→Bedroom 3: Queen bed and a closet
→Bathroom #2: Bathtub/shower, hairdryer
→Living Room: Couch, loveseat, fireplace, a 65" HDTV and drawers of games and toys
→Kitchen: 9' island, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, waffle maker, toaster, crockpot, pantry (stocked with basic spices), utensils, dishes, and pots and pans. Seating for 8 at the table and 4 at the counter.
→Laundry Room: Washer and Dryer are free to use, detergent is provided
→Queen sized airbeds with built in pump and a twin sized airbed with built in pump

The basement includes:
→Bedroom #4: Bunkbed (twin over twin) with a trundle, a queen bed, and a closet

The garage is an expanded 3 car garage. Guests are welcome to use it. There are yard games such as cornhole, coolers, and a treadmill available.

The yard boasts it's own private full sized pickleball court. There is a small grassy area in both the front and back area and a covered patio with chairs and a BBQ. Please observe all pickleball court rules to help this beautiful court last for a very long time. Pickleball equipment is provided.


The home has high speed fiber internet and a large, open floor plan that provides a great place for gathering. It is a centralized location for many national parks, a university, a ski resort, mountains, and desert exploration. There is a small unfinished and utility room in the basement that is locked and unavailable to guests.
