Enter the front door and enjoy the mountain and sunset VIEWS! great room with POOL TABLE, ARCADE Table high ceilings and slider doors that open up completely to the backyard. The kitchen has stainless appliances along with all cookware and utensils needed for your stay, large quartz island, pool table (can also be used as a dining table dining chairs provided) , 65 inch smart tv on swivel mount to enjoy from the outdoor patio! The wall of windows opens up to the outdoor patio with dining table, Built in 40 inch BBQ, large firepit and beautiful views! The pool has a 12 ft wide sun shelf with umbrellas and chairs or enjoy the spa and sound of the 3 waterfalls. Desert landscaping throughout backyard and chipping area for the golfers. Primary bedroom features smart tv, direct access to the backyard, large walk in shower, double vanity, large walk in closet. The 2 guest bedrooms both feature KING beds with 43 inch Smart TVs. The 2 guest bedrooms share the 2nd bathroom (shower and toilet are private from the vanity area). Guests can also use the 1/2 bath located by the laundry room. Rollaway bed and king Frontgate airbed available in Primary Closet. Laundry room features full size washer and dryer. Located near several golf courses and walking distance to Ernies Grill. Short drive to restaurants and shopping including Old Town La Quinta. Walk to Stadium Clubhouse. House is in the center of the American Express Tournament and walking distance to concerts! Owner managed with attention to detail. One of the best locations with no neighbor to the right and unobstructed views in the backyard. This property is outstanding. 10 out of 10! We took our 2 young adult sons for a 2 week golf vacation after Christmas for family time and to escape the New England cold. From the onset, the host Sherie was quick and responsive to answer all my questions. We wanted to stay in PGA West and this gated community is new and pristine. I toured 4 other properties in the Signature as a potential investment and this property by far had the best finishes and luxury feel. Every conceivable amentity is provided. From quality soaps, detergents and kitchenware/barware,to a pool table, pac man (my son and I had fun nightly challenges) 2 bikes--everything you possibly need. If you are a Golfer, you are in the heart of PGA West. The immaculate santuary of this community cannot be overstated. A short walk out of the gate is Ernie's, for amazing food and cocktails. A short drive to Old Town La Quinta and grocery stores. If you are in need of a pristine, luxurious home with a dreamy pool and view in the heart of Golf paradise, you will absolutely be glad you booked this property!

We have stayed in this community before and we weren’t disappointed with this property. We loved the amenities from the pool to the billiards table and all the other activities they provided for us. The 3 king beds worked great for our family of 5 adults and we look forward to coming back again!San Diego Kellys

A fantastic stay

PGA West has long been our favorite getaway, and this home in one of their newer neighborhoods was exquisite. Incredible views. Incredible art. Clean, bright, spacious. The pool and jacuzzi are immaculate. Everything is set up for an easy, relaxing stay. Clear instructions. Well stocked. Everything working properly. Great communication from Host. Perfect location brief walk from brand new Fitness Clubhouse. Wish we could stay for eternity.

Fabulous Desert Get Away

This was a must do! Everything was absolutely perfect! Sherie was the perfect host and the instructions and checkin were a breeze! The house was perfect and clean and above expectations! Communications was very easy and check was worry free. I have stayed in many rentals in the desert and pga west and I highly recommend this location 10/10!!!

Beautiful House in the Best Location in La Quinta

This is a very beautiful house located at PGA West, in the new Signature housing neighborhood. If you have never stayed in this area, it is probably the best in all of La Quinta. This house was no exception. From the time of booking to the end of our stay, this place was perfect. The owner, Sherie, was very responsive and always in contact if needed. The house is a beautiful sanctuary located in a quiet neighborhood with mountain views galore. The house itself, even though we ate out each day, has everything you need for dining in. The rooms are beautiful with comfortable beds and spacious bathrooms. There is a nice pool table which we did use and plenty of games to play. The backyard is quite spectacular as well, with an amazing hot tub and pool, which you easily control with a simple remote control. Either heated up quickly and the fire pit is also a great place to hang out. This home can be for families, couples or just a group of guys (or gals) who are in the desert for golf or warmer weather. The location is perfect for getting around to downtown La Quinta and the many restaurants in the area or golf courses, but it's far enough away from everything that you seem as if you are all by yourself in the desert. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it for anyone.

Desert and golf paradise.

This property is truly outstanding. It was immaculate on arrival and the views simply breathtaking. The patio, pool, hot tube, fire pit etc. was just perfect. The host provided all instructions so everything was very easy to operate. The interior was comfortable with 3 very nice bedrooms and a beautiful kitchen. A couple of suggestions would be for a new drip coffee pot as the Mr. Coffee is cheap and not worthy to be in this kitchen. I would also suggest new and more shower and hand towels. The ones in the house do need updating. These are minor “complaints” that can be easily rectified. Overall, a great place to stay and I would go back without question. Thank you.

Great accommodations, ideal location, clean and quiet. Sherie the owner was quick to respond to any questions we had. Liked the place so much we plan to return next winter. And the unobstructed view of the mountains was a plus. Inside the PGA West complex and within walking distance to Ernie’s. Be sure you get reservations at Ernie’s as it is a popular, casual spot to dine.

Great stay for Sandstorm Lacrosse tournament

We stayed at this property during the Sandstorm lacrosse tournament. It was great! We were less than 10 minutes from the player drop-off point for the fields. We enjoyed the house so much - great kitchen and outdoor space - that we really didn't want to leave for team dinners! I would definitely stay here again.

Fabulous Spot

We booked this place for a family Christmas gathering and it did not disappoint! We are cooks and golfers, the golf options were endless and the kitchen well stocked for the most discerning cooks. Only negative was no interior dining table. Everything is clean, gleaming and modern. Highly recommend and will return.

Everything you need away from home!

We are a regular VRBO travelers and would rate Sherie's home as one of the nicest, cleanliest and best located of all the places we have stayed. The place was very clean, modern and had everything we needed to feel at home which is hard to find (trust me). She really provides you with everything you need! The location is extremely safe and quiet. Communication was fast and excellent too. We would highly recommend this wonderful home for a relaxing vacation!
