Pool was listed as a heated pool. Found out later the pool heater was broken/pool heater was unavailable. Was told that part of the listing should have been taken off the home description but apparently was not. Huge part behind the reason why I rented this property. Home should also be listed as "non kid friendly." As the property has several neighbors and are only in arms reach of each other. But also is very very strict on noise. You can hear almost every noise made as the house echoes and we can also hear the neighbors. If you have young children, you must keep them quiet the entire time. Not sure if this is suitable for a family vacation. To have to keep your children on a whisper level the entire trip. Home is more suitable for quiet couples just staying in town for a few days. Host was okay. He helped us get into the home when we had trouble with the lock. He had to reset it. Lady I spoke with about the heater for the pool was rude. I was a little taken back when she stated that I should had asked about the pool heater ahead of time. Not sure why anyone would do that when it simply states on the listing that there was a pool heater to heat the pool and can be used year round. Common sense who would use an outdoor pool during the winter season without a pool heater? I should not have to ask if it clearly states that on the listing post. If thats the case, then I should ask if everything else in the home was working as well. Will not rent this property anymore.
