The Space:

Completely renovated 1938 bungalow with plentiful space both inside and out. The home features 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, living room, dining room, and a private sunroom.



All guest rooms are equipped with memory foam mattresses and smart TV's for our guest's comfort.

Closet storage: (2) twin size roll-away beds with 4" thick mattress. Folds easily to save space and set on casters for easy mobility.

The living room, cabana, and bedrooms all include smart TV's with Netflix, Hulu, YouTube, and more streaming services to binge watch your favorite TV shows.



The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, a dry bar, wine fridge, Keurig, cookware, dishes, utensils, and glassware.



Guest Access:

Guests have private access to the entire premises including the home, pool, and backyard which exclusively for guests private use. Smart lockbox for contactless check-in and check-out. Guests are able to check-in anytime hassle-free without host interaction. Early check-in and late check-out options are available upon request and availability.



The Neighborhood:

Cottontown is one of Columbia’s first planned suburbs. Established in the late 1890s, Cottontown is listed as the “Bellevue Historic District” in the National Register of Historic Places and is protected as an architectural conservation district by the City of Columbia. Bounded by Grace Avenue, Bull Street, Elmwood Avenue and Main Street, the neighborhood is remarkable as an intact example of one of Columbia’s earliest planned suburbs.



Along with its proximity to Columbia’s downtown business district, it is close to the BullStreet District and the revitalized North Main Street area. Cottontown is a short drive to the Vista, the University of South Carolina, and Five Points, and has easy access to I-26 and I-20.



Getting Around:

Columbia is a driving town with tons of parking everywhere. If you do not have a car, there are rideshare (Uber, Lyft, and Taxi) options which are easy to come by in our area. We provide free on-site parking at our home for vehicles.



Other Things to Note:

The pool presents an open and obvious hazard. Please be aware that there is no lifeguard on duty at any time. Running and diving are not permitted, so we kindly ask that you exercise caution at all times. Visible signage is provided as a helpful reminder. The individual who made the reservation is responsible for notifying all other guests and visitors of this hazard.



Guests are required to sign a pool liability waiver prior to check-in.



For liability purposes, this home requires an accurate headcount. Only the number of guests confirmed in the reservation may be on the property at any time during the stay. Additional guest fees apply for reservations exceeding 8 guests.



During the fall and winter months, guests have the option to activate the pool heater for an additional cost, subject to availability.
