ILIKAI NOTICE — July 9, 2025
Starting in July 2025, spalling repairs and full exterior painting of the building will begin. Please be advised: Balcony access for this unit/stack (Phase 5) will be restricted from approximately August 2026, to October 2026, during work hours (9:00 AM – 5:00 PM). These dates are subject to change due to weather conditions or unforeseen delays. Please also note that noise disturbances may occur throughout the duration of this project.

ALI'I BEACH RENTALS INCLUDE:
- Beach chairs, Boogie board & Cooler

- Dishes, silverware, cookware (including tea kettle, rice cooker, blender)
- Hair dryer, iron & ironing board
- Condo Supplies: coffee filters, dish soap, dishwasher soap, bar soap, travel size shampoo, conditioner, paper towel & toilet papers (once these items run out, you will purchase your own)

CHECK-IN IS 3:30PM — CHECK-OUT IS 10:30AM
Since another guest may check out the same day you arrive, to guarantee an early Check-In, reserve the condo for the night prior to arrival.

Nice Relaxing Visit

Very nice hotel/resort. I've pool area with food and beverage service. Our room was as described with nice open floor plan and kitchen and living room space. My only suggestion is to update photos as the room was older than it appears on the photos presented but other than that a great place to stay for families

Relaxing Oahu Family Getaway

For 6 of us in the family, the 2 bedroom condo suite on the 21st floor was what we expected. This had the city view but also a partial ocean view from one of the balconies. The bedrooms were comfortable and the living room couches converted to beds that could sleep up to 4. This is ideal for a large group. The kitchen appears to be upgraded and is well stocked for cooking. We appreciated the 3 independently controlled air conditioning units (living room and each bedroom). Plenty of TV options. Being at the Ilikai, we had a great view of the fireworks on Friday night at 7:45. What's not to like about being here?

Just okay

This property was just okay. While it photographs well, the reality is somewhat underwhelming. The condo appeared clean at first glance, but closer inspection revealed multiple stains in the showers. Many of the coffee and dining tables were warped and covered in water stains. The balconies were a nice feature, but some of the sliding doors didn’t lock, which was a safety concern with my 2- and 3-year-old. The building itself was in need of repairs—though it seemed some were underway, as the sound of hammering and construction filled the room throughout the day. Additionally, the laundry rooms were out of service for part of our stay. Overall, it was an adequate place to sleep, but nothing more.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo looked exactly as the pictures & description. It was spacious & a nice size for 2 adults & 3 kids. The views were lovely...city on one side & ocean on the other. It’s located on the Ala Moana side & does require a bit of a walk whenever wanting to go to the beach. It doesn’t have any sort of beach equipment with the exception of towels. There is a pool but it is very firm with rules of noise control & jumping which is a challenge even with older kids. The kitchen was a good size but not as conveniently equipped as we are used to for cooking meals but you can make it work. It has all the basic items & the appliances are nice. Be prepared to equip yourself with oils, spices, etc. We did take advantage of the massage service downstairs. They offer a discount if you’re staying there & it was priced very reasonable with wonderful service. The valet parking is a little stressful but they are all very kind & professional & quick despite the chaos. It was about $45/day excluding tips. There is a parking garage next to red lobster that does all day parking for a flat rate that is less in cost & accesses to the condo.
