Welcome to "Avalon - BayDream" where guests will enjoy breathtaking waterviews, stunning sunsets, and a frontrow seat to wildlife shows. Two floating docks and a stationary dock are perfect for swimming, sunning, fishing, and relaxing on the water.

You're a short walk to all the restaurants, shops and activities Avalon has to offer, and just 4 blocks to the beautiful beaches. This 5 bedroom, 4 bathroom home (plus an awesome outdoor shower) boasts memorable decor and amenities. From spa-like showers, to a well-stocked new kitchen - and spacious bedrooms to accommodate 12 guests...BayDream is a perfect backdrop for your memorable shore vacation.

On the lower level, you'll find a bedroom (Queen), plus a second bedroom (Queen) that is bay front with sliding glass doors that lead to the patio, where you can lounge (or snap Insta-worthy pics) in the brightly colored hanging basket chairs overlooking the bay. A full bathroom with a spa-like shower, and full-size washer and dryer complete this level. Up one set of stairs is the third bedroom (1 Full, 1 Twin), and shared full bath. Next stop: your main living level: a stunning open kitchen with large island for dining and gathering...which spills into the living room. The living space is accented by two sliding glass doors that afford stunning bay views, and quick access to the outdoor dining table on the covered deck. Next up: bedroom 4 (1 Full, 1 Twin), with a desk, and stylish en suite bathroom. Finally, the top floor is dedicated to the primary suite that boasts a King bed, beautiful modern bathroom with large shower and double vanity, plus glass doors that take you to your own private deck with generous space to lounge and soak up the priceless sunsets. The outdoor space is equally impressive and thoughtful: with a fire pit, outdoor shower, and plenty of dock space to enjoy the best of waterfront living.

As with all PMI Saltwater properties, you'll arrive to find the home stocked with toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, a fresh dish sponge, dish and laundry detergent, and all bath essentials (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, body lotion and hand soap). Bed sheets and bath towels are also included from our professional linen partner (bed-making may be available for an additional fee). This home features a full-size washer and dryer Breveo fire pit surrounded by Adirondack chairs.

Once you book, we'll gladly help you arrange any number of concierge experiences to elevate your stay -- everything from an in-home massage to private yoga, or a personal chef to cater a special meal or stock your fridge!

The spacious driveway offers parking for two vehicles, with additional street parking to accommodate more, as well as a small public lot 3 houses away.
