Apartment in Greece / Chalkidiki directly on the sea !!!!

Very nice apartment with a 30sqm balcony right on Vergia Beach!

Apartment Mike is about 4 km outside of Nea-Kallikratia, right on Vergia Beach. The water here is crystal clear and has been awarded the blue flag several times. The beach is particularly recommended for children / small children, as it is very gently sloping and you can simply have fun here. In the high season (May-September), beautiful beach bars and restaurants, which are also located directly on the beach, invite you to relax and enjoy. There is also a gyros stand on the beach that is happy to help with hunger at lunchtime. At the beach bars you can use the numerous sun loungers that are provided free of charge, of course in connection with a drink or a snack. Also right on the beach is a game center for kids that covers all ages. The whole family can feel comfortable here.

But if you want to spend a cozy evening on your approx. 30sqm spacious and covered balcony, there is a supermarket with a bakery and butcher's shop 100m away from the apartment, where you can get everything your heart and stomach desire.

In the off-season, the apartment and the surrounding area offer tranquility and miles of lonely beaches. In the months of September October and sometimes November, you can still swim at temperatures around 23 degrees. However, if you do not want to completely avoid the hustle and bustle even in the off-season, you can visit the cities of Nea Kallikratia (4 km from the apartment) or Moudania (approx. 15 km from the apartment). Nea Moudania is the largest city in Halkidiki and also offers plenty of shopping, culture, museums and much more in the off-season. The Petralona cave is also interesting. Here the oldest ancestor of the Europeans has been found and is worth a visit. (Also the museum that is on the premises) Thessaloniki is also worth a visit, although you have to plan a day here. There is also a lot of culture here, such as B the white tower, the old district of Kalamari and the old monastery of Moni Vlatadon. The historic old town with its numerous markets and many small stone streets is also worth a visit. Don't miss the old eastern city walls, which offer a breathtaking view, especially at sunset. For water rats, a visit to the Leisure / Water Center Thessaloniki with its numerous water slides is of course an absolute must. Numerous taverns and restaurants in Thessaloniki, as well as in Nea Kallikratia, invite you to linger with their typical food.

The mountainous and fauna-rich landscape around the apartment is also ideal for short or long hikes. Explore the beautiful nature of Chalkidiki on foot, you will not regret it.

The almost 65sqm apartment is located on the 1st Floor and consists of 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with 2 single beds. There is also a folding bed that can be set up in the living room if required. The kitchen consists of a kitchenette with a hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee machine, fridge with freezer. In the small kitchen area there is a round table with 4 chairs. In the sanitary area there is a new shower with glass cabin and sink with hair dryer.

The spacious living room with 2 couches, radio and TV with satellite connection (also German television) invites you to relax.
Dishes, cutlery and towels are of course available in all variations.

On the spacious covered balcony there is a large dining table with 5 chairs and two sun loungers.

If you don't feel like cooking yourself from time to time, there is a very cozy dining room with all typical specialties about 50m away from the apartment. Even outside the main season, the restaurant is always open on weekends.


It is important to mention that Thessaloniki Airport is only about 40 km from the apartment. At the airport, you can rent a car in advance at any time from the numerous car rental companies. You will then be picked up from the airport and transferred directly to the rented vehicle.
