Very spacious kitchen with everything we needed.

We loved the pool, the yard and play area in the back. We loved the movie theater room and the pool table, arcades. We had a few problems but the property manager was available and was accommodating. There is a portable high chair and a pack-n-play and a crib. There are two laundry rooms. Our family has a lot of fun. There were also some indoor games and puzzles and swimming pool toys.

Amazing Host & Property

This was our second visit to this amazing property. Our family of three generations found this lovely home as the perfect destination for our annual family reunion. Favorite amenities include the massive home theater, which was the site of many family movie sessions, the outdoor private pool, and the Fiddlerā€™s Canyon trail which runs directly behind the property. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms. But the owner, Tiffany, takes the cake for best host weā€™ve ever had. Her level of kindness, communication and responsiveness is unparalleled. Most appreciated was her extension of our last-day checkout time when a family member had an appendicitis episode resulting in an emergency appendectomy in Cedar City. (Full recovery has occurred, thankfully). Highly recommended!

Great family vacation!

Perfect size for our large group. Just wish there were Clorox wipes to help clean a bit more. Make sure to take Pam for the Pans and baggies if you think you will need them. The pool, hot tub, pool table and games downstairs were perfect!!! Fun weekend.

Our family loved staying at this beautiful home. There was a lot of room. Everything was nice and clean. 2 large side-by-side fridge/freezers in the kitchen and 1 downstairs in the game area. There is an insta-pot, 2 hand mixers, but not a large stand mixer, 2 large crock pots, some serving bowls but not any real large ones. Bring a ladel if you need one. There are games & puzzles. Shampoo, conditioner, and soap in the bathrooms. Large washer and dryer on main floor and upstairs. The pool was used every day. The deck is large and has patio furniture. The playhouse is really nice and carpeted. The playground was used every day. The theater room is large and amazing. Plenty of room to park on the driveway. There is also a nice paved hiking trail behind the house. We would love to stay there again.

a big place to stay

The home is nice and big. It suited our needs and worked well. Sadly, The pool had a lot of dirt and rocks on the bottom and needed cleaning, which led to fewer of us being willing to enjoy it. The home could use a good deep clean, but overall it is nice.

Wonderful venue for our family reunion

This home was the perfect place for us to gather for a family reunion for our large family (26 people). We are grateful to have found such a large house where we could all stay together and could be together in the various spaces in the home, including the awesome theater room with stadium seating. Cedar City was also a wonderful home base for us to travel to nearby national parks and monuments. Thank you!

A Perfect Family Getaway

We coudn't have asked for more--spacious bedrooms, lovely and well-stocked bathrooms, a lovely pool, a fun game room and theater. Everything to keep our various age groups entertained. The kitchen is easy to work in, and the air conditioning is great! The site is well-groomed and attractive. Plus, Cedar City is a wonderful place to be!

Family Reunion July 22

Property is beautiful, spacious and graciously stocked. This property was perfect for our family reunion of 18. The pool and theater were enjoyed by all. Pool Iand hot did not seem well mantained, we were not able to enjoy the hot tub due to cleanliness issues.

Beautiful spacious house

Awesome house for our family reunion of almost 30 people. Lots of space to spread out. We loved the game tables, hot tub and especially the theater room! It was windy while we were there so we didnā€™t spend much time in the backyard but itā€™s great too! We hope to go back later in the year sometime when the pool is open! Great location in nice neighborhood and very clean!

Great Large Family Retreat

My family, parents, siblings and families all stayed here together for a four-day weekend and loved the house. It has lots of space for everyone to gather, eat, and lounge. It has plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for everyone for privacy. The kids loved being together in the bunk room. The large projector screen cinema room was a big hit with everyone as well, and a great cool place to retreat after playing in the warm backyard. We'll be back for sure!

Wow!!

Was perfect for our family reunion. Adorable for smaller families (we had 21). Something for everyone of all ages. The theater room was the center for our family playing games, just talking, or watching a family memory CD. The house is SOO big no one was underfoot. And the kids could play freely. Pool, hot tub, play area everything. One (of three) staircase was perfect for the family photo.hope to make this an amazing yearly event

Great stay with lots of space and activities, missing cleaning details

It was an awesome place overall. It had plenty of space for our family of 27. We didnā€™t feel squished or on top of each other in anyway. There was plenty of space and activities for the kids to run around and play, both outside and inside. The family loved the pool and hot tub. I was worried from reviews that it wouldnā€™t be clean, but it was clean with just some dirt in it from the wind. Neither the pool or hot tub were gross in the sense of algae or other things that can make the pool or hot tub not worth getting in. We called Emmet, the property manager, and he answered and helped us know when the trashed needed to go to the street (Tuesday morning by the way).

Family Reunion

Great reunion home and great location. The home had something for everyone and space to enjoy each others company while playing outside, swimming, hot tub, theater was a lot of fun (great place to have our family talent show), ping-pong table and other play activities downstairs. It was a great stay and all enjoyed the house and cedar city. We found a good little nature walk and park to have games and lunch. Everything was close. We only wished there were a couple of big serving bowls for meal time, but just used a few medium bowls instead. Also, more ice would be nice( only 1 fridge made ice and it was very slow), but easily picked up ice for our drinks. It was a great stay and recommend for a big group.

The "gorgeous mansion" was only sink deep. Seemed cheep inside. Not well maintained. Not for the elderly as all bedrooms were either downstairs or up long stair cases. The sunken living room was not a benefit with that regards We had 1 baby 1 7 yr old 2 teenagers 7 octogenarins with the rest betweem 23-70. Pool cover didn't want to work Steps to the pool seemed scary
