The house has a single-storey apartment with two bedrooms (one with two single beds and one with a double bed and a cot), a living room with a flat-screen TV with satellite receiver, a large kitchen with dining area and a bathroom with shower and toilet.

A washing machine is available in the entrance hall. There is enough space here to park a pram dry.

The spacious kitchen is equipped with a stove, oven, refrigerator, microwave, kettle, coffee machine etc. for a pleasant stay. At the large dining table with a corner bench you can not only take your meals but also play games together.

The living room is furnished with two comfortable sofas. Here is the flat screen TV with satellite receiver.

WiFi is available to our holiday guests free of charge. You can park your car comfortably on the property. If bicycles are brought for excursions, they can be stored dry.

The large garden is only available to holiday guests. The lawn invites you to play or sunbathe and the sitting area or the tree shade offer the opportunity to relax. The short walk to the kitchen-living room may make it easier to eat outside.

The house is located in Münkeboe, a place with about 1800 inhabitants which is part of the municipality of Südbrookmerland. Münkeboe is located in the center of East Friesland and has shops such. B. in the well-stocked EDEKA market and a branch of the Volksbank. The distance to the coast is about 25km. The cities of Aurich can be reached in approx. 12 km, north approx. 19 km, Emden approx. 27 km and Leer approx. 37 km.
In the Dörpmuseum in Münkeboe, which is known throughout the region (open every day except Monday), craftsmen can be seen doing their old handicrafts on the first Saturday of every month in the summer months.
